I was in the area with my 8 year old niece one afternoon and she had to use the restroom urgently. I went in the bar, which was practically dead empty, and asked the lady bartender if my niece could use the restroom, she told me the restroom was just for customers. I explained the situation and told them it was for my niece, a child, and not myself, they denied my request and said it was not their problem. There are literally no public restrooms in this area and she really had to go, it was broad daylight and not midnight, there were ZERO customers yet they would not make an exception for a child. Well guess what, I simply walked my niece to the restroom while the crazy bartender started screaming at me, I did not care and dared her to call whoever she wanted. Once my niece was done we left the place and the crazy lady kept screaming "its only for customers!!!", yeah I don't care but the child comes first. So to the owner of this establishment and to the crazy bartender lady: I give you my middle finger.

Please avoid any karaoke at this bar if this guy is the karaoke person. We were so happy to have found a fun place to have karaoke for our last night. When we arrived, we ordered a few shots and drinks. We were a group of 5 and there was about 3 other group of people . It wasn’t busy at all. We got to sing about 2 songs and were having a good time. When we realized that no one had been singing for a couple of song, I went to see the karaoke guy to see where he was at in his waiting line. I found out that he had crossed off 3 of our names. I asked him why as I was a little confused. He answered rudely that he had called us and we didn’t answer. I was surprised because we were 5 and didn’t hear any of the 3 names. We were not drunk and the bar wasn’t full of people so we could have heard. Anyways, I didn’t think it was a big deal so I wrote my song in the waiting line again. He took the pad away from me and told me it was over for me tonight. This guy doesn’t look like he enjoys his job at all. He was totally disrespectful and didn’t give us any chance. We were good and fun customers in a bar where it was basically empty. We left a little frustrated but also found the situation so ridiculous. All in all, please avoid this place if you want to have a fun night in Miami. There is plenty of other places for you to go. Peace out✌🏻

I wanna say to the owner of that place that they should really consider teaching the basics for how to deliver customer service to the bartender lady… I usually am not so disappointed by a restaurant but since we came to your place for a second time — because we enjoy your karaoke entertainment, I have to post a comment to explain you what happened... Let me tell you that the service we have received from the lady at the bar was really unprofessional… First, she should learn how to make a piña colada… it was way too much piled ice and very sweet, it was not even drinkable anymore — and second she clearly does not know how to talk to the customers. 😳 She made us wait more than 5min to get our money back and gave us changes with only 1$… When my friends and I tried to receive our change… Also we told her that we were in a hurry and she replied rudely : « You are in a hurry and I am not. » we explained that we had to meet people, and she added : « I am counting » while she was talking with her male colleague at the cashier at the same time… 🤨 I did not say anything more and just waited on her to finish her counting. Maybe it was not her day I don’t know 🤷🏽‍♀️ but I am working in service and I would never do that to my customers… That was very direspectful. I hope that Miss bartender will read my comment. I know that the place does great entertainment and that people are usually nice but that night was very disappointing.

Nice place. The music was good and the girl at the bar was friendly. I would of stayed longer to play pool and hang out but the drinks were to expensive. Had 1 and left. That’s why it was probably empty the whole time.

I was in Miami for my birthday and my fiancé and I stumbled on this place. I am so glad that we did. We hung out there for a couple of hours and socialize and had an awesome time. The bartenders were really nice and very attentive. We ordered the nachos and let me say....it was soooo good LOL We had an awesome time. We will definitely go back when we are in town.

Their credit card machine was down due to the storm. I waited for 20 minuites while they ran my card continuously without telling me what was happening. I waited another 25 minuites inside while the owner kept running my card. She was very rude making it sound like it was my fault her credit card machine wasn’t working. I have worked in the service industry my entire life and would NEVER have had a customer wait that long while I tried to fix the problem. She then insisted she write down my credit card information which made me very uncomfortable. Very rude. She should have comped my tab instead. Don’t recommend. Terrible service.

2.19.23, about 11:30pm: Two ladies are working behind the bar: the shorter one is cool, the taller was terribly rude (sorry, I didn't catch their names at all) and charged my card for stuff I didn't order. The receipt says red bull, six dollars. I've never ordered a red bull at a bar in my life, let alone for $6. I tried to let her know about it and she just went irate, reaching for the receipt and throwing it away, yelling about my dog, which was odd - the dog was well-behaved and her complaints came out of nowhere. When I calmly asked "where is my red bull then?," she started yelling for Eddie, the security. I stayed calm, Eddie was cool, he had helped me out with the pool table earlier, so I didn't make any fuss about it and calmly walked out. My credit card company is handling it, I really didn't have anything to worry about or need to make a scene. I don't know why she reacted this way, but it was super unprofessional. Was she hoping I wouldn't notice? This is the first negative feedback I've ever given so I'm interested to see if there will be a reply. I was sober, enjoyed the food and most of the staff - that experience was just out way of line.

My Uncle Jon keeps on raving about Chef Steven’s BLT. I was FINALLY able to taste that yummy goodness ! And it was amazing. See for yourself :)) Also Chef Steven brought us some home made Guacamole and Chips with homemade cheddar sauce it was hot and blended perfectly with the Guacamole and the home made Salsa. Will be back for sure !!! Thank you Chef Steven.

I had a 10 hour layover in Miami on 10/7/23 during which I ventured to South Beach, and I stopped in here around 2PM as I couldn't bare the heat outside. I'm surprised by the bad reviews. The bartender DiDi (sp?) made me two tasty drinks and was extremely friendly. The crows was light, and I appreciated finding a place that wasn't thumping the bass and throwing down hard to relax with a couple drinks. I have not a clue what this place is like at night.

Came here for lunch twice and the fish tacos were superb. Josie (sp?) the bartender was a real friendly guy. Cold air-conditioning & lots of sports on TV. For those of you complaining abt not being able to use the restroom, would it kill u to buy something?

Best waitress Daniella, she was a sweetheart and understanding! Bartender on the other hand… stay far away, unless you want to receive attitude.The Liquor lounge is misleading considering their drinks taste like juice. Had to send the mojitos back because it was unbearable to drink and virgin. Food is mediocre, cold tortilla chips and ran out of bread for the Miami cheesesteak sandwich... should of told us prior. Guacamole was straight up avocado and salt, no seasoning or spices. Don't waste your time coming here. Last thing they have is liquor, if you like dog food you’ll like it here! Or a cheating situation considering there is only 2 other people here

Walked into this place a few nights ago to PURCHASE a beverage. I walked straight to the bar (NO WHERE ELSE) spoke to the bartender and literally after I said “hi, can I” … she cut me off mid sentence, waved her hand and said “no you can’t use the bathroom “. LOL I was beyond confused! I told her I didn’t need to use the bathroom and when I said that she then looked confused and said “you don’t have to use the bathroom?” I replied “umm, no! I wanted a drink but never mind” I asked the manager (same gentleman being called rude in their other reviews) “does this happen often? Do you guys assume certain people have to use the bathroom?” He rudely replied “well yea if you’re going towards the bathroom “. I told him he can check the cameras I NEVER went towards the bathroom I literally just wanted to purchase a drink. Being in Miami has gotten exhausting with the rude locals. The customer service in this city is literally trash and I’m TIRED!!!

Overall, a very bad experience! My friend and I ate there (2 people). Hamburgers come with old bread and no french fries. Our waitress was nice but the cashier person was bad. She charged an illegal automatic gratuity. According to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS): 1. An automatic gratuity is a service charge placed ONLY to large dining parties (parties of six or more people). 2. The customer must have the unrestricted right to determine the amount for tips. The payment must be made free from compulsion. I explained that to the cashier but she refused to remove illegal gratuity. Then she gave me a phone number to call the manager but that number was out of service. I was aware that automatic gratuities cannot be considered tipped wages. I actually wanted to tip my waitress.

Nice vibe, good affordable drinks and good service! It was open till 6am this summer.

The waitress Daniela was very nice but the drinks were awful. When we asked the bartender to make a different drink preferable with alcohol we were confronted with an attitude. 0/10 for the bartender was just uneducated on making a simple mojito.

On 02.12.2022, 300 USD were taken from my credit card plus a 200 USD charge that didn't go through for 2 beer and 4 tequila shots (max USD 50). It was declared as ATM fee (with 10 USD extra fee). Obviously the waiter did a mistake or did this on purpose. There is no email and website and nobody answering the phone.

Great food. Great local spot with all the TV's you could ever want to watch every game that's playing.

The prices at this bar are at normal South Beach levels. However, the bartenders that they have in this establishment make drinks very well. This bar is where I started to drink Svedka. Also, the diversity inside of the bar is great and the bartenders are nice.

Expensive, Gin Tonic was totally tasteless. Very little Gin, sparkling water instead of Tonic, lime instead of Lemon.
