I didn't expect this bad of an experience for over 200 a night. I know by the beach you pay more for less but this was not at all worth it. The smell in the room and it just wasn't clean. Our bed/shower. There was no cable or anything just the basic 3 channels. It didn't show me a wifi password even though it said it came with it. But the worst part was there was no air-conditioning or something to help rotate air throughout the room. I kept waking up because you could hear people walking through the halls so clear. It's an experience ill never forget but also an experience I really hope I never have togo through again. I felt gross after the one night I had there. Please avoid if you can. Staff was nice but that was probably the only good thing about it.

They charge your card on file BEFORE you get there, which I was not informed of before they did that. Then you must pay upfront for your entire stay before you even see the room. There are no refunds either. The rooms are gross, despite a "maid" coming in every day and moving all of your belongings around while you are gone, and no way of asking her to stop. The floors stay dirty, the bathrooms are gross, the sheets had hair on them under the comforter before we stayed the night. We had 3 people in the room and were given two towels the first night and one towel for the next two nights. I ended up using my beach towel instead. The rooms and lobby smell like cigarettes. Elevator is broken, which was a problem for me being 8 months pregnant. The AC vents in the room are disgusting and dirty. Literally the only redeeming quality is the location, which is optimal. Every other aspect of this hotel is atrocious. Overall I recommend staying anywhere else.

Everything was a total disaster. The smoke and smell of Marijuana was impressive, there was even a dealer in the hotel, to check the first room on the right hand side in front of the elevator, a dealer who was going to visit many people throughout the day and at dawn worse. The smell of the sheets is unpleasant, stained. Chewing gum stuck to sheets and walls. The elevator doesn't work. Beds sound horrible. My wife got sick from so much dust and mess.

This place is a nightmare for vacation. After paying about $200 a night you would imagine a OK place to say but no. There is so much noise in the hallway that you can hardly sleep. The "queen" bed is so small that you are in constant fear of falling down in sleep if you have two people. It make sweaky noise every time you move. It's not even a bed but a mattress put on a iron frame. The room is old and looks like it hasn't been updated since the 1980's. Million other things that I pick on. A person pays for a room to sleep and if that isn't possible in this hotel. Please please avoid this hotel

Front desk people, and the high end cars being rented at front were the best part of this place. Worst place we have ever stayed in otherwise. On 1/20/22-1/22/22 we stayed in room 7. The toilet had a leak and on the last morning it broke and water blew up everywhere. The front desk was accommodating and moved us to room 14, another dump. These rooms are old and outdated. Very dumpy! All you can smell in the hallway and front is weed (not sure if its legal there). Also, the place next door was remodeling and dumped tile down the chute before 8am. Couldn't have slept in if we wanted to. We were on a family vacation. I came home with bed bug bites on my ankles. Thank goodness they didn't transfer to our home. Btw, this was an air bnb. Shame on them too!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Absolutely horrendous experience staying here for a week. I requested that the room be cleaned everyday for 3 straight days and no one ever cleaned it. The Lady up front got really nasty with several guests at the front t desk that were also very displeased with their stay. If you don't care about your health then stay here because there are mold spots all over the shower.

Was not entirely pleased with my stay given how much I paid for. Hotels up the street run the same price (roughly) and are way nicer. Pros: Close to the beach and right about where you want to be for nights out on the town and days on the beach. During my stay the AC was cold and the water ran hot and cold. The bedsheets were actually clean and no signs of infestations. (At least in our room on the 3rd floor) Compliments end here. Cons: I hope you're sitting down. The room was archaic to say the least, outdated furniture, beds that sound like an earthquake and noises you can here from below you from other guests. Shockingly, I counted at least 2 other occupants who were there during the time of my stay on a Saturday night throughout the whole building. And even then you could here anyone coming up the stairs and the halls, you could hear people downstairs (we were on the 3rd floor) The plaster on the wall is decaying, the buildings on opposite sides are shuttered and the amount of homeless loiterers were innumerable either directly out front or right next door. In the stairwell there are exposed wires with a small desk fan that appears to be on to keep them cool. As a firefighter that was my first major red flag as well as someone already asking for a refund upon check in. Another red flag. I did not bother to turn on the television but based upon the totality of the other circumstances I would not be too eager to expect good cable or channels. The most modern item in the room is the mini fridge, that was cold during our stay. Summary: The building is archaic, I wouldnt say in shambles but not at all up to modern hotel standards. There are no good views as far as I'm aware, and the furnishings and other items are 40 years outdated. Will not be returning to this location. I suggest you head the innumerable warnings from the other reviews. 2 stars because I have seen worse and it was an 'operable' base of operations during my stay in Miami.

I didn't expect much since it was one of the cheapest options but it's really bad.Old,broken,dirty. Front desk -darker blonde- lady was terrible with additude, couldn't even explain where my room is,so I don't have to walk around for days to find it.She didn't know how to return 50$ deposit that wasn't even mentioned when paying for the room.Bad customer service. Manager was fine.

DO NOT STAY HERE. We found two baby cockroaches in the bathroom and the closet was disgusting. We asked for a refund after we took a picture of the bug and they messaged us saying they will reimburse us. Then 20 mins later said they were not going to do it anymore because it’s “normal for cockroaches to be in a hot environment”. Whole place was unpleasant save your money.

Parisian Hotel is a fair place for what you're paying. Service people very friendly and helpful in any possible way. Just a minute walk to South Beach or along Ocean Drive with its restaurants bars and entertainment and shady parks to relax or get some handcraft stuff on Sundays .. Lincoln or Washington just another minutes walk away offering mire shopping or restaurants..

Be aware of scam! This place is not a good place to be! Careful the staff are all from a half way house. Just spend a little more at a better spot.

Place was dirty, not enough outlets in the room. No adjustable ac in our room. Found an unprotected water valves and open plumbing drain pipe in room. Sewer gas is hazardous to health. Photos displayed on Airbnb show the beach. You can’t see the beach from this hotel. Heard the people opening and closing the doors all night long.

Scam alert ‼️ This place calls itself a “boutique hotel” on Airbnb under a host named “Paris”, it has no reviews and no address before you book. When I looked for the address I found out that this place is far from being a “boutique hotel”. It’s a motel that has horrified reviews on every platform! As you can see - all the reviews are scary! Therefore, me and my friend canceled the Airbnb and guess what? They stole our money and said that all those reviews are not a good reason enough (apparently they wanted us to travel there physically with all of our belongings to check-in and see it with our own eyes in order to get a refund). Not only that, but Airbnb supports the motel side that said It was “unfair” that we cancel our stay after reading the reviews (when they used different photos, names and category). Well, i find it “unfair” to send people to sleep where so many people make it clear that there are bugs in the beds, it’s dirty and feels unsafe. The motel and Airbnb (that supports this catfish) aren’t honest with their customers. I recommend to stay away, plus if you came here from Airbnb wait with the cancellation through the app and first contact Airbnbd support if you want a refund (learn from my mistake).

If I could give this place a negative 5 stars I would . Plastic chairs with tables , bathroom looks like a bathroom in a home in the 80’s . Floors nasty beds nasty pillows nasty . Kept hearing weird noises . Elevator was out of order still and had to walk upstairs to the 3rd floor . Parking was in a public garage around the corner . They need an update 100% . If you can find better . Do it
