Hands down this is the best sushi place in all of South Beach. The value and quality you get for the price is phenomenal! Huge hand rolls, unbelievably fresh hamachi, friendly service too! I went during the dinner time rush and saw the team complete over 20+ orders in a short amount of time.

Why didn't I find this place any sooner? It is located in Miami South Beach and considering the location you may presume it is expensive: wrong. It is one of the low cost food you will find in Miami Beach, and the quality is worth much more than the price. They offer a wide variety of Sushi, Sashimi, platters, famous dishes, etc. They also offer Rice Burgers which was a hit, never tried it before and I loved it (actual rice buns in a massive seaweed covering and hosting the ingredients; beef, chicken, fish, or vegetables). If you are a Sushi fanatic like myself, I highly recommend one of the main deals / platters as they are very cost effective and good for parties of 2, 3 and 4. The portions in general are quite big and filling (refer to my photos). Service is amazing and the staff is really helpful and patient while deciding on selections. Be aware: if ordering online, be aware the menu can be a hacked version and not the correct one. Use their official site and/or through Google Maps. I looked at the one on normal Google search and it wasn't the correct one. Rating: 10 stars out of 5 if that was even possible ;)

it is what you expect, but not something that will wow you. cheap for the location. sweet eel roll was the best, followed by the spicy shrimp and the spinach. none were terrible, none were fantastic. took a long time to get my order together.

Food is REALLY good! staff is friendly, and prices are not bad at all. The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars, it’s because it was not clean. Restroom was VERY dirty and the tables were not clean.

One of the best sushi I’ve ever had. The price, great. The freshness, great. The service, friendly and quick. You’ll not look for something else. Highly recommended!

Nestled in the heart of South Miami Beach, this sushi haven exceeded my expectations with its impressive selection of sushi, inviting atmosphere, and attentive service. The minimalist decor created a tranquil setting that was perfect for enjoying a meal. The menu showcased a wide variety of sushi options, catering to both traditional and modern tastes. From classic nigiri and sashimi to creative specialty rolls, there was something for everyone. The sushi was really good. The flavors were well-balanced. The menu also included a selection of sake and other beverages to complement the meal. The value for the quality received was still commendable. Worth to visit!

The service at the cashier was excellent. We order the six pack roll, it came out super fast but unfortunately it was a hair on the sushi. This for me is an absolutely NO. I did not complain because we were almost done. I tried to use the restroom and it looks terrible.

Great food at unbeatable prices. Don’t expect anything fancy here, they are a small and cozy restaurant , but the sushi is great and fresh. The sushi is half the price of anywhere else in the area. There is no table service, you pay and sit and wait for them to call you. Service is quick, you don’t have to wait a long time to get your food. If you are looking for good sushi at a low price, then this is the place to go.

I was pretty disappointed in this place. We ordered sushi rolls and they were sub par at best. My wife and I questioned whether it was even safe to eat. Being in Miami, we were ready for some fresh and delicious sushi, however, we get much better sushi in the desert (Phoenix) which is land locked and not even near an ocean...I would think even the worst sushi in Miami would still be better than the desert. Perhaps it was a one off, as this place seems to have overall good reviews.

Fast service, very mediocre sushi. Ordered spice girl and fried sticky rice spicy tuna roll, they are just alright, not good and not great

Miami was a stopover before and after our cruise. I was craving sushi and saw Hiro's. Very good reviews. The people don't lie. Judging from the pictures of their food, I thought I'd give them a try. Not too far of a walk from our hotel. Almost missed it because it truly is a hidden gem (hint: south of the Marriott on Washington between 15th & 16th) So many choices... good thing people were ordering and waiting for their food. Couldn't decide if I wanted sushi or hot food even though my craving was for sushi so I ordered both! The Emperor had a little of everything: 6 pieces of nigiri (shrimp, white fish, tuna, salmon, escolar, and kani) , 3 pieces of masago California maki, and 3 pieces of tuna maki. My hot food was combination fried rice with chicken and shrimp. The pieces of chicken were dark meat so it stayed juicy while cooking. Plus the pieces of chicken were huge chunks. Usually other restaurants chop the pieces of meat into tiny pieces that can be dry. In addition, the seasoning on the fried rice was perfect not too salty. But they do give you extra soy sauce if you need more flavor. Next time I'm in South Beach Miami I'm going to come back to try the other things on their menu. I would definitely recommend Hiro's Sushi Express!

The veggie sushi is amazing! We also tried the tofu egg noodles but they were a little too salty. The price is amazing for anything here though! And the portions are pretty big especially considering the low prices! I'm a vegetarian so I didn't try the meat options but they might be worth a try if you eat meat since there is a lot more options👍

Sushi and tako yaki were absolutely delicious Chicken don was alright, the chicken was juicy and tender, the omelet was alright but the entire dish was a bit blend, Hebe to to soy sauce to finish it Won’t say it was a fast service but wasn’t too long of a wait

Definitely a hidden gem in Miami Beach. Very inexpensive and super yummy. It's like the sushi at Publix, but better and you don't have to wait till Wednesday to get it for 5 dollars. We had egg rolls, spicy chicken wings, shrimp tempura roll, and chicken katsu

Solid place in Southbeach. Never been here before and the sushi was fresh and delicious! Looking for a quick place to eat, was immediately served with a smile and super fast! If you in area, will not disappoint. Local said they have been coming for 10 years. On top of excellent sushi, pricing is very good. Will not break bank! Enjoy! Photo I was almost done before writing this review because it was amazing!

Tried this place after trying Fuji’s down the street. They’re about the same in terms of quality and price! Super affordable asian food that gets the job done. I ordered teriyaki but got a lot more mushroom than chicken. Maybe stick to sushi here?

😠 I almost never write bad reviews. But visiting this place, I feel cheated. I ordered pasta Bolognese - OH my God, it's terrible!!
