    Got the pizza delivered after 2 hours. Soggy, cold and not in a state to be eaten. Delivery driver marked the order delivered without actually delivering the pizza. Called up the restaurant 5 times to get an update on my order.Thrashed the pizza as it was smelling and called up the store for a refund. The store manager & employee were rude to ask for the stale pizza back to process the refund. When I explained the store manager that I have thrashed the pizza, she asked me to collect it from the thrash and that she’ll be able to refund ONLY if all the slices were found. HOW RIDICULOUS CAN ONE BE? Extremely rude and I’ll be reporting this issue to Dominos corporate.

    I will never order from this dominos ever again i waited 30 minutes while the delivery driver drove around in circles after i called the manager and he advised he will call the delivery driver i still waited 20 minutes to see the tracker had said delivered and i did not receive it after contacting the manager once again he advised that i can go and pick it up a new order, when i was about to the park i received a call from the workers that were working at my house advised that they received the pizza. a whole cluster to get a pizza that got to my house looking like it had been folded and thrown around

    THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST DOMINOS I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. If I could I would give it 0 stars. We received our pizza with A HUGE HOLE in it, and the Parmesan bites were SEVERELY undercooked. The whole pizza was undercooked, and had hardly any sauce on it. This is a HORRIBLE place to get food from. I will never order from this place again!!! Then I tried to get ahold of them via phone, but their phone was off the hook so I never got an answer. I will be going in first thing tomorrow morning to get a full refund. THIS IS THE WORST DOMINOS. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

    The night manager instructed me not to place any more orders after I explained my disability and inability to meet the driver in the driveway due to being in a wheelchair. They stated that my inability to meet the driver inconveniences them, and I was informed that I am no longer allowed to order from this store. There are times when I am unable to move far distances in the evenings. Unfortunately, this manager displays a lack of concern or understanding and has exhibited rudeness, even going so far as to hang up on me. It appears that this Domino's location is showing discrimination against individuals with disabilities.

    I ordered pizza before 30 minutes. Pizza wasn’t ready when I went to pick up. The lady told me to hold for 15 minutes. Still she took more then 20 minutes to give me my order. There were no customer when I went to pick up she was just standing and constantly on call. That is so bizarre. I hate this place. Can not recommend to anyone.

    Today was the most disappointing part when my two pizza arrived (one with pepperoni and the other one was ham), I called the store explaining what happened because the ham barely had ham on it (kind of a margarita pizza) the employee on February 21st, 2023, told me that he was working by himself and he has no time to understand what I was telling him. Put me on hold 3 times more than 5 minutes and he was not giving any kind of customer service. Telling me his not a slave when I just tried to explain what happened with my order.

    After waiting 40 minutes I get an email that my order got cancelled I called the store and Kithia told me she cancelled it by mistake. She says that the driver just went out for a delivery but should deliver my pizza in 40 mins to an hour . Call back in an hour and she tells me she is sorry but she forgot to tell me that I had to order an other pizza what a joke ! Never ordering from there again!

    They took forever to answer the phone. I was on hold for over 30 minutes. I drive to the restaurant and the door is locked. So I placed an online order and 30 minutes later the restaurant cancelled the order. Now it's after midnight and the kids are still hungry after an almost 20 hour drive from Chicago. Out of all the local pizza places we could have ordered from they choose domino's. Never again,

    I don’t know what it is but every dominos I have been going to is doing something wrong. This is not the first time i have gotten an order wrong from here. I ordered my food online and they got it completely wrong. Gave me pepperoni even though I never put pepperoni. Everything else was right though but still had me disappointed. The food got to my house quick and everything else including the cinnamon bites were good. 4/10 next time I’m going to a Pizza Hut.

    My team make a big order.on the 12/31/2022 time of order 12:06am At this location before closing time and in 1 hour after we receive a email stated that' our order had been canceled for no reason and. Top of that the cashier lie and told my coworker that she had call her over three times there was no calls or no apology service is trash!

    Worst delivery service ever. I thought Domino was all about delivery. Gave them a second chance, and they miserably failed. On first occasion, it took over an 1.5 hour to deliver 10 blocks away. The second time after 2 hours they just cancelled the order. Their explanation was there was no driver, which you'd think it wouldn't take 2 hours to figure out. No customer service at all, just disdain for the customer. Wow! The franchise should be taken away from whomever runs that place or stopped advertising they deliver or clearly manage the customer expectations like telling them it will take 2 hrs for delivery or never!

    I ordered a pizza. I was so excited for it to come I was waiting for hours. The woman called my phone to tell me that not only am I not getting the pizza that I paid for but they’re not going to accommodate me in anyway. I asked her if there’s anyway she could make this right and still she had no regard for our order or us as human beings she even decided to give us a pizza worth less money exchange. Terrible experience I feel like any other Dominos would do better than this. this place to be shut down. I went for the love of God fire the woman who is responsible for this working currently. She clearly doesn’t care about her job.

    ordered my pizza at 8:11. Around 930 it was marked as delivered. Called the store and someone who has no business answering the phones tells me I just need to relax and wait for it to show up. I wasn't mad about the pizza but the money. Anyways 30 minutes later it shows up and the guy calls me and tells me I'm supposed to be waiting outside for him. It took 2 hours. I'm not waiting outside for 2 hours for pizza. Whoever runs this place has the competence of used napkin and would probably do society a favor by just not working.

    Great for the most part. sometimes the staff (not gonna say who buts it’s a woman with bright red dreads) has a horrible attitude and is beyond rude. but everyone else is great! mainly i do carry out but don’t bother doing the option where they bring it to your car because you’ll just sit out there way longer than you should and just end up having to go inside anyway

    Placed an order with 8 days advanced notice for an event at a local hospital containing 20 pizzas. Order was submitted electronically and paid in advanced. On the day of the event I received a call explaining that their driver had called out sick and they didn't have a driver to deliver our order and asking if we could pick it up. Long story short after 3 more phone calls of the same conversation of us explaining we couldn't leave the hospital because we were caring for patients, our order was cancelled 18 minutes before our scheduled delivery time. Luckily we placed a new order with Papa Johns and our order was delivered 45 minutes past the original time thanks to the last minute cancellation. Kudos to Papa Johns for coming through for us in such short notice without having to even call them. We will never order from Dominos again. Such a big company and chose to cancel our order rather than to hire Uber, Doordash or a similar company to deliver our large order or even one of their employees. Now I understand why the low reviews on this location.

    Worst possible place to eat on earth. They tried to give me 2 cold pizzas already eaten and when I realize and I immediately go back into the restaurant the girl with the colored eyelashes says “fuck you!” and start screaming at me that I have no respect because I come back with the pizza. She didn’t want to give me her name and when I ask to talk to the manager another guy from the staff says the manager it’s not there and I can’t talk with him. First and last time eating from a domino’s restaurant.

    Kithia, was so rude and unprofessional. My order was running late for over an hour. I came in at 6:09pm and she told me they had not taken out the dough from the freezer. She only apologized to me after I came in with four kids. I had to come out the car again and then they started working on my pizza. I asked her for a refund and she said no because of the app. It was a horrible experience and treatment. She was beyond rude. She does not merit the position as a manager.

    This is the second time I order from this store, I called to pick up and they had me on hold for 10 mins, I got to the store and it was 2 lady's with 0 customers on the phone or the store and when I asked for my receipt she told me they don't give it. I have never have this issue at other locations. The first time it was a delivery not more than 5 blocks away, pizza never got there and when called to complain they said they delivered with no proof either and besides that, they were the upset ones because I asked where was my order.

    Happy I still decided to order despite all of the negative reviews. My pizza was delivered in less than an hour, perfectly fresh and crispy. The lava cakes are what I always crave most because they’re crispy on the outside and always delicious. It was my first time ordering from this location, and I’m happy I did. Quick and attentive service.
