Everything was decent. Shrimp shumai was plump and juicy. The black cod miso tacos were a bit underwhelming. The sushi rolls were average. I chose to go here because they had “yakitori” but it was unfortunately not authentic which, to me, makes a pretty big difference. The skewers were soy soaked and lacked the potent flavor of true yakitori. We got a bottle of sake which was nice. Overall, because of the location I would say it is overpriced for what you get. I do wish there was some authentic yakitori in Miami Beach :/ but I recognize I may be in the minority of folks who care about this unfortunately.

I have no words to describe the quality in ALL levels of this restaurant! There is nothing like this place! They created a self order system, in which you get through their website or app, place your order and pay, and no tips are required!Minutes later you start getting served by the most genuine and kind waitresses, and the food will take you to whole other level of experience. Their sushi, and ceviche are nothing but amazing! The combination of flavors used is so well made and put together. Wonderful service+Amazing food+Great price=Life worthy to come every time you visit Miami Beach!

I got the crispy rice roll and the chicken fried rice and I loved them. The chicken fried rice was super tasty that I even forgot to take a photo until half way. I would order it again.

Love love love!! Very cute restaurant that is very Japanese style. If you sit in the booth, you take your shoes off and sit criss cross apple sauce! I loved it! They had a huge menu and the staff is wonderful. Their sushi tasted great, pork buns were good but not the best, and their ramen was great. They had many cocktail options and the entire place was very aesthetically pleasing. Also their prices were way more budget friendly compared to the other restaurants that cost an arm and a leg.

Service is great. The food was OK. The chicken in the stir fry was over cooked and not taste. The sushi was good. Music they play is not for that place.

Swung by for a quick dinner at this cute Instagrammable sushi spot! Jonni took great care of us - so ask for him when you go! He made sure our meal came out fast, our extra sauces were on deck & explained their ordering process to us! The food comes out quickly so order your appetizers first before your meal. We got to take our shoes off & enjoy a zashiki [tatami] style meal!

My server was Jon and he was super friendly, quick, and very accommodating, it seemed like he was getting trained as others were telling him how to do stuff but service was still amazing . Very friendly staff and made sure that everything was good anytime they can - water was filled whenever it was empty, dishes were cleared as soon as you're done, etc.. Everyone was helping each other out whenever they can- when there was a table turnover, they were able to clean and set the tables within half a minute. The place itself has some really nice vibes with lots of neon signs. I got the California tempura mango, shrimp shumai, moshi sundae cream (mango) and all were great! The only complaint I have is how dirty the bathroom was but overall still good

All of their food was delicious! The miso soup was perfect flavor and temperature, fried rice was a great consistency, and sushi absolutely amazing! The great food was also accompanied fast and friendly service! They also had cool seating in a booth where you were closer to the table.

I didn’t have plans to go here but my server was standing outside and talked us into coming in. Our sever was Emanuel, I believe. He was literally amazing! He made the experience 10x better which with how the food tastes is close to impossible! Highly recommend and love how late they are open! Thank you!

Good smell. Good curry! Portions are huge, was expecting a small size for Japanese curry. I like my Japanese curry to be less thick but this is still very good. I got the chicken cutlet curry rice.

I adore this place. I was looking for quick-ish lunch spot near my hotel and found this gem. First of all, it’s open 24/7, so you can get delicious noms anytime of the day or night. I ordered their Japanese Egg Drop Soup, Salmon Sashimi Tacos (raw), Crispy Rice Roll, and Chicken Karaage. I though all the devious were tasty, plus the Egg Drop soup was just the right level of salty and the Karaage was super crispy. The raw dishes for me really stood out. The Crispy Rice Roll are small rice balls (squares) that have been lightly fried and then topped with spicy tuna, thinly sliced jalapeño, and drizzled in eel sauce. It’s a perfect combination of spicy and sweet with a beautiful texture. My favorite dish is their Salmon Sashimi Taco. If a restaurant has this on their menu, I’m trying it. This one’s one of the best I’ve had. It’s a generous portion and well balanced. The salmon was so fresh and sweet and with a light season (spicy mayo). Topped with a slice of avocado and micro greens, this crunchy taco is a textural gem. I could have eaten 2 more of them! I did find it odd that you have to order from their website using a QR code (even though a host seats you and a server checks in on you). Make sure you or someone in your party has a mobile device! The service I do receive was generally very warm and diligent, which I appreciated. Moshi-Moshi is a great casual dining spot and I highly recommend it.

$4 beers for happy hour, can't go wrong! For my entree I ordered the robata sampler. I really enjoyed this, I love having variety in a meal, so getting like 6 things was great. Don't forget to squeeze the lemons on everything! It really helps bring the flavors through. I liked everything, but the meats were kinda tough and a little over cooked for my preference. I wish you could specify the cook level on these. Service was friendly and attentive. They have both inside and outside seating. Overall I thoroughly enjoyed my meal and I will definitely come back again next time!

To be honest, I was exited to visit this place once again, as the previous visit took place and time before COVID, and I kind of had high expectations, as it was amazing before. Ramen itself was pretty good, even thought to my taste it was a little bit too salty. Service wise nothing crazy, regular spot on Washington Avenue, don’t expect people to go above and beyond your expectations, however, you’ll get everything on time. What I have to mention though, it was one of the most watery espressos I’ve had in my life, which didn’t really upset me, as the matcha crepe dessert was a big thumbs up: not too sweet, soft, with several different textures to try and combine.

The spicy tuna tartare was a highlight, offering a delightful burst of flavor. However, the yakisoba didn't quite meet my taste preferences, as it came across as overly salty. The restaurant itself was a tranquil setting, aside from a few jovial patrons enjoying a late lunch, which added a touch of liveliness to the atmosphere. Service was decent, with an adorable little girl assisting in bringing out the dishes, adding a charming element to the experience.

A perfect spot when the late night hunger strikes. My girlfriend and I enjoyed the salmon rolls and a few appetizers. Atmosphere and atmosphere are great. Good spot for a date night as well!

I would rate this restaurant as a unique and memorable experience. One interesting aspect is that they do not accept tips, which is uncommon. I have been to this restaurant multiple times and i had always loved their food service. The cultural seating in traditional Japanese homes adds to the ambiance and makes it extra special when it comes to dining. The food is delicious and service is attentive.

I feel like the food got worse lately as I have been to this place before (long time ago) and it seemed pretty good. But this time we didn’t like the food at all. Rolls had too much rice and felt greasy, the food isn’t authentic at all, huge disappointment 😔

I like moshi moshi, but I had a better experience at the Brickell location. The food at this chain is saltier. But they’re consistent with their portions, it is huge. The ingredients were fresh too. The drinks were pretty mid. I didn’t like my strawberry pocky drink, but the pocky stick was tasty. We all collectively agreed we love the spicy creamy shrimp. It was big, creamy, and tasty (BIGPAUSE).

Stumbled upon Moshi Moshi while Google searching for Sushi spots in South Beach, Miami area. There were several options, but this restaurant caught the attention. Location is good for people watching and food is outstanding. Sushi was fresh and service was attentive. Sake was good too. We loved the place so much that we went back the next night for dinner!! Our server on the first night was good with her suggestions. I did not like the interior of the restaurant that much; we sat outside both times. Go there for delicious sushi!

This place was absolutely delicious. I'm not a big Sushi person, but my fiancee and daughter is so I opted for an alternative. They got sushi and egg drop soup, I got teriyaki chicken dish and we shared a large plate of chicken fried rice. The atmosphere was amazing, and great service.

Absolute great experience! The prices are reasonable and the service was great, friendly people; Jam was our server. Very nice! Food was amazing. There were 9 of us and we got a variety of food. Worth the try if you like sushi and in Miami!! Best sushi I’ve ever had!

Phenomenal sushi, absolutely amazing fresh tastes, skillful preparation and top notch service. This is a touchless ordering restaurant which takes some getting used to, but the waitstaff is remarkable and very attentive without being overbearing or intrusive. Bar seating is a covid-era casualty but outside seating more than made up for it as did the hugely expanded menu. They now feature wagyu beef in a number of different configurations including sushi rolls. Their signature rolls were delicious and the dim sum will have me returning at least once more on this trip!

Great sushi and the prices were very reasonable too. Super fun sushi spot in south beach Our waitress, Brittney, was very helpful and had some awesome recommendations. We loved the Hero roll and are dying to have it again!

The food taste and quality here is AWFUL, at least what I had. It's the kind of food you need to drown in sauces just to make it palatable. Not even the ginger tasted fresh. The spring roll I ordered was supposed to have snow crab, imitation crab, shrimp and avocado. It was 95% imitation crab, a half shrimp, a sliver of avocado and no snow crab whatsoever (pic included). The shrimp shumai I ordered was bad. I'll let the pic speak for itself. I ordered the mimo rollwith brown rice and they came back out to tell me they were out of brown rice (at 1:30pm).

Food is good! We liked the wagyu beef as an appetizer (they bring it to the table with a hot stone that you use to cook the beef on the spot) and also the rolls were pretty good. We got the tempura ice cream as a desert and it was nice to share. The table surface was sticky, we found one of the pillows to be wet, and from time to time water drops would leak from the ceiling.

We ordered moshi moshi sushi specialty roll, tuna traditional roll and moshi champon ( Ramen kind). Honestly, was not impressive at all. Was just ok. Our server was excellent. So between service with 5 stars and food for 3 stars, they got average 4 stars. By having sushi at least once a week, will be looking for better sushi in this location.

Great place that is opened 24 hours in Miami. Love the idea that delicious sushi can be made at any time of the night. We went at 2 am and weren’t disappointed. Appreciate the workers and owners who make this happen for the people of Miami. Definitely a spot you can go if you’re hungry at night!
