far
the
most
disrespectful
business
I
have
ever
experienced.
Employees
here
have
the
worst
customer
service
skills.
I
picked
up
one
order
and
ended
up
with
onions
all
over
my
bag,
phone
and
hand
because
of
improper
packing
procedures.
The
bag
was
over
full
and
so
greasy
it
was
broken
open
at
bottom
where
I
had
to
use
both
hands
to
support
so
it
didn’t
spill.
I
get
two
more
request
at
this
same
restaurant
and
now
wish
I
didn’t
accept
them.
I
showed
the
security
my
phone
with
both
orders
and
he
says
he
called
out
both
and
goes
to
grab
them.
I
confirm
both
orders
on
my
app.
Out
of
nowhere
comes
a
guy
and
tells
me
to
confirm
my
order
very
aggressively.
Both
of
which
are
already
confirmed.
So
I
tell
him
that
he
says
“let
me
see”
I
try
to
show
him
then
he
yells
at
me
“IM
LOOKING
AT
A
BLACK
SCREEN”
I
opened
my
screen
again
to
show
him
and
told
him
that
he
didn’t
even
check
anything
because
only
one
order
is
on
the
screen.
Immediately
the
other
staff
member/cook
start
screaming
“WELL
THATS
OUR
POLICY
IF
YOU
DONT
LIKE
IT
YOU
DONT
HAVE
TO
COME
HERE!”
So
I
respond
to
her/him
that
I
have
over
1000
orders
delivered
and
I
know
how
to
do
my
job.
She
tells
me
“you
dashers
steal
food.
The
guy
then
yells
at
security
“enrique!!!
Close
the
door!!”
Then
tells
me
“were
closed
you’re
not
even
supposed
to
be
in
here!”
After
he
literally
just
told
me
to
bring
my
screen
closer
inside
for
he
can
see
better.
Turning
this
whole
thing
into
an
episode.
Totally
unnecessary.
They
then
refused
me
and
about
10
other
customers
their
food.
They
literally
stole
my
customers
order
after
I
confirmed
it.
I
just
feel
bad
I
caused
the
other
customers
any
inconvenience.
It
is
4am
and
I’m
sure
them
and
my
customers
were
hungry.
Rude,
disrespectful
and
unprofessional.
Never
go
to
bad
baby
burger.
I
really
think
they
were
trying
to
provoke
me
to
become
violent.
I
haven’t
been
talk
to
like
that
since
I
was
at
basic
training
12
years
ago.
