Having a health condition barely known by most trainers and physicians I was trying to find a way to work out without major exertion that would accomplish a full body training and toning. This is what I’ve found at Energy fit. Daniel has been great at understanding the kind of pacing I need to exercise correctly and so far it seems that with his guidance and with the high end equipment / suits they provide, this will be possible. I love the fact that you can opt in for private lessons as well. Best ems training I’ve ever done, eyes closed, 100% recommended. If you live in Doral, don’t miss this chance.

Great Place! There is no other workout like it. I love to stay fit and this EMS type workout is a game changer! The day after my workout i feel my muscles sore from the strong workout and it was so effective in such a short period of time. HIGHLY recommend to try. Daniel is the owner and he is one of the best instructors I have met.

Today was my first time visiting energy fit and spa and I can say that it was an amazing experience. Not only the location is super clean and spotless, but the decoration is very soothing and inviting. Thaimir did my treatment and she was incredibly caring and making sure I was confortable at all times. Her customer service was super professional, so I will definitely come back again.

Energy Fit&Spa has got to be the best fitness center I have been to. I have been to a few and I honestly could not recommend a better place and better place and better trainer. Daniel has worked with me for over six months, and I am loving how I physically feel and look now. The confidence I have now is indescribable. He has also provided me with lots of nutrition advice which I have taken, and I am grateful for that as well.
