Dr. Vulcano is amazing! I followed him from New York to Miami to have my bunion surgery done. After 5 months, I went back and had him do surgery on my other foot. He is a knowledgeable, caring doctor and a wonderful surgeon. I am very pleased with the result. Dr. Vulcano is always available to answer any questions. He is never dismissive. He is truly empathetic. He has wonderful qualities as a doctor and as a person I highly recommend him. He will have a very bright future, deservedly so.

Dr. Vulcano’s office is very efficient, I arrived early for my appointment did not have to wait long. Dr. Vulcano was very nice and diagnosed my problem immediately, I would highly recommend him to anyone, also his practice at Mt Sinai is super easy to get to.

Dr. Vulcano is an accomplished surgeon. He repaired a torn tendon in my foot and the result is excellent. The severe and continuous pain that I felt before the operation is entirely gone. Be aware that the recovery from this type of surgery takes a long time. I am writing this almost 4 months after the operation. Dr. Vulcano has advised me that some stiffness and swelling in the foot and leg and some occasional minor pain at various places in the foot and leg will probably last another one to two months. Was the sugery worth it? Absolutely. But be prepared that if your lifestyle requires a lot of walking, you will not be your "normal self" for a while.

Dr vulcano have me my life back after rebuilding my foot that had been butchered by 2 other “surgeons”. I was in a lot pain I started to pray and de volcano came on t v boy was I glad I followed the signs I could not be happier the surgery had excellent results dr vulcano took the time to explain everything the staff was friendly and helpful except for a girl named Rebeca what a nasty nasty attitude thank god everyone else was friendly and extremely helpful but in every place there is always a bad apple.

Dr Vulcano operated on my bunion and hammertoes in September 2019. My middle hammertoe was never right. It was crimped at the knuckle and discolored. Now the toe bones have collapsed downward at the knuckle. I cannot walk without pain. The bone(s) are pressing against the skin and a hard callous has developed. In order to restore full and pain free mobility I will need corrective surgery. My experience was anything but satisfactory.
