Great place to have dinner and drink the delicious drinks they make. We were attended by an Argentine (I don't remember her name) very attentive. Great variety of dishes and very delicious... the prices are those of miami beach.

Amazing food and 5-stars service! The best paella I had in a long time. Special thanks to our waiter Macarena! Overall a very nice experience.

We were walking in Ocean Street and suddenly decided to go to this cafe, fortunately was very good. It's very cozy and so friendly, We had ordered shisha and food, which was very good. Macarena was a good woman and so kind, she was very helpful.

Had an amazing time here with our host Analia. The drinks were strong and generous, the food tasty, and the ambiance was wonderful, perfect for a family. We skipped over other spots on the strip and I'm glad we landed here. Great diversity of food and terrific service. Will definitely come back again.

The location is perfect, right on the strip with everything else. The drinks were solid and tasted great but strong as well. I had the chicken tacos and they were very very good. You can sit inside or outside and the service was very friendly.

We had a wonderful experience visiting Caffe Milano Restaurant & Bar, in South Beach Miami on Ocean Drive. We were served by the terrific host and server by the name of Jose and his assistant David. They both treated us like family and provided us with exceptional options which were an absolute delicacy, & we enjoyed as we stayed for a good portion of the afternoon. Caffe Milano comes Highly recommended with five stars across-the-board, an absolute must if you’re visiting South Beach! V.P.

Very good service from Marbelin! She was very sweet. Drinks were good and the food was great. Bartender makes a good lemon drop martini. Everything was well seasoned. Perfect location off the beach. Would recommend.

Wow they were phenomenal. My wife and I just went and we got the Cubano platter and the salmon with vodka sauce and they were delicious. Especially the Cubano, it was so tender and juicy. The pork pulled apart with just my fork, the platano was nice and sweet but not overly so, and the rice topped it all off perfectly. The vodka sauce was really good too, you'd prolly be hard pressed to find better in the area.

Go see Yadina! She is amazing. Sooo amazing and sweet. I will come backband request her EVERYtime. She is a professional and very attentive.

Super delicious lunch in such an adorable atmosphere! Very upbeat and everything was spot on. Definitely recommend and it’s less than 5 minutes from the beach.

One of the best restaurant I ever have been to. Fantastic service made by M.Analia, great dishes, excellent atmosphere in the middle of South Beach Miami. We took: pizza pepperoni, risotto pescatora and shrimps tacos. Everything fresh and tasty. My huge positive feedback! We will come back for sure. Only one (-) point: 20% added at the and as service charge. It is unfortunately Miami standard. It is NOK. So consider tip indeed...with this service and tip your check may be even 40% higher. Of course, to menu prices you must also add 7% federal tax and 2% city tax.

The BEST salmon i had on the south beach strip by far - i had salmon and wifey had chicken fajitas - and salad on side - bill was around 80 with gratuity included ( i dont like that here is automatically included but whatever ) 😇 service was fast - our waiter was eather high or super happy haha but service was great and super delicious food

I had a great experience at this restaurant. Analia was a great and checking on us often. The food was delicious. Drinks and hookah were great. I ordered Lasagna. I enjoyed it, but next time I’ll order something different with more flavor.

As we walked down the strip, we realised it might be challenging to avoid deep fried veggies and meals, tacos or pizza, and, last but not least, loud music. Caffè Milano offered all we were looking for: fresh salad, what looked like réal kitchen and music at a level where we could speak and hear each other at the table. Janina (? Spelling?), our waitress, was great and every request was met seamlessly. The overall impression is that it surpassed our expectations, and I do believe we made the right choice. If you arrive during happy hours, one gets 1 extra drink per drink ordered... it was a nice touch. I do recommend.

This place was a wonderful place for breakfast. Food portion could feet 3 with one plate! Our server was Jose A and he was absolutely AMAZING!!

Best thing is that it’s on the strip. Service is slow, happy hour drinks have little to no alcohol. One person in my group ordered chicken Alfred which was not just plain but gross. Tacos and Cuban chicken with plantains were decent and piña colada’s were good but I think they had no alcohol in them.

The food was just amazing! One of the best restaurants at the Ocean Drive. The pizza was crunchy, good cheese, fresh basil and good tomato sauce. They also make my special recipe garlic sauce for my request and it was so good! Sea food risotto/pescadore was really fresh and well seasoned. They have good juices, non-diluted. Interesting drinks with sugar straw. Amazing staff, really helpful and professional.

All the restaurants down this strip look the same from the outside. So happy we chose this one. The menu was good, the prices were good, the service was good....the food, was EXCELLENT. Will absolutely come back. And to the guy who ran us down thinking we weren't happy, sorry for the confusion. I took a picture of the name because it was so good.

The first time I had the Caffe Milano experience, it was 3 years ago for a bachelor party. The experience that time was top notch. To start off, mojitos were delicious. The shots were great. And most of all... The lobster paella was to die for! It was the first time I had paella and I fell in love. All these years, I had been just anticipating the chance to visit this place. When the opportunity arose to come back to revisit Caffe Milano, I just HAD to! I came back to Caffe Milano on a separate Miami trip just to come back to the familiar fantastic flavors. I was helped by Analia - a wonderful, ecstatic beam of energy. We were greeted with tequila shots as well as her wonderful personality. The owner Yadina made sure we were being tended to and we sure were. The mojitos that were brought out were top notch and the lobster paella was everything I wanted and more. Overall, my second experience here was as memorable as the first. I wish I lived in Miami to experience this wonderful spot on a regular basis.

Taste, service and environment. The food was tasty. Not heavily salted and colorful. We had the “Surf and Turf” and the “Lobster Parella”. The beverages were refreshing and generous. These were medium margaritas. On ocean driver. Beautiful weather, beautiful people and excellent service. Thanks Marbelin for the wonderful experience!!!

Came to South Beach to enjoy the beach, sun, and drinks. This is the 3rd time we’ve been to caffe Milano. The food is good. The drinks drinks are delicious. The only issue is that when you eat in South Beach, you get TAXED LIKE CRAZY!! Surcharges just to sit and eat is not too cool. It kind of ruins the fun in coming back! Although we did enjoy the food and drinks. The service was great as well. Just the TAXES kill the whole thing to be honest. You shouldn’t be taxed extra to enjoy a nice meal by the beach.
