The staff was amazing and the hotel/rooftop beautiful. However, room 252 did not have hot water and no shower pressure. We finally realized to get water in the shower you had to have the sink on as well- which we only figured out at the end of our stay. The walk paths were beautiful, but there was painting and landscaping going on over the weekend we stayed, so minimal pictures and hard to enjoy.

Beautiful rooms and bathrooms down to every detail. Beds are comfortable. Even the shower products are pristine! Everything looks and feels clean, which I think is the most important. Food at the rooftop bar is amazing. Cute small pool with spacious lounge chairs. Staff everywhere is friendly. Perfect location with incredible restaurants and bars nearby (loved El Salon and Pane & Vino). All for a good price!

Such a great boutique hotel- trendy, newly renovated, staff was SOO helpful especially with my baby. Rooms are small so take note, but it did fit a pack and play that they provided. They even provide a place at the beach where you get free towels and chairs but do note you have to pay $20 for an umbrella which you will want in the Miami heat. Also don’t miss the rooftop pool and lounge- such a great spot. Would definitely come again, such good value, super clean too!

definitely one of my favorite hotels. The decor and amenities were just so elegant. Every staff member provided the highest level of service possible. Excellent value for the money. This hotel was the highlight of our holiday.

We stayed 3 nights in a room, which exceeded our expectations. It was big, and beautifully decorated/furnished. The pool area was divine. If we ever get the opportunity to come back to Miami Beach we will stay here again for sure. Thank you for our amazing stay!

Amazing experience! A mishap with an Airbnb booking led us here in the middle of the night, and we were thrilled to have happened upon this quaint hotel, to say the least. On top of being very affordable, the rooms are absolutely adorable and as described by many other guests, the property makes you feel like you're in a little European villa. The pool and rooftop were lovely despite not having much time there during our stay. Super close to the beach and everything you could need. One thing that stood out was the staff... they went ABOVE and BEYOND to make us feel welcome and comfortable. They were simply outstanding and so kind and accommodating. Thank you, we will certainly be back next time we are in Miami!!

We were only here for one night, unfortunately. Just a quick stay before we headed to our cruise. But honestly, the staff treated us like we had booked the finest suite for a month! Very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is beautiful and within walking distance of many of the top sights. We would definitely stay here again.

Great boutique hotel. Super attentive staff. You can chill in the pool or go to their private beach club. Fun fact, hair dryer is stylist level. Cons: Our room had a very loud buzzing sound that came and went every minute or so, impossible to rest, and the bed is too soft.

My husband and I traveled for 5 weeks in the USA and our final destination was Miami Beach. At the end of our trip we decided to book a good 4-star hotel to rest and relax. Unfortunately, our expectations were absolutely not met. We were given a very small and dark room, the only small window was half-blocked by a closet. When we went to bed, there was some kind of vibration coming from the wall (apparently from the air conditioning system) and it was almost impossible to sleep. The next day we asked to change the room, we were given a more spacious one, but overlooking the bar street. Unfortunately, the hotel does not provide any sound insulation and sleeping in a such room was also problematic. And on the night from Monday to Tuesday, somewhere in a hotel or a neighboring building, powerful bass played until 8 am and it was absolutely impossible to sleep. I also have to mention breakfasts. Our breakfast was already included in the price. When we came for breakfast, they brought us 2 menus - a menu with breakfast, which is included in our price, and a menu with breakfasts, for which you have to pay (so-called normal breakfasts). I ordered a croissant from the free menu - a cheap bun, heated in the microwave, 3 times smaller than a regular croissant, which took me 15 minutes to bring.. But the breakfasts from the paid menu were complete and served quickly - I consider such service extremely disrespectful and insulting to to the guests. The next day we waited for our breakfast for 45 minutes.. (breakfast that you don’t even need to cook). I categorically do not recommend this hotel, we received only inconvenience and disappointment for a lot of money, our holiday and stay were ruined, the service is definitely not worth the money and nerves spent.

The hotel is simply amazing!! The staff as well were so helpful and welcoming, from when we first arrived until check out. Excellent size room, beds were really comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean.

If I could give 10 stars I would. My husband and I had unforgettable Baby Shower here with our group of friends, and the organizers and staff went above & beyond. The food is excellent, for lunch and dinner. Rooftop sunset is a must. Coming back soon!

Amazing hotel in the heart of Miami beach! Great value and beautiful tradition decor. The roof top is very cute with pool beds and a restaurant/bar. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. I would recommend the owners to include body lotion and to have the bathroom door closing completely for more privacy. Will be back soon! Thank you for your hospitality

Our two-night stay at this hotel was absolutely delightful. The hotel's central location made exploring the city on foot an easy task. It’s clean and beautiful decorated! I loved the ambience and the staff was very attentive!

For my expectations this Hotel was the excellent choice. The cleanliness of every inch of this hotel was exceptional, and the decor was lovely. The bed was very comfortable, the AC was excellent and we slept well because this hotel is very quite. The location is perfect!! We had a delightful time. This hotel is a winner for me!

First time at Esme and I had a lovely time even with a hurricane making a ridiculously late appearance! The color scheme in my room was the very deep green and it was so lovely! Perfect room for one person with a great velvet black out shade, a cute arched wardrobe and a lovely bathroom with a shower and sliding door. The bathroom products smelled fantastic and the bed was very comfy! Carlos at the front desk was nice and all the staff I encountered made me feel welcome. Enjoyed cocktails at the Salon and the Bees Knees was especially good! Definitely a hotel I will visit when in Miami Beach!

Hands down one of the best hotels, if not the, that I have stayed in across the world. Service was absolutely exemplary; nothing was too much trouble, and anything we requested was promptly delivered. Room was spacious, clean, serviced daily, with beautiful decor, and really nice bathroom amenities. Central location, only a short walk from the beach and the main strip, however room was completely quiet - couldn’t hear any of the noise which was just outside the window. Bar and restaurant on site were fantastic. Would 100% recommend this for any South Beach trip

Wonderfully charming hotel with excellent service. Elmer, Fernando, and everyone on-site went above and beyond to ensure their guests are taken care of. The rooms are small, but it’s Miami, you shouldn’t be in them aside for sleeping, anyway! The pool is a nice addition and perfect to start or end a sunny day outside. I’d def stay here again in the future.

Charming boutique experience that leaves you reminiscing about a stay at Soho House without the sometimes pretentious crowds. Esmé is the kind of place where after you leave you don’t want to leave a review because you want to keep it a secret, but realize it would be a selfish endeavor. Clandestinely located in the heart of South Beach near several restaurants. The beach is accessible, pool is quaint, bar staff and all personal are amiable.

Nice clean hotel but charges a $40 resort fee. I was charged it on my card twice and also paid using points and then was also charged for the room after speaking to someone 3 times about this. I am an Elite member of this chain of hotels and did not receive any of the perks that are associated with this status. The hotel is cute, clean and staff is helpful but could not advise me where to park my car other than the 40+ dollar valet. Could be a better experience.

Wonderful little gem in South Beach. The Esme is beautifully designed from the lobby and roof top down to the details in the room. It’s a southern European style hotel with a contemporary flare. There are multiple buildings that stretch across Havana Way. I stayed in king room in the village, perfect for solo travelers or couples. The room had great little modern amenities like a cooler (rather than an ice box - great for the beach), a large umbrella, fluffy robes, steamers, bikes, and more. I wasn’t impressed by the roof pool (I think it’s only 3 feet deep), didn’t spend too much time there outside of the rooftop bar. I was grateful that they had free beach chairs. The umbrella is a little extra cost and there is no food/alcohol. The hotel is a in a great location. Easy walk to Collins and the beach front as well as Lincoln Mall and the rest of South beach. All the staff were amazing and thoughtful from check in to check out. I can’t wait to stay with Esme again.

What an amazing stay. By far the best hotel we’ve stayed in. Staff were amazing and welcoming! Art Defo design- beautiful.. location was perfect. The vibe was great You will easily spend your time at the rooftop bar and pool. It’s so relaxing and the bar staff are so accommodating. Food is good as well. The rooms are cosy and comfortable. Although the rooms are small they are decorated in such a way that it didn’t bother me. My husband however did need to do some conference calls and did struggle with the absence of a table. I was so impressed with this hotel that before we’d even left I was searching for available dates for our next visit.

My husband and I stayed there for a few nights and we are so happy we chose this hotel. The staff was exceptionally hospitable, helpful, and friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was great. The bar and rooftop were also fun. I’d highly recommend staying there!

Our room was so beautiful. Truly, you couldn’t have a better spot for nightlife & fine dining. You wouldn’t really ever have to leave the hotel, but it’s vacation! You have to walk around. Staff was great. The food was great. The happy hour acoustic entertainment amazing. Highly recommend. Best hotel location, vibe, LOOKS, for your dollar.

This hotel is amazing, very pretty. The room is very clean, so pretty and bed was comfy as well as they have nice amenities. This hotel has rooftop patio, rooftop was super lovely, I loved to spend my time on the rooftop while I’m there. Makes me happier. All the staffs are very friendly, kind, great customer services. Carlos from front desk he was taking care of my staying made perfect from before arrival to checkout.( I had some issues for my flight and affected my staying. But he arranged it very smoothly without any issues) The location is perfect, going for eat local foods, beach, ocean drive, exploring the town is walking distance. They are just everything is amazing. I definitely would love to come back and stay Esme again. I highly recommend to stay Esme. I would like to big thank you for them!
