STAY
AWAY.
We
stayed
at
Tradewinds
in
Jan
of
2022.
It
was
meant
to
be
a
week
long,
but
on
the
first
night,
we
found
cockroaches
climbing
the
walls
in
our
room
(I
have
a
video
I
tried
to
upload).
In
addition
to
that,
my
mother
in
law
had
an
allergic
reaction
to
something
in
the
room,
I
assume
it
was
mold.
We
went
down
immediately
to
the
front
desk
to
tell
them
what
happened
and
to
check
out
of
the
hotel.
This
is
where
you
learn
the
true
nature
of
South
Beach
Hotel
Group.
The
front
desk
claimed
they
couldn't
do
anything
about
the
check
out,
but
we
had
to
call
reservations.
We
called
reservations,
and
the
person
told
us
they
also
couldn't
do
anything
but
they
would
send
an
email.
No
one,
no
manager,
no
call
center,
no
one
could
help
us.
They
offered
us
a
different
room,
which
we
had
to
take
since
we
didn't
budget
for
two
hotels.
The
next
morning,
we
waited
for
the
manager
to
call
us.
She
didn't...but
the
front
desk
did
and
told
us
that
we
would
have
to
pay
that
night,
but
the
rest
of
the
stay
would
come
back
to
us.
We
asked
for
it
in
writing
and
once
again,
they
said
they
don't
have
access
to
do
that.
It
continues
on
like
this.
For
the
next
five
days,
I
tried
to
contact
the
hotel
manager
(Gabriella
Fluerairu),
but
not
response
back.
Every
time
I
called
the
front
desk,
they
said
they
couldn't
do
anything
(yep,
no
access
again
to
any
funds
through
their
computers)
and
I'd
have
to
reach
out
to
bookings/reservation.
Called
them
everyday
too,
and
guess
what
they
said:
They
couldn't
do
anything
about
it,
and
I
have
to
call
the
front
desk.
I
continued
to
ask
for
reservations
general
manager,
but
they
wouldn't
connect
me
to
their
manager
(twice
this
happened).
I've
now
connected
with
City
of
Miami
tourism
to
file
a
fraudulent
charge
against
this
hotel.
This
hotel
has
NO
ONE
who
can
help
or
do
anything.
Beyond
all
the
above,
the
hotel
has
rat
traps
outside
the
rooms,
it's
very
worn
and
not
nice
looking
at
all.
Super
dirty
too.
You
were
warned,
take
your
chance
if
you
want.
