Decent bagels, and okay coffee. The customer service was nice. But nothing spectacular.

Never disappointed with my order or drink. Tried the new Brisket egg breakfast bagel. I just switched up from the jalapeño bagel.

This location provided my company with the phone number to Laurie Sanfilippo the Catering Sales Manager. She provided excellent customer service. Placed our order in a timely manner and assisted with other questions we had. Our company usually orders from here for meetings and events. I highly recommend Einstein Bros. Bagels 👍😃

Oh, nothing but the best bagels in South Florida! I can say that as long as the prices remain somehow in check, I will keep going here to every now and then get me my bagel fill.

First visit to this location - hard to find a parking spot. The bagels were good and the service was great, prices are okay though cream cheese is a little bit too much extra change in my opinion.

Five stars for a well-packed breakfast order delivered via UberEats on a Friday morning. I got the Garden Avocado Egg Sandwich, All-Nighter Egg Sandwich, a Twice Baked Hash Brown, and a large Fresh Brewed Hot Coffee. The sandwiches are on the pricey side but are huge and well put together. I love McDonald's hash browns so I am not used to the taste or texture of the Twice Baked Hash Brown from here so I can't recommend this appetizer. The coffee was flavorful on its own without the added sugar or cream; I would come back just for the coffee. This location was about 15 minutes drive away and the coffee was still hot when it was delivered. I am impressed.

The place has gone downhill. I guess there's a refresh of guys and gals working there, and it's for the worse. Mind you, I've experienced terrible service before, so I don't want to exaggerate. However, no one greeted any of the customers who came in, there were a lot of uberEATs drivers waiting, and for some reason, they didn't put out all of the orders in the designated area for pickup. Mine was one of a few sitting behind the counter for no apparent reason. It was also the first time I ordered the vanilla cold brew, and it doesn't look anything like the picture. So, I wasn't sure they even put vanilla in it. I approached the guy at the front counter, and when he saw me coming, he looked disappointed even though he wasn't doing anything at all at the register. He explained it to me like I was some guy who lacked common sense. Maybe I do. I'm not a coffee guy, but I thought I should try it out that particular morning. I'm not sure what exactly is wrong with this location now, but the atmosphere gave off a busy but careless vibe. Didn't seem like anyone wanted to be there, and I didn't once see any employees talking to each other. Weird. Not looking forward to coming back here. Might avoid it for a while.

Highly recommended. Bagels are fresh, and the breakfast combinations are just delicious. Once we found it, we had our daily breakfast here.

The nova lox was great but now instead of getting two halves with salmon and onion on each half in a box (presentable), you get one sad slice of salmon in between a thick bagel with hardly any cream cheese little onion and wrapped up in a baking sheet.

I ordered curbside 12/4. I called the number provided for curbside. No one answered for 20 minutes. I finally went inside to get my order. I got to my car and realized that I was missing several items. The picture doesn't match what I received. In addition to receiving the items I was missing. I got have way home and realized I was missing two bagels. Never had a complaint with South Beach or Brickell. I will not be returning to the Doral location.
