Amazing hidden gem, far enough from the craziness of south beach but close enough to the best Miami Beach has to offer. Four pools, a large gym, and arguably the best spa in all of the beach. Beach Front, restaurant, bar, beach service and valet, the staff is very accommodating. Best of all it is quiet if you work from home and has a grocery store across the street.

The facilities and the staff are great. I think the food was not great as the prices they charged for it. Overall a very comfortable relaxing experience and pleasant place.

Lovely place. Saw a private client in the residence tower for a energetic healing session. Too bad he was disrupted twice, housekeeping called and then tried to enter the room while we were in session. 😔. Next time a do not disturb sign will be used. Furniture was very solid wood and it was hard to move a chair. Great view!

Amaxing spa! Daily huge selection of exercise classes and an excellent and very healthy restaurant. Several pools and Pool attendant, Audi, is super efficient.

5 star facilities with private beach.

I wouldn't give it zero stars if it is possible. It is not our favorite place anymore. Good old staff, who worked in February is gone. New staff definitely needs training in customer service skills. Beach attendants are rude, specially one with long braided hair, he behaves like he owns the place. He makes you feel ignored, after you asked for umbrella or bed cover. Just to be reminded an hour later about request. We needed to ask couple times about it. Some guest discrimination is evident there. For the $$$ they charge you it is worth to stay somewhere else. North Miami Beach has plenty nice resorts in the area in the same price range. Do not waste your time or money to be disappointed.
