I stopped by for Sunday supper after a laid back beach afternoon and walk around to grab a bite. I stumbled into this little spot right on Collins. It's a cozy little spot with a lot of potential. Besides the terrace where I ate they also have an Inside dining space. I started with their complementary bread and an olive oil dip. I asked for balsamic but never received it. My appetizer was a plate of (4) small meatballs in a not rich tomato sauce. Their chicken pizziola - their take on chicken parm - was my main course. This was a small chicken breast with cheese & some oregano served with 4 potatoes and a bit of spinach. All in all not bad for a quick bite but the experience could certainly have been better. Service could be a little more attentive. They charge an 18% automatic tip - they do disclose it - but call it a service charge and also have the "suggested tip" wording which would leave at a minimum 33% tip. For whatever reason, my experience didn't feel like meriting 33%.

Absolutely amazing all around! We got the grilled calamari to start and the risotto and crab ravioli for our meal, and finished with the dessert sampler for two and a couple of cappuccinos for dessert. The food was absolutely exquisite! It really warmed my heart that the owner was very involved all around-- from greeting the guests at the front to checking in on everyone. The service was also some of the best that we have gotten in South Beach and everyone was very warm and friendly and made us feel welcomed and taken care of (I feel that the added in gratuities that most establishments have in South Beach has taken away the incentive for good service in most establishments.) I would 100% come here again and recommend this wonderful restaurant to anyone who is in the area and wants a wonderful evening. At the end of the evening, we were walking back to the hotel and the owner even offered us a ride back. Very sweet, and absolutely wonderful people.

I checked out Last weekend for an early dinner with my BF. We sat on the patio but I'm not sure I would again if I returned. This strip of Collins is really loud so I'd say unless you really love hearing hip-hop out of blown out speakers on golf carts - sit inside. The server was super nice and knowledgable. We got a sparkling Rose bottle and it was perfect and light. As an app we got the Grilled Octopus and it was so fresh and soft. I got the crab ravioli and my bf got Potato Gnocchi and everything was really great and fresh. Their cheese is incredible and pasta is cooked to perfect! Really glad I found out about the restaurant on Check Please! on PBS in South Florida. Can tell they have lots of regulars which is always a good sign in an area that can feel like eating in Times Square sometimes. I could feel the sense of old-school restauranteur pride that went into this place!

My husband and I found this beautiful family owned restaurant while staying at The Leslie Hotel. (I maintain a grain/gluten free and dairy free diet and was pleased at their menu selections). We were impressed with the restaurant's elegant decor and impeccable service. We shall return!

Solid Italian food. The Burratina salad and carpaccio were good, tasted as expected, and the parpadelle in lamb ragout was very tasty, you could actually taste that it was lamb. Gnocchi was good (definitely homemade) but a little too soft for my liking but that's just my personal taste. Service was very good, we would definitely go back/ recommend.

Excellent find! Last night in Miami and was not disappointed. Recommended and certainly a place to revisit. Fresh pasta is a must. Bruno is great as well although all the staff very friendly!

The food here was outstanding! The staff was helpful and kind with our questions about the menu. Considering everything is made to order the food came out very quickly. The atmosphere was inviting and quiet. Went here two nights in a row and will be back next week, ordered different entrees and apps. Everything was delicious! Loved the entire experience and will absolutely be back!

Very cozy, warm atmosphere and authentic Italian food. We had lobster ravioli with shrimp and parpadella. Both were great- couldn't stop eating! The bruschetta was also very well prepared. For dessert, we had key lime pie and chocolate lava cake. I will definitely be back again.

Truly authentic Italian food. High quality, no rush service with a genuine care that you have the best dining experience. If you love Italian food, you need to put this on your list. Everything was exceptional, from the salad, to entree to dessert. Reasonably priced too. Loved it!

When you are in South Beach, there are so many dining options. Fortunately, a friend of ours suggested this gem. My wife and I shared three dishes plus dessert and wine. First, we loved the delicious asparagus parmigiana; then we savored the soectacular pappardelle agnu ( lamb ) and finally, we loved the delicate grouper with a lemon chardonnay sauce. Dessert for us was the exquisite key lime pie. House wines -- chardonnay and chianti were great. Service was terrific; food was heavenly and the atmosphere was classy. Such a marvelous meal! What an extraordinary dining experience!

Cute little Italian restaurant here, very comfy inside with nice cold AC but the outside garden area seemed more popular; either way the vibe here is relaxing or even romantic if your in the mood. Carpaccio appetizer was fresh and on point. I don't think it needed the toast points they added to it but that's just me. The wine list wasn't extensive but had a good amount of quality picks at reasonable prices; < $70. The pasta dishes were also very good, my fresh made and thinly cut fettucine with brandy cream, pink peppercorn and salmon was something I would come back for although the brandy element seemed to be missing. The crab ravioli was also quite good and different than most versions I've seen. I would say it is more on the lighter fresher side than on the familiar creamier/richer side. The service was friendly and unhurried rounding out the overall positive experience. Looking forward to a return in the near future.

Amazing experience here. We visited Italy a few years back and this was the closest thing we've had to it since. The walnut pasta made fresh daily was out of this world. Made a last minute reservation and the manager moved some tables around to made sure we were outside surrounded by the beauty of Miami. Servers were fantastic. Limoncello as a dessert was a great addition to the menu! Will be back!

Food was very good, I had the grouper and it was fresh and delicious. Tiramisu also excellent, server was very sweet and the owner Roberto was there to also make sure we were happy. I would definitely return when I came back to visit south beach. There’s a reason this place has been here for 26 years. Well done!

Probably the best Italian restaurant in Miami Beach. The food is always excellent and the venue is superb. Nice white tablecloths and a doting owner/manager making sure that everything is perfect.

I can't say enough good things about this place! Spiga is a true hidden gem. The food is fantastic and the restaurant is romantic with a low key atmosphere. Fresh made pasta daily. Reasonable prices. We come here every time we visit Miami and can't wait to come back

Went here the yesterday for dinner. Place looks cozy and is an alternative to some of the generic restaurants at Ocean Dr. Sorry to find they have cream in their carbonara. Music inside was ambient trance which was weird. Italian music would have added more genuine atmosphere. Staff were kind and service attentive. The homemade gnocchi lacked in texture and were moshy. Pomodoro sauce was very good though!
