We would give it 3.5 but its not an option. Service dropped the ball here. While servers were nice, we were left waiting for someone to come and accommodate our request to move to another table that had been sitting empty, waiting to be cleaned. Food was good, generous portions; and price was what you could expect from a tourist area... Above average.

The food was nothing out of the extraordinary. It should have deserved a 3 star. But the service was incredibly slow. The restaurant was not that busy but the waitress took a week to come at the table. So much so that I had to stand up and head to counter to pay. Adding on top of that very bad service, the restaurant adds a 14% tip de facto on your bill even for a single party dinner. This on top of a 6% "service fee". Which means an overall of 20% tip for a mediocre service. I would have fight that approach but I was too tired to almost have been hostage for the time it takes the waitress to comeback. I should have taken a clue when tables were not ready when I came in while they were not busy at all and waiters choosing to chat with each other rather than clean tables after patrons.

Place was really good. Manager was at the host stand and extremely welcoming. Service was a little slow but that didn’t bother me.. we ordered the sautéed calamari - spicy, fresh, tender and delicious. I ordered the blackened Mahi sandwich. My sons ordered the Hangover burger and the Pulled Pork sandwich. They all came with a lightly dressed arugula salad and McDonald’s style fries (they were better but similar). We ate every darn bite. We also had a couple IPAs (Funky Buddha Hop Gun). They were fairly smooth for 7.7%. I’d def come back here..

Great place for breakfast! Many options and reasonable prices. It had the best breakfast menu out of the many I had checked out in the area. Everyone really enjoyed their meal. Service was prompt and polite. Will 100 percent go back again.

It's a nice location, good ambiance and eclectic decor. And it's pretty popular on a weekend evening, for lunch or dinner. The chicken sandwich & chicken panini my friend & i had for lunch on our first day was pretty tasty, fries were over spiced (black pepper), but still not bad, esp after a long trip. However, when I went for breakfast, yesterday the service was quite slow and unfortunately my waffle (with strawberries 🍓 & banana 🍌--the fruits were pretty fresh!) was soggy and no longer warm. For the price the food should be pretty top notch. Also, when I asked the hotel desk for bottled water, they suggested the bar--without knowing, I ordered to large bottles of Evian (in glass). Each was $11!! 🤦🏻‍♀️

The food is fantastic, every dish we ordered had the perfect texture as well as great flavours. Joselin was the sweetest server making sure we are well taken care of. The vegetarian Madras curry is a definite must try. Delicious food!

Drink doesn't really has much alcohol in it. Table is not very clean. Didn't even offer me water. But overall food taste decent.

This establishment is conveniently located right off the beach with a fabulous beach aesthetic and great service. Despite showing up 30 minutes before closing, I was seated, served and departed before closing time. The scenery is fantastic with amazing murals and music. The food was reasonably priced for the location.

Food just ok, but was wrong completely for one guest and she had to wait while the rest ate. No second beer was offered, left thirsty. Tip 14% and some other fee was already silently added to the bill, be careful when paying as most will double tip not knowing that.

The scrambled eggs took 40 minutes to cook. When the food arrived it was cold. The waiter never asked if I wanted more coffee or how I liked my food. Unfortunately, I don't have enough talent to drink from such a short straw. This beautiful place also requires an urgent thorough cleaning.

Just checked into the RIU Miami Beach, walked around to find a place for lunch and found the Tavern 24/7. Loved the eclectic tiles on the ground, so nice to have a canopy over our heads! It started to rain-but we never had to move inside. The menu is very diverse, something for everyone in our party of 6. Was surprised at the price -so close to the beach-not to high for the area. I ordered the Mahi Mahi- for 17- was a. Nice size of fish - loved it as well as the pitcher of mojitos. The staff were the best, super friendly and personable. The tip is included, but don’t that let that stop you from leaving a little extra!

I was here for dinner and it was great! You have to take into account that the restaurant starts to fill up between 6-7pm and there may be no room and you may have to wait. I arrived early and it was no problem. I was given a glass of water and a menu right away. I chose a pasta and it was delicious. And the waiter was great - very friendly, attentive and communicative. The prices were quite high, but that's kind of everywhere in Miami Beach.

Here in Miami alone for a week and found this absolute gem on my walk down the boardwalk. The drink I had was called ‘Ladies First’ and it was absolutely delicious. The bartender was very busy but still super attentive and watching him make the drinks was a delight in and of itself. I wasn’t even hungry but when I saw that they had real authentic carbonara on the menu I had to try it! Carbonara is my favorite and I’ve yet to experience it the way it’s supposed to actually be made up in NY and this dish did not disappoint at all. Highly suggest this spot for anyone visiting the Miami Beach area!

Lovely breakfast spot, the decor, food and service were fabulous! I had Darlene taking care of me and she was great and very attentive so big thank you to Darlene. I recommend the breakfast tacos, they were superb! Good portions and really cute outdoor area.

It was the closest restaurant to our hotel. We were hungry after a long flight. The food was very good and the service was very friendly. The only thing is that we had to wait a bit longer, bit in the end we were satisfied and full.

This is a very nice restaurant with indoor and outdoor dining available. It's not directly on the beach but close enough. The staff was friendly and helpful. My server was knowledgeable and provided good recommendations. I didn't get a chance to visit it twice during my time in the area but I will certainly return there when I am in town again. The food was hot, fresh and delicious. The restaurant's atmosphere is great for hanging out socializing or a fine dining experience.

Atmosphere was awesome! Very surprising from it's none assuming front... had a Speak Easy feel. Dog friendly on the patio. I highly recommend eating here.

My husband and I were in Miami and looking for somewhere for an early dinner. We gave The Tavern a shot, and we're so glad we did. The bartender waited on us, and he was extremely friendly and attentive. The drinks were phenomenal, and the food was tasty. It's a little on the pricey side, but well worth it.

We loved the food so much we came back the next day. They did lose points for #1. We left our earphones on the table, and they threw them away. #2. We waited for our food for what seemed like forever without any bread or anything to keep us occupied. #3 eating outside made our food cold fast.

Tasty food, great selection for the venue, smart and cool decoration, and laid back atmosphere!! We visited for a late night dinner and wasn’t disappointed! I do recommend this place to those staying at the hotels in this area over the hotels restaurants which would charge you triple for the same food! By the way, be aware that the gratuity will be added to your check, like many other places in South Beach.

Great place to eat. The food was absolutely delicious and the service was even better. The bartenders were the best. Pedro and Lautaro took care of us the entire night. If you ever meet see them at the bar, you need to sit down and greet them. Pedro recommended a delicious plate of food and I couldn’t have loved it more! 5 stars!

I stayed in the Croydon hotel and loved the convenience of the Tavern. Breakfast here was great! Seating was quick and the manager, Theo, knows how to run this place. He was warm and welcoming every time I visited and helped me out with some recommendations (this was my first time in a Miami!) If you’re looking for a good meal with super easy beach access, this is your spot!

Read the reviews, but wanted to try for myself...should have trusted the reviews. Got waffles, breakfast burrito and scrambled eggs. Server was very polite, ambience was nice. Food arrived a little on the late side. Waffle was cold and soggy. Potatoes were so oily that we didn't them. Burrito seemed like it was microwaved. Latte was mediocre. 20 percent gratuity+'service charges'. Grossly overpriced and below average food. Definitely will not recommend - trust the reviews and go spend your money somewhere else.

This was a really nice breakfast near our hotel, a lot less than our hotel restaurant. Nice atmosphere, lots of cool things around. I wet with the Southern scramble with chorizo onion and pepper and cheddar, one of us had the waffles smothered in Nutella, and another had huevos Ranchos. The service once we got it was great, but we had to wait 20 min to get water and 30 minutes to place an order. Food was delicious and very different options than a basic menu.

Had the waffle with fresh fruits and my husband the French toast. Both were delicious, coffee was just ok. The silverware and plates could use a better cleaning .

Great food, service, drinks, decor and atmosphere! However, I gave it 4 🌟 because the chefs there don't follow the same recipes or style of cooking. I went back a second time because I enjoyed my food so much the 1st time but it was not prepared the same as the time 1st visited. But I will go back again and recommend this place for others as well. Enjoy!

Vestra Thai bar inside a cozy Miami Artecon hotel certain food is cottage hamburgers up to full on seafood entrées. I had calamari appetizer was amazing greens. And five cheese oven baked macaroni and cheese. Hubby had the Cuban sandwich which was decent. The cocktails are really good I have a limited beer selection. Outside café is the cutest it was down when we were there because of a little bit of rain. Interior is cozy

This was one of the best eggs Benedict I’ve ever had. It was savory and a slight tangy edge. The Hess were perfect. My potatoes were creamy and sweet and salty with a hint of bell peppers. It was amazing.
