I have been a realtor in Miami Beach for twenty years I joined London Foster Realty last October and I am so happy with the company. Most of the paperwork is done online but my broker is always available to meet with me and we have an excellent support team. I get my 100% commission checks the next day after my deals close. One of your realtors (Jennefer Gaskin-azuaje) scammed me with the purchase of a property in Foreclosure. She asked me to deposit money in her company Global International FEI 45-3202613 to be able to acquire the property at the court auction. She subsequently gave me a false address of the property and gave me a false key. 11701 Alton Road #13 Miami Beach FL 33139 USES Please I ask you to investigate this case. Thanks and regards

This place is very unprofessional. A realtor named Connie Perez showed me and my boyfriend a property and we were approved. I met with her and gave her a $2000 security deposit on may 26th. The move in date was set for June 8th, but when the day came we were told by her that the owner was having issues with HOA and can’t rent it out unless he had it for a year, so basically the deal didn’t go through. I asked for about a week for her to send the form so I could get my deposit back and she kept prolonging it and sending more listings. She finally sent the form June 21st and I was told it would take 5-7 days for me to receive it. Well now it’s July 12th and I still haven’t gotten my deposit back. Connie only responds when she wants to or if I mention legal action. I’ve emailed the escrow department and never got a response. She told me it was sent by 2 day mail by ups, then turned around and said they sent it through regular mail. Either way I should’ve been had it . Like I said the escrow department never responded to my emails I even called and was told to just email them. So at this point I have no choice but to get into contact with a lawyer about this and see what steps I can take next. I would give them 0 stars if I could. I’m just wanting my $2,000 back didn’t think I would have to go through all of this. They’re all unprofessional and I highly advise you guys to go else where when looking for a place.

I will never work with this company again. I can't speak for all of their employees, but Orly Ahula is a horrible human being who has no problem taking advantage of small family owned businesses. Stay away.

Orly Ahula is extremely unprofessional. She scams local small businesses by getting her work done and refusing to pay thousands of dollars.
