Front desk needs extra help or customer satisfaction training. I felt like I had entered a mechanic shop. Zero patience. Talking badly about their fellow employees, talking about patients who complained. The techs are over worked. Quest, you can do better. Get these people some help and customer training.

How is it that when I came in at 6:55 ( literally one of the first people to come and sit down) with an appointment they turned me away yet in front of my face when I came back at 1:15 pm told a man that didn’t even have an appointment to come back early tomorrow and we’ll attend you…even though there’s no appointments in the system!! then 10 mins later someone said “I don’t even know what time my appointment was..” and a different person said “don’t worry we’ll see you anyway” how did 3 different people get 3 different responses in regards to appointments! Two people helped after me that didn’t even have an appointment and they couldn’t see me earlier! If you’re going to have some type of exceptions policy, apply it to everyone and say it with some type of compassion. I don’t mind that they helped others. But I would keep seeing others turned away and then some got by. the receptionist is terribly rude and incredibly disorganized. I can only akin my experience of waiting in this quest to being in some messed up version of purgatory…people who come here are sometimes very sick. Have some consideration or at least don’t be rude.

Terrible experience. I arrived at place and wait for 10 minutes for someone show up. When I asked how the checkin procedure was the rude receptionist replied that she didn't know. Lol, she works there and doesn't know imagine me! After my question, she started sigh and speak God give me patience. So now I discovered, everything is done by your cell phone, but no one explains… so pay attention and work your keep patience. At least, the exam was quick and the other attendant was nice.

Miserable woman sitting at the front desk. Very rude, abrasive and confrontational. You'd hope a medical facility would be sensitive to the people visiting, but clearly that's not part of their value system. Too much of a monopoly, as you can see by all the other reviews people are forced to go here nobody wants to.

I'd rather pee in a gutter... Initially came as a walk-in, where I was told I needed an appointment, despite walk-ins allegedly being acceptable per multiple signs posted around. Ok fine, so I made an appointment, came back (on time), and waited half an hour, while 3 people (including 1 guy who came in AS A WALK-IN) were seen before me. Apparently, the person doing the pre-emlloyment screenings was on lunch til 1, which i get, but then why schedule me for 1245??? There's a reason this place has such a bad review score. I'd never come here voluntarily.

Horrible: after 40 minutes wait in the blood drawing room, and despite having the prescription on paper, the verification process (name address, prescriber, insurance etc) never completed. I am a patient for 4 years but that was my fault because of my first name … The nurse finally calls a supervisor for help: Mrs. Maria comes to “help” saying “ha, tiene que esperar”. Bad mindset, poor service.

Not a good place to go to. The front desk/customer service personnel well two of the lady are rude and unprofessional. They lied about simple things. Came here to get something done, they said I needed to sign the tablet which I did they told me go down stairs wait in my car and they’ll call me. They never call made me waste an entire day. Mind you I went to them and they lied saying the called me and that they weren’t going to do anything about it, they busy. The place had nobody waiting there was no patient there. Smh. They need to be fired!!!

Ashley the manger of this location needs to no longer be employed here. She has 0 communication skills as well she does not know how to handle online purchases. Going to this location it’s dirty had blood tubes on the floor and the check in monitor is nasty. The 2 stars this location has is completely to high. I. Don’t complain but this little lady Ashley had the nerve to be disrespectful to me as if we were friends or something. For context I pre purchased a test online comes with date and a confirmation code. Ashley ask me for the confirmation I gave her my phone with it displayed. Shows date and code. However, while she has my phone ask me what day it was purchased I answered anyway. She said she couldn’t find it and if it was under my or my daughters name which it was under my daughters she still couldn’t find it. Ashley then said I would have to pay again I said okay I will just call to get a refund from my online purchase. I then looked at my wife and giggled because it’s funny nothing is working. Ashley then responded “what’s so funny” I’m like what then proceeds to argue with me about my giggle and tells me she would cancel our appointment or stop talking. I’m a grown man this little woman clearly needs to be hugged and not working around people. So before anything got any more disrespectful my wife and I decided we would leave especially if Ashley was to be doing the test. In the end I hope this dirty & terribly managed place is shut down or at least replace that little angry lady Ashley. But the receptionist guy was coo so the star is for him.

I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews, but I came in during my scheduled appointment. The technicians were nice and friendly and finished my blood test expeditiously. The entire appointment was less than 10 mins and overall satisfactory.

My experience at this location was excellent, thanks to the courteous and service-oriented staff. Even though I was a walk-in patient, the gentleman who attended to me was very professional and gentle, making the procedure a comfortable experience. The clean environment also contributed to making the entire visit pleasant. I highly recommend this location.

One of the worst labs I have ever gone to. I feel awful for the patients that have to go often. There is no customer ( no check in kiosks , no water, limiting seating) It is always full , no point of making appointments if they will let the walk-ins go in .

Ashley Manager of this location was very rude / disrespectful Me as first client was having issue to make an appointment and I came specifically to this place to ask for help because neither call or website I was able. This lady did not allow me to explain her my issue, threat me in a very awful way. In addition, she also treat very bad his employees. Shame on Ashley. I cannot believe as I was treated being my first time at this business. Shame on Quest and Quest should focus and how to manage their clients specially the new ones! Ashley you need to have more experience as a Manager and give the examples to your employees. Your own Employees are trying to help more than you do!

Best quest experience I’ve had. Heber drew my blood on two separate occasions. He is very professional and the blood draw is always pain-free!

I have no clue why the reviews are low. I went twice at this location. Everyone was nice and helpful. I love that you check in on a computer yourself. Wait time is extremely short, even if you don’t have an appointment. I have r REALLY HARD to find veins. All my life I have to get stuck 2-5 times for anywhere to get blood from me. I have a phobia over needles as well. My doctor office tried 4 times to get blood from me and wasn’t successful so I was sent to this Quest location. The Phlebotomist ASHLEY, was first off, so polite, caring, understanding and had a lot of patience because I’m mid age and I am scared of needles lol. So I yell. She assured me she will find a vein and get my blood. Omg when I tell you, she got it on FIRST TRY!! And got it FAST!! I didn’t even feel a stick at all!! I couldn’t believe it. I went back a week later and Ashley told me she got me. Welp! She did it AGAIN! Got my blood. It was so fast simple and completely painless. I never in life experience that. She is the best and I wish I could have her as my own personal Phlebotomist. Lol. All the staff their is nice. Love this location and staff. Please give ASHLEY a bonus check. :))

I truly don't understand why the reviews are bad here. I just had quite possibly one of the best experiences getting my blood drawn ever. I have extremely tiny veins which requires most to attempt at least 4-5 painful times to take blood. In recent memory this is the first time that it was drawn on the first try. I was in and out in 10 mins. and with no pain. I wish I could remember the young girls name and now I am kicking myself because I hope she gets recognition for just being amazing. The gentleman in the front was extremely kind as well.

Recommend making an appointment to be seen quickly. I was able to check in via a kiosk and was seen within minutes. The guy who drew my blood did it quickly and was very professional. Cannot recommend them enough!

I wanted to say that the receptionist at the Quest laboratory in Miami Beach is a person who has no education or profile to deal with patients, in the 1 hour I was at the reception I saw several patients dissatisfied with the treatment! they should change receptionist

I wouldn’t give them any star. I had an appointment at 7:00am, I see many staff arriving around 6:40 while I was waiting standing outside. They saw me and never opened the reception area door, so I could take a seat, instead left me outside until 7:00am. Front desk is rude, lab technician is rude and inexperienced, manager is rude. They would call me honey, dear, and tell me to relax when they were the ones being passive agressive, interrupting while I was still talking, really cutting me off. The manager, with red hair and the tall guy half blonde are nasty and unprofessional, inpatient, not educated people, very rude.Horrible experience, they are not professional. They work as if they were doing us customers a huge favor.

Great experience, once I figured out how to order a test from Request A Test online. Staff is friendly, organized, and I was in and out in 6 minutes for a three-vial blood draw (I used the text check-in). Extra kudos for the staff wearing masks, and having hand sanitizer ready to use for clients. Thanks, Julian and everybody!

I’ve been there 4-5 times and every time I had a good experience. People were professional and friendly enough. Today I was in and out within 10 minutes. Not sure why there are so many bad reviews.

Looks like they got my review removed. No problem. I’m back honeyyyyy. Lady with trashy red hair was the nastiest meanest person I’ve ever encountered. Yelled at an old man who was just asking questions. Other bystanders literally had to step in so she would stop screaming at him. My appointment was at 1:15, i gave them the papers they needed, double checked to make sure they had what they needed, they said yes. Let 6 people go ahead of me even though I was there first. Then at 1:55 they tell me I don’t have the right papers. I say ok so let me check because I know I have them she said “you better hurry because we close at 2.” 😦 I said ok can I take the test and then give you the paper work I promise I have it, this time limit is making me nervous. She said no. As I scramble she Then proceeds to get on the phone, I beg for her attention and she literally walks away from me until it hits 2 o clock. Somebody who doesn’t care about helping people should not be in health care. She should be fired and this whole place should be shut down for horrible management. Clearly the reviews speak for themselves about how little anyone here cares about anything or anyone. It was literally hellish. and they can keep deleting my reviews. I will keep writing them. I am a paid writer and you’d be surprised how petty I can be 😘

I did not have high expectations of this Quest location due to the awful reviews. I actually thought I probably wasn't even going get taken as I was a walk-in (I am from out of state, coming off a cruise and needed to have this bloodwork done by a certain time by my doctor's orders, however work travel affected my original plans, so that's how I ended up here). Came in on a Monday morning, early (6:45am), doors opened promptly at 7am, and I was the 1st on the waitlist. They took my phone number and told me to wait downstairs. I was texted less than 10 minutes and told to come back up and have a seat. Within 10 minutes I was in the room, and waited on. I even told the woman I get nervous and faint easily, and she gave me rubbing alcohol pads to snuff which helped greatly! The place isn't the prettiest, but the staff was kind and attentive.

I steered clear of this Quest because of the awful reviews. However, in a moment of desperation, I had no other choice. Turns out it was a great experience. Very quick and friendly service. Note* make an appointment and don't get there late or you will be treated as a walk in.

I don't understand the bad reviews. As tourists, we needed regular blood tests that we had to send to our doctor. Mr. Heber often sat at the reception and helped us with a lot of patience and empathy, especially on our first visit. All we can say is thank you!

😠 This place was a nightmare on multiple levels. Administration was instructing me wrong information and a doctor Navarro was horrible. 😠 Dr Diana has done a great job, but the office is a rip off. Time and time again they overcharged us and say nothing when any reputable office would send us the money.
