Furthermore, the examining doctor exhibits extreme rudeness and has the audacity to suggest that the CT scan won't alleviate your pain, questioning why you're pursuing it. Remember, you're not a doctor, so kindly refrain from giving unsolicited advice.

The people that do the scheduling should be fired…I set my appointment and they never sent me an email or until i called them back three times begging them to send me the info. The address was wrong. They told me to arrive 1 hour and 15 mins early…appointment was for 0830 so that means 0715 right? Well they dont open till 0800…yeah fire your scheduling personnel.

Once you get through presenting all the required documents, no one will let you know until you arrive, they take care of business. The people that they hire to work the front desk, could be better trained in client relations.

Horrible experience, Emanuel at the front desk was completely unprofessional and was no help at all. He added 2 and a half hours to me sitting in the waiting room because he didnt want to look for a document that he had in the system the entire time that he swore wasn’t there.

Doctor was so rude. My knee was hurting during the procedure and I didn’t move even though it was painful. Towards the end I beeped the button to see how much longer and I got a terrible attitude from the doctor. I will not use that clinic again

My appointment was at 9:30 They brought me in 9:55 The employees were very nice But, at the end they couldn’t give me my disc with the results because of the system being down. I’m supposed to call today and get it or go by tomorrow. Let’s see what happens

The Miami Beach location is very convenient and the technicians very polite and helpful. However, the young girl attending the front desk is very rude. A smile doesn’t hurt anyone, but will make a difference is someone’s day. Choose better staff to deal with people..

Convenient location. Except operator to book told be the wrong suite # and did not tell me that the valet parker would take awhile to return so I parked in a MBLot and hobbled to the location. The receptionist was thorough and prompt and MRI Tech Michael very patient. He did not rush me to lie down. Now just waiting for results. As long as the results are timely, I would use this MRI Center again. Thank you.

The process was very smooth and pretty quick from the time I arrived to the time I left. I was very nervous because I’m not a fan of those tests and the tech was very polite and patient. The gentleman at the front desk was nice as well. I would definitely go there again if I ever need testing done even if it’s a bit of a drive for me.

Fast Service. Maria was wonderful! On Jan10,2023, I went to Akumin in Silver lakes, stayed there for 4 hours and tech couldn't find a vein, left and went to Akumin in Fort Lauderdale which were another 45min drive, stayed there for 2 hours and tech couldn't find a vein. Thank you Maria for finding my veins on the second try.

Not only it took 2 weeks to schedule and only after bad review to get a manger to help with scheduling. Its taking also time to get the urgent results sent to the doctor. This company service its just not good. A manager can reach me to take down the review maybe it will help also this time to get service.

Akumin is awesome specially Miami Beach office. I got lost (yes even with JPS)😂Ian’s I was very late, but they were so kind that took care of me right away. Waiting time is not bad. Highly recommend it

Arrived, filled out forms then was taken back right away. The receptionist was nice and answered many questions I asked. The guy doing MRI was friendly and was great at giving me the IV for contrast. I was given a CD immediately. I was worried after reading reviews but my experience was flawless.

Appointment time wasn’t honored and had to deal with a unprofessional receptionist in the front, sitting is limited and when I asked for a extra seat he treated me like a dog and said go outside. There isn’t seating outside.

Had an MRI here, very happy with the experience and Rich was a very professional technician. Facilities are little frills, but medical tech & process look good. Support businesses like this that have affordable cash pay options.

This is the worst place I have ever been… I had appointments 2 times during a month, I canceled my work for 2 days. The way to this akumin from my home 40 miles… 2 times I came!!!!! And two times they told me “sorry, we can’t exam today, because of problem with system ..” I don’t recommend anyone to come here

A very positive and pleasant experience with all aspects of the visit. Reception, cat scan procedure and discharge all professional and helpful. My compliments to all the staff.

There was so much confusion regarding insurance. The woman at the reception desk could not have been less helpful nor interested. Everything was “I can’t do that,” or “There’s nobody to speak to.” The tech was fine and quick, but the whole experience of getting the appointment to having them communicate with insurance was a mess.

I don't recommed this place to anyone. Went in for an MRI of the knee because I need to do a procedure in my knee. My MRI Was done August 30th. Today is September 13th. and they still have not provided the results to my Doctor. I have called them and waited up to one hour on hold and have not been able to speak to anyone about my results, however they were very quick to take my money for their poor service! I don't advise anyone to come to this place.

The experience was very good. When I got there the receptionist welcomed me very well I didn't have to wait at all, and the MIR was done fast according to plane. Everything was done very professionally I appreciated that. And thank you for that.

The young gentleman at the front desk was very polite and professional. Took my son right away for his MRI and it was finished in 30 minutes. Very clean and calm atmosphere. The 2 men who were staffed made everyone 😎

Checking in and getting set up for the MRI went smoothly. Getting an MRI isn’t the most enjoyable experience, but necessary for some of us. I treated it as a breathing meditation. Don’t let the machine sounds scare you. Best wishes!
