Great advise and service and I am very happy with the plan we came up with. Has been a while since I can say I am very happy with my hair stylists. I strongly recommend them.

I visited Hello Concepts and was recommended to see James deus. I didn’t have much of a shape to my hair and had hair damage. He sat me down and discussed what he can do for me. I Le t him get to work. The end product, AMAZING! I am so happy with the cut and the hair treatment he applied. I highly recommend him for any of your hair needs! He is super professional and kind! 5/5!

I am calling it…. This is the hottest salon in Miami. Hello has some of the top technical talent and innovative approaches to hair in the US. James and Deborah are my go to stylists for precision cuts, Brazilian keratin, hair filler, color, etc. I have a very challenging hair texture, especially in humidity, but you would never know because these experts have dramatically improved the quality of my hair, east of styling and beauty. The atmosphere is fabulous. I am so grateful for this salon!

My experience in this salon was 5 starts! I needed manicure, makeup and hair for a wedding and since you enter to the salon, people are very welcoming. Nidia, the manicurist, was excellent and then Mario took care of the makeup and it was flawless, he did an amazing job and captured what I wanted. Finally, Bruno took care of my hair and it was excellent as well. The service was very fast so I didn't have to wait hours in the salon and prices are very reasonable. If I was living in Miami, this will be my place to go. I highly recommend them!

James Deus is by far the best professional for keratin treatment I ever had and he has a great personality that makes the hours spent in the salon enjoyable. Super recommend his service.

I loved my first experience at Hello Beauty Concept. As soon as you walk in Ivan greets you with a big smile and offers you something to drink. Everyone is friendly at the salon. Yayi did my hair and she was the best! Treated my hair with care, listen to my concerns and offered me the best options. She took her time and my hair looked so shiny and healthy afterwards. This is my place from now on. Will be coming back soon for a scalp treatment.
