Had high hopes, but unfortunately my experience in this burger joint was not good. Specially since their location is so prime. Where did they go wrong? Paid over $50 for two burgers and a shake, that’s it. Bun was soggy, cheese hasn’t good, the milkshake was straight chocolate milk/super water down. Used the bathrooms and the conditions was terrible, lock doesn’t work either. I rarely leave negative reviews, but man, their entire store could use a facelift. Hope this review can motivate the business owners to improve their service, quality of food, improve the establishment and fix the bathroom door lock.

I’m here right now 12/13/2021 I came to pick up my order from Uber eats and the lady working was just sooo rude!!! First she yelled at me “it’s not ready yet” then she rudely yelled “go wait outside till the food is ready” so I cam outside and she started yelling at the other workers in the rudest most bad vibe way! The Uber said order ready but I’m still standing out here. Thisblady needs to take a chill and learn some customer service skills

The environment and team were great. Loved the milkshakes. One of us loved the burgers as they were well-done but I personally prefer pink-rare burgers, which was not an option, so the burger itself wasn’t my speed.

Not the best customer service and all in all just a money hungry greedy establishment. I spent 40 bucks on 2 burgers and a shared fries and couldn't evwn get a cup of water. The nerve. I'll b going across the street to 5 guys frm now on.

I ordered from here for the first time as I am new to the area and wanted to try the food. My onion rings are burnt and I could barely find one that was eatable. I asked for no lettuce and no raw onions but wanted grilled onions, tomatoes and pickles. I asked for Texas toast for my bread. When I called to inform them my order was wrong, I was told to contact Postmates for a refund of those items. Even though it was not a good experience, I will give them the benefit of the doubt that they were extremely busy and trying to ensure they kept the line moving during the pandemic.

Not really into writing reviews but I haven’t taste a good hunk of meat between two buns like this in a VERY long time! I actually came here in a really bad mood after my friends ditched me at the bar we were at. Ironically there’s a chain burger place right across the street but thought I’d try a local place out. I walk up to place my order (because of covid they only allow one person at a time) and the guy at the register hands down changed my mood! He asked me what I’d like and I told him (as I’m still angry) a cheeseburger. Than he asked me all these questions on how I want it cooked and I didn’t really care to answer. I kid you not, he looked straight at me and said “pause, you are at cheeseburger baby. Not the Krusty crab. We don’t sell crabby Patties”. I DIED LAUGHING!! I’m not sure who hires these people but they all have an interesting and exciting personality and aren’t so scripted like places across the street. When I got my burger, it looked fresh, huge and REAL! I have never had anything like it! My stay was only the weekend but so I came back every night until i had to go back home. The only thing this place is missing is a location near my house. If you’re on vacation visiting I definitely recommend giving this place a try. The food and the vibe is seriously like no other! This was one of the nicest experiences I had by far!! First off, the burger I ordered was out of this world, seriously, if anyone out there hasn’t tried this burger joint yet and you happen to be in the area, you’re missing out BIG TIME!! The service was so hospitable that I even bought myself one of the large home-made cookies that Lauren baked herself by hand!! She was the one who took our order and prepared it too, she was simply lovely to talk to and her attention to detail was admirable. Try their famous cheeseburger or any other burger on their menu, you won’t regret it.

Good late night place. Steven was great! Over-all the staff was very friendly. Food takes a bit but it is cook to order so that's to be expected. I'd say the burger was average. The main mistake they made was we saw them prepare what we assumed was our side of fries way before our other food was ready, turns out they were ours and since they had been sitting there they were very cold.

It was around 11 pm and is waited around half an hour just for a milk shake. In addition, the guy who is talking to people to put people in line was kinda a drink or behaved like that cos he was rude and hardly answer the questions.

I ordered a cheeseburger, large fry, and fountain soda. I receive a meal that is essentially what you would get from a concession stand at a high school football game. The burger was warm but the fries were cold. It's fine enough to eat if you're hungry and most places are closed, but certainly not worth recommending.

Most late night carry out establishments can be a horrible experience, particularly with the hordes of late night hungry patrons & and understaffed place. This place is the exception. The person that took my order, Allisia, was VERY patient & helpful. They have a tried & true system where they either announce your name or number (on your receipt) and they announce it LOUD to alert you your food is ready. And you have plenty of People Watching opportunity on Washington Ave while you wait. Wayment... did I mention the food yet? I had the Double Turkey Burger that was done exactly hownI requested. If I'm in Miami Beach, and hungry late night... I'm heading here.

The food was great! Burger was hot and fresh milkshake and delicious!! The service was phenomenal. The workers were very personable and down to earth. I’d recommend Cheeseburger Baby over a lot of other food places on the strip!

My wife and I ordered a Philly cheesesteak and a burger. The burger was good but the Philly and the customer service was awful. The bathroom didn't work and they even packed our order to go. But that's ok let's say... But after they saw us eating the sandwiches there they didn't offer some plates or apologize. Nothing. It's not worth it to pay that much money .

They charge a dollar for less than a teaspoon of bbq sauce to put on a dry burger. They have poor customer service. One of the male cooks came over and got an attitude with me for asking a question. They won't get my money.

Cheeseburger baby was amazing! The customer service was A ok. My bf and I found this place walking around ocean drive looking for a late night food spot and luckily we ran into this burger restaurant! I defiantly will come back and visit again.

Local business that should have been able to run rings around the 5 Guys opposite but sadly wasn’t the best food and lacking an atmosphere. We were overcharged and whilst they did add fries to our order to apologies, it shouldn’t have happened. Sadly I won’t be back and given the other options in the area I’d recommend giving it a miss.

Good burger, made to order. It’s pricey and I don’t like the a la carte method of paying for everything separate but the food was fresh. I wouldn’t visit again but didn’t regret the meal either.

The burger was delicious! The patty was perfectly cooked, juicy, and well-seasoned. The fresh lettuce, tomato, and cheese complemented it nicely. The bun was soft and toasted, adding a great texture. Overall, a satisfying meal!

First time visiting South Beach, Miami and my family and I stopped at Cheeseburger Baby for dinner. The burgers and fries here are amazing! The atmosphere and customer service is great. The restaurant here in Miami is very pricey but Cheeseburger Baby is very affordable and the burgers are huge. For a family with small kids that wants to enjoy a great burger on a affordable budget Cheeseburger Baby is the perfect place to start.

Great place. Went there twice whilst I was in Miami for 3 nights. Great burger but even better wings. Also the loaded fries were amazing. Helpful cook as well as he told me the best spots to go out for drinks and they were good recommendations.

Amazing food but unfortunately the cashier was soooooo unpleasant. Of course I did not leave any tip, but even before that she was so bad with us.... Even had to ask for a smile in front of her behaviour (which she obviously refused). But again, food was really great (and the other employees seemed really nicer with clients and with the smile).

I’d give negative stars if I could. I just paid $15 at the Miami Open pop up for bread and barely seasoned, dry chicken. Obviously you pay more at venues like this, but they literally told me they don’t have lettuce, tomatoes, or any toppings. Go elsewhere!

I’ve been to So Beach many times and never knew about this place. I’m glad I found it. Not only was the food fresh, it was served hot and both Luis and Steven were on point with their sanitation. It doesn’t take 5 guys to make a burger, this OG burger with pepper jack cheese, grilled jalapeños and onions was right on time. I will be back.

Burger was good, as usual. What I don't understand is WHY do restaurants (this one included) serve "double fried fries?!?! They're terrible and it's obvious that cold fries were flash fried and mixed with fresh ones. Please do better with the fries

Gavin is extremely hospitable and kind! I was in the mood for a good “dirty” burger, just walking in i knew it was the place to get my fix, i got a classic burger with all the regular toppings it was great! Fries were good too, not too soft not too hard.

It's a pretty cool spot. My burger was cooked perfectly. The owners were cool but could have been more welcoming. I'd go again.

My family and I stopped at Cheese Burger Baby on the way home from the club and again the next day. All I have to say is they deserve a 5 star rating great food cooked just right I can’t wait to go back. If you plan on taking a vacation to Miami but this place up you won’t be disappointed.

we ordered medium well, they gave me a well done burger. slow service, cold food, old bread, spoiled lettuce and very salty potatoes. Change the staff and give me back my tips. they do not deserve it. don't waste your money on this place

By far the most disrespectful business I have ever experienced. Employees here have the worst customer service skills. I picked up one order and ended up with onions all over my bag, phone and hand because of improper packing procedures. The bag was over full and so greasy it was broken open at bottom where I had to use both hands to support so it didn’t spill. I get two more request at this same restaurant and now wish I didn’t accept them. I showed the security my phone with both orders and he says he called out both and goes to grab them. I confirm both orders on my app. Out of nowhere comes a guy and tells me to confirm my order very aggressively. Both of which are already confirmed. So I tell him that he says “let me see” I try to show him then he yells at me “IM LOOKING AT A BLACK SCREEN” I opened my screen again to show him and told him that he didn’t even check anything because only one order is on the screen. Immediately the other staff member/cook start screaming “WELL THATS OUR POLICY IF YOU DONT LIKE IT YOU DONT HAVE TO COME HERE!” So I respond to her/him that I have over 1000 orders delivered and I know how to do my job. She tells me “you dashers steal food. The guy then yells at security “enrique!!! Close the door!!” Then tells me “were closed you’re not even supposed to be in here!” After he literally just told me to bring my screen closer inside for he can see better. Turning this whole thing into an episode. Totally unnecessary. They then refused me and about 10 other customers their food. They literally stole my customers order after I confirmed it. I just feel bad I caused the other customers any inconvenience. It is 4am and I’m sure them and my customers were hungry. Rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. Never go to bad baby burger. I really think they were trying to provoke me to become violent. I haven’t been talk to like that since I was at basic training 12 years ago.

WARNING Do not order here after midnight. Ordered a simple burger and 33 min later it had not arrived. Customers on the street were joking that sunrise would happen before the food was ready. Very intimidating security officer kept us all outside and told us it would come eventually. Finally we gave up and got nothing for our money. Worst experience in Miami Beach. How long does it take to cook a burger?

I visited from Ga and let me say this place hands down is the best burger I ever had period! I was amazed how the cook who works the entire kitchen and cash register handled this rude customer!!! She kept her cool and still delivered our order at at timely manner mind you it was 3 am in Miami shout out to ALLISIA !!!!!you the GOAT
