I worked with Daniela for 8 months after shoulder surgery. She is very caring and methodical in her treatments and exercises to allow you to heal and build yourself back up. She is professional in her approach and management. Daniela in my opinion sits at the top of the list of physiotherapists I have had the opportunity to work with around the world. Fyzical Therapy in Miami Beach is extremely well-equipped to assist with any ailment/injury. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would.

Daniela has all the requisite qualities to be an outstanding physical therapist- thorough knowledge of the human anatomy and empathy for her clients as they navigate their way back from injuries and pain.

I am very impressed with the physical therapy team and facilities at Fyzical Therapy on Miami Beach and highly recommend them. Mariel, the receptionist was very friendly and efficient when I called for an appointment. I was in a great deal of pain in my shoulder and arm injured in a bad fall. On my first visit, my physical therapist Alex, did a very thorough assessment and started out slowly with deep massage and light exercises. He was very kind and made me feel comfortable, explaining each procedure he did and how it would help me. By my second visit I was amazed that I could move with little pain and no longer had a problem sleeping. My third visit, this time with therapist Nick, who is also excellent and friendly, I moved up to more energetic exercises using their first-rate equipment. In just a few visits I feel like a new person! Thank you to the whole team.

I'd love to share my experience at FYZICAL. I worked with Daniella for a few months, twice a week to improve my balance and vertigo issues. She was wonderful to work with. She genuinely cared about my progress and was my biggest 'cheerleader'! She created a series of exercises that allowed me to progress through my course of treatment. I finished up stronger and more confident in my day to day life and will always be grateful to her for making my sessions successful!

I love the way Danielle explains an exercise ANS why it helps & what muscles the exercise addresses. It helps me to visualize the effects as I do the exercise.

I have had an excellent experience at Fyzical, and the therapist I work with, Daniela Jubis Saca. Prior to coming to Fyzical, I had four injections in my right shoulder, several rounds of physical therapy, and had already visited two surgeons thinking there was no way to fix my shoulder issue outside of surgery. As a last minute effort prior to electing surgery, I came to Fyzical to work with Daniela specifically. Daniela not only focuses on the appropriate exercises, but is absolutely committed to helping her patients make progress, and this has made all the difference in my results. She specifically targeted scapular exercises/strengthening, which other physical therapists had missed, and as a result, for the first time in over three years, I am for the most part pain free, stronger, and have much better range of motion in my right shoulder. I am grateful, as I now know that I do not need surgery, but a long-term commitment to the program she has established will provide a sustainable solution to my shoulder issues. Thank you!

I came in with a tear that wouldn’t allow me to even walk 1 mile comfortably. After 6 months of therapy, i am able to run several miles without significant pain. Daniella and her team really made - and continue making- a difference by teaching me how to strengthen adjacent muscles, releasing pressure from the target point. I very much appreciate their support and the positive experience they offer. Facilities are very clean and staff is extraordinarily friendly and helpful. I called these people on a number of occasions for severe back issues that need PT. They don’t pick up the phone and I left messages twice and never heard from anyone. How a medical establishment can get away with this lack of service or even common courtesy is beyond me.
