Yesin'
is
the
rudest
person
I
have
ever
had
an
experience
with
at
any
restaurant.
This
restaurant
advertises
itself
as
having
an
outdoor
space
in
the
"courtyard".
A
courtyard
by
definition
does
not
have
a
roof.
To
be
sure,
we
called
an
hour
before
making
our
reservation
(at
5:10pm)
to
confirm
we
would
get
a
table
in
the
outdoor
open
air
section,
and
were
told
it
would
not
be
a
problem
as
long
as
we
made
an
early
reservation
and
that
we
did,
for
6:30pm.
This
place
was
not
'outdoors'.
Apparently
it's
too
much
of
a
bother
for
them
to
open
the
mechanized
roof
and
they
come
up
with
one
excuse
after
another
for
why
they
won't
open
the
roof.
We
recorded
Elsa
(one
of
the
managers)
confirming
that
her
apps
say
the
same
thing
ours
did,
in
that
there
was
0%
chance
or
rain
for
at
least
the
next
several
hours.
Therefore,
she
was
having
a
tough
time
trying
to
make
excuses
for
why
they
would
not
open
the
roof.
She
was
decent
enough
though.
But
then
the
big
shot
'Yesin'
got
involved.
He
was
smug
and
unpleasant,
and
similarly
did
not
dispute
that
there
was
no
rain
in
the
forecast
but
he
maintained
that
"it
could
rain
at
any
time
in
Miami".
That
very
well
may
be,
yet
you
advertise
an
open
space,
and
thus
if
there
is
no
real
chance
of
rain,
the
space
should
be
kept
open.
He
then
said
'the
wind
could
bother
customers',
yet
this
day
was
a
very
low
wind
day,
including
the
several
hours
during
and
after
our
meal
time.,
according
to
the
forecast.
The
2nd
time
he
came
over
he
suggested
we
be
seated
at
a
different
restaurant
of
theirs
by
the
beach,
which
was
insulting
as
we
were
half
done
with
our
meal.
Again
he
came
over,
an
hour
after
the
first
conversation
with
him
about
this,
and
showed
some
app
on
his
phone
'aha,
it
shows
2%
chance
of
rain
in
4
hours'.
It
was
insulting
and
patronizing,
and
anyone
can
look
up
the
history
of
the
weather
when
we
ate
here
(Dec
12,
2020,
6:30pm).
I
hope
people
consider
instead
to
go
to
great
restaurants
like
Pao
5
mins
away
for
a
'fine
dining'
experience
where
they
treat
you
with
respect
and
the
food
is
actually
unique
and
all
the
dishes
are
tasteful
(unlike
Jaya),
as
well
as
amazing
(Amazing!
Amazing!!)
Italian
restaurants
nearby
such
as
Via
Emilia
and
Pene
e
Vino..any
of
these
restaurants
will
afford
you
outdoor
seating
and
will
not
pretend
the
slightest
possibility
of
a
tiny
drizzle
is
reason
enough
to
break
their
word
and
good
honest
attempt
to
seat
you
outside.
