customer service not so good. They change the prices on a weekly basis. I had a very bad experience at just hair care. First appointment there I waited like 3 hrs. Second appt I was running late 12 min. The lady Sade had an attitude. It was in God's hands for me not to go to Just hair care. I found My Hair lounge. All the ladies are very nice and professional. Very kind people, but over charges made me change my mind about this salon. I was going there regularly and every time I went they added an extra 5 or 10 dollars. (weekly) just to wash and blow dry. plus tip. I just decided not to deal with them anymore. there are plenty of salons to go to!

I just moved from out of state and found this location. I am always skeptical about new places because I have 4c natural hair but I LOVE IT! Cianel did a amazing job on my hair taking her time sectioning my natural hair and blow drying carefully. Wasn’t there too long at all unlike most salons. Definitely will continue coming here. later ended up getting really bad heat damage

I've been to My Hair Lounge in Sunrise fl many times. And with every visit i am beyond satisfied. From the welcoming staff to the work and love that is put into my hair all together. My first time here i got highlights and they were gorgeous. Thank you My hair lounge.

The best hair salon ever. The place is clean Staff is friendly and caring. If you ever in the sunrise area and need to do your hair My hair lounge is definitely the place to go. They are the best.

This was my third time taking my daughter to the salon and this was the worst experience. The beautician who did her hair in the past is no longer there so we had someone who was not friendly & did a horrible job. We went for a simple blow out & while my daughter has very thick hair, she could have done a better job. Well, it did not even last a full day. For $75, it was not worth it. This was definitely my last time there.

I had a great experience with Francis. The salon is clean, quiet, and professional. I came in for a blowout. I was washed, steam conditioned, blown out AND out the door in an hour. I couldn’t believe that part. The price —very reasonable for the service, time and convenience. I’ll return!

Let me tell you about my hair experience today at the hair lounge. I moved here from New York I was looking for a place to do my 4C hair. Looking no more Cianel did my hair oh my God she is a professional my hair came out very nice. I will definitely keep going back and I will recommend my hair lounge salon to everyone that is looking for a good hair salon.

i have very natural hair and it’s hard for me to find a Dominican salon that doesn’t mess up my curl pattern or hair texture . i love coming here simple fact it feels like going to your aunts house and getting your hair done . they are so nice and friendly excellent customer service and also they are very quick . i was in and out . i highly recommend coming here def my new silk press home .

I called in to get a haircut and blow dry as a walk in. The salon staff was very friendly and welcoming. Clean environment. My hairstylist Yimairy was nice and professional. She did a lovely job on my haircut and style. Will be coming back.

First time in the salon. I have a hair botox and Ysabel knew exactly how to take care of my hair. She did an amazing job!! She also did a hair botox for my daughter, it looked fabulous! I will definitely come back. Check her out!!
