My
husband
and
I
traveled
for
5
weeks
in
the
USA
and
our
final
destination
was
Miami
Beach.
At
the
end
of
our
trip
we
decided
to
book
a
good
4-star
hotel
to
rest
and
relax.
Unfortunately,
our
expectations
were
absolutely
not
met.
We
were
given
a
very
small
and
dark
room,
the
only
small
window
was
half-blocked
by
a
closet.
When
we
went
to
bed,
there
was
some
kind
of
vibration
coming
from
the
wall
(apparently
from
the
air
conditioning
system)
and
it
was
almost
impossible
to
sleep.
The
next
day
we
asked
to
change
the
room,
we
were
given
a
more
spacious
one,
but
overlooking
the
bar
street.
Unfortunately,
the
hotel
does
not
provide
any
sound
insulation
and
sleeping
in
a
such
room
was
also
problematic.
And
on
the
night
from
Monday
to
Tuesday,
somewhere
in
a
hotel
or
a
neighboring
building,
powerful
bass
played
until
8
am
and
it
was
absolutely
impossible
to
sleep.
I
also
have
to
mention
breakfasts.
Our
breakfast
was
already
included
in
the
price.
When
we
came
for
breakfast,
they
brought
us
2
menus
-
a
menu
with
breakfast,
which
is
included
in
our
price,
and
a
menu
with
breakfasts,
for
which
you
have
to
pay
(so-called
normal
breakfasts).
I
ordered
a
croissant
from
the
free
menu
-
a
cheap
bun,
heated
in
the
microwave,
3
times
smaller
than
a
regular
croissant,
which
took
me
15
minutes
to
bring..
But
the
breakfasts
from
the
paid
menu
were
complete
and
served
quickly
-
I
consider
such
service
extremely
disrespectful
and
insulting
to
to
the
guests.
The
next
day
we
waited
for
our
breakfast
for
45
minutes..
(breakfast
that
you
don’t
even
need
to
cook).
I
categorically
do
not
recommend
this
hotel,
we
received
only
inconvenience
and
disappointment
for
a
lot
of
money,
our
holiday
and
stay
were
ruined,
the
service
is
definitely
not
worth
the
money
and
nerves
spent.
