Miami
was
a
stopover
before
and
after
our
cruise.
I
was
craving
sushi
and
saw
Hiro's.
Very
good
reviews.
The
people
don't
lie.
Judging
from
the
pictures
of
their
food,
I
thought
I'd
give
them
a
try.
Not
too
far
of
a
walk
from
our
hotel.
Almost
missed
it
because
it
truly
is
a
hidden
gem
(hint:
south
of
the
Marriott
on
Washington
between
15th
&
16th)
So
many
choices...
good
thing
people
were
ordering
and
waiting
for
their
food.
Couldn't
decide
if
I
wanted
sushi
or
hot
food
even
though
my
craving
was
for
sushi
so
I
ordered
both!
The
Emperor
had
a
little
of
everything:
6
pieces
of
nigiri
(shrimp,
white
fish,
tuna,
salmon,
escolar,
and
kani)
,
3
pieces
of
masago
California
maki,
and
3
pieces
of
tuna
maki.
My
hot
food
was
combination
fried
rice
with
chicken
and
shrimp.
The
pieces
of
chicken
were
dark
meat
so
it
stayed
juicy
while
cooking.
Plus
the
pieces
of
chicken
were
huge
chunks.
Usually
other
restaurants
chop
the
pieces
of
meat
into
tiny
pieces
that
can
be
dry.
In
addition,
the
seasoning
on
the
fried
rice
was
perfect
not
too
salty.
But
they
do
give
you
extra
soy
sauce
if
you
need
more
flavor.
Next
time
I'm
in
South
Beach
Miami
I'm
going
to
come
back
to
try
the
other
things
on
their
menu.
I
would
definitely
recommend
Hiro's
Sushi
Express!
