I am visiting Miami for holidays and needed immediate help with my contact lenses. Called a few optometrists but Yadell was the only one who was willing to help me. Totally recommend the place

My wife had lost a screw in her reading glasses. We are from France and did not what to do. We were told about a repair kit you can find in CVS. We tried the kit without any luck. But by luck Eyeglass Emporium are just opposite. With a smile and great attitude helped with the repair. I would recommend these guys to everyone who in the area to go if you need help with any needs for eye glasses.

Needed a new frame, lens were still good. Sold me a new frame and put my old lenses into a beautiful turtle shell pair of Ray-Bans. No upsell, quick, low wait time, fantastic service. Will repeat

We came to Miami beach for vacation and my daughter totally forgot about her glasses and contact lenses. She can't see anything. Eyeglass emporium is a big saver for our trip. After trying out a few shops nearby, none of them are helpful. Only Eyeglass Emporium, not just friendly, but offered us some trail pairs of contact lenses for free. It really saved us a big time! To write a review of such a fantastic store is very difficult because I do not really know where to start. We have been customers for almost 20 years, but to be honest Aaron and Yadel really stand out, absolute treasures! Aaron has always been beyond helpful. He inspires confidence and reassurance. He is kind, knowledgeable, competent and reassuring. Excellent customer service and care! My parents have had various eye issues over the years. My mother has a certain taste and flair; Aaron and artistic ways, have far exceeded her expectations. She is delighted! Speaking of far exceeding expectations, this brings me to Yadel (I hope I spelled his name correctly!!!) Yadel is a gift! On a visit, my mother came home with such devastating information. Her eye surgeon did not give her proper care. Eyeglass Emporium took the time to explain to her what the surgeon missed and did not share with her. Needless to say our hearts were terribly heavy. Yadel reached out to her and reassured her that all was not lost and that he was going to think on this. Today after a follow up visit, my mother returned floating on air. Yadel told my mother he'd been thinking of her problem, and told her he had an idea... THE SHEER GENIUS OF THIS IDEA... IS WELL GENIUS!!! Just knowing he thought of her and her problem and seriously put so much time and thought into figuring out a solution after her visit was beyond touching. We are forever grateful to him. I had bought glasses from lens crafter and were extremely expensive. My lens came out and the ear end part of the Ray Ban frame. I did not want to go back to them Instead I went to Eye glass Emporium. They fixed my glasses and minimally charged me for the fixing the frame. Very helpful and very honest.

Beyond Excellent: April 2019 Wow: Ive used many eyeglass places over the years but these people were fantastic. Arron the owner was incredibly nice. His customer service attitude was beyond excellent. He called me regularly to update me about the several pairs of glasses I ordered. He helped me on a Sunday with an emergency issue after some important glasses were stolen. I received the eyeglasses and they are of excellent quality. 6 STAR rating :) Howard Sachs M.D.
