This might have been my favorite place to eat in Miami. First and foremost - the food is killer. Super, super flavorful. Everything on your plate is delicious - the main, the rice and everything on the side, just all super good. You won't want to miss a morsel. Really enjoyed the location and outdoor seating too. It's just a good vibe. Only slight negative was when I went at lunch it seemed like the kitchen was a little slow, but it was worth it. Totally would recommend.

Coming from Canada we wanted to feel and try out some Miami food. We stopped by this great restaurant. I had the burger with a patty that was cooked to perfection. My coworkers had the soups with pork belly. The taste of food was amazing and the outside vibe was fantastic. We will definitely come back on next trip.

We were walking by and stumbled across La Ventana, which was a restaurant we’d been wanting to try on this vacation. Paola met us at the door and showed us the menu and specials, she was very sweet and helpful with all of our questions as first time guests. We got a trio of empanadas, the paella and churrasco with white rice and beans. Every thing was delicious and outside seating like Paola suggested on a breezy Miami night was perfect!

Very tasty Colombian food. The fried whole fish was delicious, came with honestly the best tostones I ever had and a flavorful coconut rice. The empanadas were good as well and the octopus was cooked perfectly. Highly recommend, the high reviews is legit here!

The food here is great! I had the paella and it was loaded with seafood and had amazing flavor. The fried whole fish was good as well. My boyfriend ordered it with shrimp on top. The mojito was good as well and the maduros very sweet, as they should be. Paola was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Their patio is comfortable, right on the side of Washington Ave. I would definitely go back.

Caren was an amazing server- she was very friendly and full of smiles. The fish was tasty! The ground beef was over salted.

Found this restaurant on Yelp and it was by far the best Spanish meal I’ve had in years…definitely top notch service, top notch food and fantastic atmosphere. Lively with music. The music and food hade dancing from drinks to dessert.

Excellent Colombian restaurant. You can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Either seafood or meat dish are delicious. The pork belly is a must try item. I would definitely go back to La Ventana next time I am in the area.

Great food and for the price these days, this is a home run in South Beach. The service from Valentine was perfect from the food recommendations to the drinks. The entire staff was great but the real show stopper is the food. The pastacones costeños was on point and the fried fish was incredible. If you are in South Beach this is a must have for real authentic food made from love and scratch. I will be here every time I’m in south beach.

Had the Mi Tierra (meat was super tasty), the Paella (was very rich and tasty), and some authentic Columbian dish (ground beef tasted great). Ambience was really nice, and service by Paola was excellent. Would recommend coming here for some good Columbian food!

I recently dined at a restaurant where I had the pleasure of trying their seafood dishes. As someone who isn't usually a big fan of seafood, I was pleasantly surprised by how amazing it was. The service provided by Pavlova was also top-notch. From the moment I walked in, the staff was attentive and friendly, ensuring that my dining experience was enjoyable. The seafood dishes were cooked to perfection, with the flavors bursting in every bite. Even as someone who typically doesn't gravitate towards seafood, I found myself thoroughly enjoying the meal. I highly recommend this restaurant for both seafood enthusiasts and those who are hesitant to try it. You won't be disappointed!

Yesenia was awesome! Service on point. Me and my friends were in from Nashville Tennessee last day before flying out tonight. We stopped in and best meal of the five day trip since Monday! Will be back next time I'm in town in January 2024!

Overall, La Ventana provided a wonderful dinner in the vibrant atmosphere of Miami Beach. I ordered the Colombian sample plate and enjoyed it very much. The level of service provided did not disappoint. The patio at this restaurant is located along the sidewalk which provides a lively atmosphere in the middle of the action. There is also an option to dine indoors for those who want to watch the action of Miami Beach while being set aside from it. I look forward to giving my business to this establishment when I return to Miami Beach— you can’t go wrong coming here for the good food and good service!

Help help!!! I left my camera at your restaurant with all of my most sentimental memories! I need my camera. If you can reach out to me I can come get it before I leave Miami. Please please please 10/13/22 around noon. No one is answering the phone that is me with 5000 missed calls. Stopped here for lunch while waiting for cruise departure. Fun Columbian restaurant. They play great music to set the mood. They offer both inside dining with seating (small & quaint) they also have lighted umbrella seating outside. Nice vibe. Yasenia our waitress was good. She was very attentive and service was quick. We came for breakfast for the Steak and Eggs. Good flavor like a skirt steak with a pico chimicurri sauce with fries and eggs. We also ordered chicaronnes. They don't have sausage but the bacon was delicious. Fun place for breakfast or quick eats. They do automatically add in a 20% gratuity so that is taken care of if you are trying to figure out how to tip. Enjoy! Dropping my rating all the way down to a zero if I could for the dishonesty. First they hound you to rate before you leave and now I see why. I knew the name of the restaurant next door and had them go ask if my camera was there. This was AFTER I turned in my rental car. So needless to say a $60 cab ride to their restaurant and back to cruise terminal only yielded the reason why they didn't answer the phone and were hesitant to turn my camera over....they went snap happy and our cute little waitress and her boyfriend had a fun time snapping pics on my camera. Let me know if you guys want all the cute pics. Perhaps we can trade for the $60 cab ride. The dishonesty however gives you a complete thumbs down!! You had plenty of time to tell me my camera was there. Your hand pic on my camera picking it up was before you bust the table...and we were standing right there. Shame shame! So tourists and cruisers beware! Make sure you have your stuff and call the restaurant next door for help if these folks don't answer the phone with the empty restaurant.

Great outdoor Columbian restaurant for a late dinner on a Tuesday evening. Visited town for business and wanted a nice meal to end the day. Was content with their food and service. Drinks were okay, food was better.

Food was absolutely delicious. We got a Mi Tierra appetizer, and the Meat combination plate. Sweet and attentive service from Yesenia. Always keeping an eye out to see if we needed anything. No need to worry about trying to flag anyone down!

The food here was amazing and pretty affordable compared to everything else in the area. The waitress was very nice and helped as we had tons of questions. We sat outside which was amazing. If you’re already at the beach, I would suggest leaving your car where it is and walking to this location as it’s fairly close.

Amazing food and even better service. Yesenia was so attentive and friendly! The food is second to none. A great spot for a relaxed lunch with great drinks. Highly recommend. Good food, great atmosphere and music. Portion sizes were large, we shared one appetizer and one main course and we were full and had left overs.

Awesome place to hit for some authentic Colombian cuisine. We we’re quickly seated and enjoyed a wonderful meal, complete with outdoor dining. Was a great visit as a first timer!

You have to give a chance to this place! Me and my friends had an amazing experience at this restaurant. Went down to Miami for vacations with my friends and one of the nights we were craving Colombian Style food so we found this little gem! It's a small place so if it's a busy night, wait time is going to be longer but definitely worth the wait. Leo the Manager was so accomadting for my party of 10. The food was delicious, 10/10 for taste and presentation. Drinks were awesome and service overall was 10/10. I'm definitely coming back to this place next time I visit Miami.

If you are visiting Miami and want great food and great service you definitely need to check out La Ventana! Not only was the food and drinks amazing (get the bandeja paisa & a piña mojito) but the service was awesome! Our server Paola and Hostess Nela were awesome!! Manager Maynor was incredible they definitely made us feel like family. Can’t wait to see them again! ❤️

We had an amazing time! The food was delicious as well! We ordered the Chimichurri steak.. and through our conversation our waiter Robinson realized it was my husband birthday and surprised us with a candle lit cheese cake‼️ Such an amazing finish to our Miami trip! I had an amazing dinner at La Ventana on my last day of Miami. This place is the one you must visit while you are Miami. You won’t go wrong. Foods, service, location, prices , everything is excellent. I ordered whole fish dish. The fish was so fresh, meat is tender, moisture, it’s deep fried fish but it is not greasy at all. I loved it. I was pleased to be there. very kind, let me stayed comfortable that they aren’t forgetting appropriation on their customers. I thought it’s why they have been great restaurants many years and always busy , good reviews from everyone. Rio was making additional 10 stars for my last dinner here. I’m coming back this restaurant definitely again. Thank you so much !!!

5 stars all around. Their decor, their ample outdoor seating, their food, their service. Everything was great. Our server was really sweet (I don't remember his place but he was so friendly and had a great sense of humor). Every single one of our dishes was so delicious. I eat Colombian food every now and then but definitely will be making a point to go out for it more often. This restaurant was directly across the street from our hotel and it's always popping with music and people and it did not disappoint.
