The
place
has
gone
downhill.
I
guess
there's
a
refresh
of
guys
and
gals
working
there,
and
it's
for
the
worse.
Mind
you,
I've
experienced
terrible
service
before,
so
I
don't
want
to
exaggerate.
However,
no
one
greeted
any
of
the
customers
who
came
in,
there
were
a
lot
of
uberEATs
drivers
waiting,
and
for
some
reason,
they
didn't
put
out
all
of
the
orders
in
the
designated
area
for
pickup.
Mine
was
one
of
a
few
sitting
behind
the
counter
for
no
apparent
reason.
It
was
also
the
first
time
I
ordered
the
vanilla
cold
brew,
and
it
doesn't
look
anything
like
the
picture.
So,
I
wasn't
sure
they
even
put
vanilla
in
it.
I
approached
the
guy
at
the
front
counter,
and
when
he
saw
me
coming,
he
looked
disappointed
even
though
he
wasn't
doing
anything
at
all
at
the
register.
He
explained
it
to
me
like
I
was
some
guy
who
lacked
common
sense.
Maybe
I
do.
I'm
not
a
coffee
guy,
but
I
thought
I
should
try
it
out
that
particular
morning.
I'm
not
sure
what
exactly
is
wrong
with
this
location
now,
but
the
atmosphere
gave
off
a
busy
but
careless
vibe.
Didn't
seem
like
anyone
wanted
to
be
there,
and
I
didn't
once
see
any
employees
talking
to
each
other.
Weird.
Not
looking
forward
to
coming
back
here.
Might
avoid
it
for
a
while.
