Enjoyed my stay here. Prior reviews are fairly accurate. There is ongoing refreshing, construction going on so, that is a draw back. But, it is in a good location, fairly clean. Pool, unfortunately under renovation does not have much of a view at all. Service is very good. I would like to especially thank Patrick from the front desk for his warm and excellent care in checking my party in and making sure we were taken care of and happy.

It was an amazing experience, from valet parking to check-in everyone was very friendly and helpful. The design of the interior is very luxurious. The room was great and the view was beautiful. We booked online and I found a great deal with parking and breakfast already included. I also liked that it is in walking distance to the hard rock cafe.

I have stayed here before and loved it. Great rooms, great service, but we came back for the pool bar. Best place to spend an afternoon in Miami. At least it was. The building looks like it got hit with a bomb, and to make things even worse, they built an 8 foot plywood wall between the pool and the ocean. It was a beautiful view, but now it is inexplicably totally blocked. We came for the pool, and were sorely Disappointed. Their pool is now at the level of Best Western. Yeah, for this price there are many hotels that are better within walking distance. The pool was a gem, now it is an embarrassment.

I can not recommend this hotel enough. What an amazing stay, from the arrival to departure this location was impressive. Upon arrival we got a wonderful greeting, we were checked in quickly and all the details of the property were explained to us. Our room had an amazing view of the waterfront. Spending time by the pool was so relaxing to start out our vacation. The manicured lawn was beautiful for a nice stroll.

The property is beautiful and in a great location. My room was spacious and clean. However, the hotel is in need of cosmetic refreshing. The furniture in the lobby is worn, the ceiling vents in the meeting rooms are surrounded by black dirt, and the public bathrooms look "tired." I expected more from a luxury hotel. Also, the elevators can be very slow. More than once, there were 20 people waiting in line to get on the elevators in the lobby, even though there are six elevators available. At one point, hotel staff let us use the service elevator, which was appreciated. There were a few times that I had to wait several minutes for an elevator to pick me up on the 24th floor. My colleagues said the same thing happened to them. I didn't receive an emailed receipt from the hotel and had to call twice to have one sent to me. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again.

I'm a Minnesota Girl who lives a luxurious lifestyle and loves traveling. This hotel is the definition of LUXURY!๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜ I normally make a pros and cons list, but that's not needed in this case. Highly recommend booking 2 connecting rooms for a stay lasting longer than 5 days. That's what I did for the week, and it was like having a luxury small apartment. Thank Me Later ๐Ÿ˜‹ I booked 2 80-minute raindrop massages. They were spectacular and relaxing, I LOVE the amenities. Room service is the BEST. I loved the food and fast service. Valet was literally the kindest and took care of the Tesla. I probably had 3-4 people helping me at some point.....shopping happened ๐Ÿ˜† You can't go wrong with choosing the InterContinental and the endless amenities. Thanks for an amazing stay, See You Soon

Beautiful hotel with views of the port and walking distance to the train. You can easily connect right to the airport. Beautiful grass rooftop area with the pool being rebuilt while I visited. Itโ€™s still functional, but had construction to improve the current offering. Decently priced for the area, and thereโ€™s a Starbucks and Sixt rental car agency right in the lobby. Views are great from the top floors of the city!

This is a nice hotel in a convenient location. For the reputation and the price point I expected a bit more. The room was clean, but lacked modern appeal and amenities (not a single USB charging outlet in sight, showing its wear in corners). Where the front entrance and bell service were welcoming and kind, the pool area lacked seating and had brooding bar service. Overall a good stay, but I wasn't overly impressed either.

Stayed 4 days, loved the hotel and the view. Location was great and hotel staff were fantastic. We only disliked one thing; each day we ordered food we had to trash it because the refrigerator comes full with beverages, beer, etc. If u remove anything the sensors will charge your room. Additionally, there was not a microwave. Each day our food was a total waste.

Soooo the place is nice and overall room is good for a few days visit. Was disappointed though on many little things. 1st staff was great! However, asked for body wash got shampoo. The top bed sheet feels like it was washed in starch, stiff and noisy to sleep with. Asked for another bottom sheet to use and was sent a blanket. Hair dryer died mid dry. Everything seemed to work back wards, curtain closer says open when it closes, just Weird. AC took almost 2 hours to get to 70. They have this cool light show on the windows at night so close your blinds if you don't like flashing lights. Only one restaurant opened at lunch and had to pay $20 for a burger and fries. Still debating if I would return.

The hotel was an experience. Very modern and had all the amenities anyone could need. I enjoyed the food, coffee, people, staff and gym at this location. Don't get me started on the mini bar. It's a wonderful vacation spot. I loved the fact that it was close to the cruise ports and that they had a park across the street. Should I need anything there is a whole foods and Walgreens close by. I can't wait for my next visit to Miami.

Nice, somewhat walkable location. Very convenient to the stadium with a train station right across the street. We had a great view from our room. The restaurant downstairs is not all that good but everything else was great. Got a massage at the spa, which was heavenly.

Nice hotel. Had to switch rooms once upon arrival due to cleanliness. The hotel was accommodating and made things right. Great location to stay at if you are planning on taking a cruise. Very convenient location with great views depending on the room.

The food in the club lounge was barely edible at best. Old, barely warm, dried out. If more attention was paid to quality it would be a perk. As it is, don't bother. Room was nice. Bell service responsive. Slow front desk. Breakfast service was hit and miss. Convenient location for us. Dinner in the restaurant was good but silly high prices.

I attended a conference here over a weekend. The staff greeted me respectfully and always had a smile on their faces. The room was super code, the only way to warm it up was to just turn off the unit. The light switches did not turn on the lights next to you, which took a while to get use to. The closet is located in the bathroom, which has the iron, safe, ironing board and suitcase holder. They did supply bathrobes, slippers and plenty of towels. There was remodeling being done in one of the rooms near me, that was not disclosed, so didn't get much sleep. The restaurants there were fairly priced and breakfast food was great. (Get the buffet! )

This hotel was just what was needed for a weekend getaway. The ambiance and service of the InterContinental very nice and inviting. Great location to shopping and food and beautiful view of the bay. My room was super cozy and very clean. I took full advantage of the rove and slippers that were available for relaxation. Don't forget to grab your Starbucks before departure from the hotel. Will definitely visit again.

I stayed in a Classic King Room with Bay View from 21 - 24 Dec 2022. The service that I received from the staff at Reception from the moment I arrived and after that, was 5 star. I have to emphasize that. And the view from my room, lovely. The included breakfast is of HIGH QUALITY with a large selection of fruit, cold and hot dishes and sweet things afterwards. It is very SAFE to walk around in the evening. I definitely RECOMMEND this hotel. ( photos taken from my room window)

Everything about the hotel is top class, Staff, sleep quality, room amenities, the steak restaurant and breakfast buffet. We had a room overlooking the bay and the view was fantastic. We would highly recommend and we look forward to returning.

This is definitely a five star hotel. From the minute you walk into the lobby you can tell. Super helpful staff. We had a room overlooking the water. Such a beautiful view. Very close to the beach and shops. This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Must visit if you are in Miami

We stayed here on a Thursday night mid August. We booked a cheaper room with no view but we were upgraded to the top floor, below the penthouse, with a bay view due to low occupancy. WOW!! It was very nice! The bathroom was great, with very nice robes & slip on slippers. It did not feel disgusting like a lot of hotels. Itโ€™s an older hotel but the room we stayed in was very, very nice & clean. I didnโ€™t feel gross at all. The tub/shower handle is different than regular - you need to turn opposite for cold & hot. Instead of turning it on for cold and it gets hot, it is opposite. You turn on the faucet and it starts out hot and when you move it over, it gets cold. I thought it was broken until I figured it out. Perfect location if you are traveling with children, or pets, as there is a playground, grass, outdoor stage, sidewalks, bay water, and open grass to run out energy. Bayside market is very close & can walk to it as well as other places to eat. The pool, spa, exercise areas are great if you stay longer. We opted to use valet parking but you can easily use the street parking (pay with app) in front of hotel. We used the bell hop to assist with luggage and he was a very nice man. Only thing I would say would be when we picked up our vehicle from valet it had a slight cigarette smoke smell (we donโ€™t smoke & are not around people who do so we are very sensitive). I donโ€™t think anyone actually smoked in it but the valet driver had the smoke smell on his clothes and it lingered after he got out of the car. It was gone 10 min after blowing the air & windows done. Many of the valet were smoking heavily as they waited for guests. Great location, great price, and quiet. No rowdy or drunken beach crowds. This location is more in the residential section of Miami.

Patrick at check in went above and beyond to make sure our stay was good. It is my friends birthday weekend and he gave us complimentary breakfast the next morning AND two complimentary drinks at the bar. He is the best!

Spent our wedding weekend with some of our guest at the Intercontinental Miami and it was a dream. The executive suite was ideal for getting ready with my bridal party. All of the staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The rooms were clean and constantly being checked. Our stay here made our wedding weekend all the more special.

The hotel is located right on the water in a great location next to Bayfront Park. It has a pool, spa, gym, bar/restaurant. Club level is a great addition offering breakfast and happy hour. The views from the room are really great. The best was comfortable but pillow are very soft. Carpet is a bit outdated and stained, furniture as well but it's still in good shape and functional.

Hello Mr. Raccuglia, I appreciated your gracious hospitality during my stay in your beautiful hotel in November. I confess I was a little stressed and in shock with my flight being delayed multiple times and having a day taken away from my trip to England to visit my mother, who I had not seen in over two years due to the pandemic. Your courteous, cordial demeanor and warm welcome made my trip much more comfortable. I hope to come back and revisit your lovely hotel one day. Kindest regards,

Gosh it's freezing in the rooms and despite it's a 5 star hotel there is no heater in the room, so for those cold stormy winter mornings you are on your own. The only way to warm up my freezing room was to turn off air conditioning and wait for several hours to be at a slightly more comfortable temperature. No soap bar in the bathroom, just liquid soap dispenser like budget hotels, because they make you believe they do it for the environment when they hypocritically use so much electricity for air conditioning. The location is very good, right downtown and on the waterfront. If you are lucky, you get a room with view on Miami Beach. The front desk wasn't very friendly. This is yet another property that gives you no points on corporate trips, just to remind you that corporate profits are always above customer loyalty.

We're IHG members and our first time in Miami and the hotel did not disappoint. Service was top notch from check-in to getting items delivered to our room and checkout. The room was pristine in terms of cleanliness and nicely upkept. Loved the bay view from our room. We were able to see fireworks in the evening. Common areas are pleasing. Appreciated the Starbucks on site! We were disappointed that the Club lounge was under renovation but the fitness facilities were very complete. Able to do deadlifts and squats with the free weight equipment there. Also lots of strength training machines to complement. Very quiet and the outdoor pool area is beautiful.

The hotel is absolutely stunning! The curbside service was phenomenal โ€“ so welcoming and professional. I'm definitely planning a longer stay here next time. If it weren't for my cruise the following day, I would have chosen to spend my entire vacation in this incredible hotel!

Although this is not a beach accessible hotel, the amenities and service was top notch! There is also a wet and dry sauna available for guests in the spa and the pool and garden layout was quite luxurious with a. Beautiful view of the bay.

We had a good experience at this hotel, we had a large event with about 3500 attendees. The hotel provided food, and the company rented out all the restaurants in the hotel. Staff was friendly and with all the travelers we had a good time. It was limited due to the bathrooms - probably too many people in the area. Overall it was a good place to have a conference.

This was one of my more luxurious stays and it was equally enjoyable as it was bad. The hotel was very clean, the service was very attentive and knowledgeable about what services were available. The later checkout was a wonderful option to have if you want to sleep in. Room service was great and they even came twice to bring ranch when it wasnโ€™t initially requested. My room was very nice, clean, and the bathroom was gorgeous. Plus the room had a nice view of the park and other buildings. However, my heavenly experience was cut short when I was awoken by a loud air conditioning noise in the middle of the night. It sounded like something was beating against it and it made it very hard to sleep. I donโ€™t think itโ€™s like this in every room, but it definitely made my experience less than enjoyable.

We had some points on our IHG card, so we decided on the InterContinental Miami before leaving on a short cruise. What a good decision because everything about this hotel was wonderful. The room was clean and was like new and the bed was very comfortable. The restaurant downstairs was delicious, and the porters did a great job on Che k-in and departure. We'll definitely be back.

Great rooms but I could easily hear my neighbors. Nobody knew anything and staff was not helpful at all. Elevators stopped working so everyone had to use the stairs. Valet is a cluster and takes forever. Hotel looks great, but under the skin it seems to be a poorly ran hotel. Frustrating for the price of the rooms.

Good location, the quality of the service and rooms was impeccable, I had a memorable experience, we are in love with the facilities and surroundings. We are @truetanmiami, a spray tan studio in Coral Gables and we visited the hotel to perform a mobile tan for a client, we loved the area! Wish we werenโ€™t just passing through! Thank you! Highly recommend it!

I stayed overnight at the Intercontinental Miami prior to going on a cruise. It was my first time taking a cruise taking a cruise out of Miami and next time I will for sure be staying at the intercontinental again! Beautiful hotel! It was everything I needed and Patrick at the front desk was very nice and accommodating! If you are looking for a great place to stay in the perfect location, this is your place!

Bed/bedding quality is beyond its category, 5 star good. Harbor view is amazing. Decent upgrade for diamond ambassador. Room looks better than pictures. Turndown service was provided around 7. Pool area turned out worse than pictures. Check-in agent almost felt like he was forced to say something to recognize elite status, didnโ€™t explain anything about the hotel and gave you a โ€œsilver eliteโ€ room card cover for diamond. Lounge is under renovation so front desk promptly provided F&B benefits when asked. Breakfast was ok. The egg station cook seemed to make omelet worse than I do at home. Overall a pleasant stay if you set expectations right.

Hotel is nice. Big sculptures inside with a Starbucks for convenience. You also don't get much more of a convenient location for this for touring around Miami. The room itself was pretty clean. May want to bring your own toilet paper though as they provide really cheap toilet paper for your room. Also, for spending $350 for a hotel room, you'd think they would provide a small breakfast buffet or a light snack at least for breakfast.

Weโ€™ve found our new hotel for our stays in Miami, whilst we usually stays the Epic we found this hotel an absolute pleasure to stay at. From friendly staff and door men (especially William), to the amazing rooms and of course how close it is to the main attractions including Bayside Market. The rooms were a great size and we were provided with a cot and a bed for our children. Coffee making facilities were provided and we had both a Bath and a shower. Loved Starbucks in the morning and valet parking was easy.

Addition: Walking inside this place you know you are in a 5โ˜† hotel. Nice restaurants clean and spacious. However within an hour if you are staying there, you will understand this hotel has been very neglected in every way. The rooms are as if you stayed at motel6. Bed spread stains, carpet stained, furniture falling apart and more. Please enlarge the vent to see the mound of dust. Keep in mind there is NO free parking here and hotel will charge $48 per night for parking. On departure, after understanding the issues we had, hotel tried their best to fix the problems. Although some things can not be fixed over night, I believe that they will work on making things better for future guest. A little attention on the rooms will go a long way. Hotel: ok to reach out to me for starting ideas.

Don't forget to use HotelTully.แด„แดm when booking any stay. This website will compare thousands of booking web sites and typically will have rates much cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This hotel is the best rated in this area. I've been coming here for a long time. If you stay for a few nights you for sure won't be disappointed. This is definitely a five star hotel. From the minute you walk into the lobby you can tell. Super helpful staff. We had a room overlooking the water. Such a beautiful view. Very close to the beach and shops. This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Must visit if you are in Miami

Gorgeous property in a nice area. The place is being renovated and I was in one of the new rooms. Large, clean, very nice indeed. The only issue was the door on 2418 took considerable force to open the door. We had breakfast at the restaurant and drinks in the lobby. Fairly expensive and they include a 18% tip with every bill. The breakfast was great and the drinks were drinks.

We stayed here prior to a cruise out of the Port of Miami because of the location. It is perfectly situated just minutes from the cruise terminal. It was our 10 year anniversary and we reserved a suite but got upgraded to the Metropolis Suite and it is incredible! Two floors, three bathrooms, a full kitchen, two separate sitting areas and a large bedroom with a King bed. Couldn't be happier!!

I had to meet my boss and drop him off some paperwork. I noticed the valet was keeping his Gwagon up front. So I called my boss and told him I was right next to his car The valet was very nice while I was waiting for him to come out to me.

We came to vacation to visit my family that lives in in Miami and decided to stay a hotel for part of the trip. This hotel is so nice, the pool is heated and the gym is clean and has brand new equipment. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We paid for vip club access and got breakfast, tea time and happy hour throughout the day. Fernando was our server for tea time and happy hour and he was very friendly and professional. I'm very impressed with he level of service in the hotel.

One of the best hotels Iโ€™ve stayed at during my many trips to Miami. It is a luxury hotel so itโ€™s priced accordingly but if youโ€™re heading to the area for a wedding or other special event where this caliber of accommodations is a helpful necessity, then I highly recommend. The rooms are large and spacious with updated tech to play your music, control temperature and lighting, etc. the breakfast offered goes until 11:30am which is a welcome change because it gives you a buffer zone after a late night or if you really need to catch up on sleep. The dishes are delicious and the staff is friendly and warm. However, I was most impressed with the sauna, steam room Abs fitness center. All 3 of these amenities greatly helped me feel my best in-between jetting to events. The fact that they were so well-kept and presented was a huge plus. I would prefer if that kept them open past 6pm. Thatโ€™s the only huge improvement I can see them making.
