Stay away! Try to scam me with extra services which I did not need. Took my X-rays to another dentist to confirm if i fact I needed $1,500 dollars worth of extra work on top of insurance and the answer was NO! When I called to get just my normal semi annual cleaning and refused the other extras I was told that this is not doable because the dentist had prescribe a specific plan. They scammed my husband with a laser gum treatment which again he did not need. Horrible service, I expected so much more given the reviews here but than again once a scammer always a scammer.

Paying for parking for a dental appointment is absolutely ridiculous $3.25 for 1 hour when an appointment take about 3-4 hours including the wait time for them to bring you back, the X-rays and the care plan review absolutely ridiculous. The dental office is clean, expensive, but the cleanings Iā€™ve received were spectacular.

Worst dental experience ever. I recently moved to Miami and needed a regular cleaning. The whole thing took over 2 hours, and the majority of time I was just sitting in a dental chair waiting. The hygienist was busy and I ended up getting a cleaning from a doctor instead. In the process, she hurt my inner cheek with saliva ejector that got attached to it and created vacuum, which she didnā€™t even notice. Now itā€™s painful for me to eat. This dental practice prioritizes making money off of patients instead of providing good quality treatments that are actually needed. They tried to convince me to get a few other things that I didnā€™t need. The whole process showcases total absence of respect for patients, which is just sad. I wonā€™t be coming back here and I suggest others stay away from this dental practice.

Please do yourself a favor and stay AWAY from this place. They are a bunch of scammers. After measuring my gums, they told me I had bleeding and gum loss in several locations and therefore, had moderate periodontitis. I literally felt the doctor press harder in certain areas of my mouth to cause the bleeding. I was then convinced I needed 500 dollars worth of cleaning to treat my ā€œStage 4 Moderate Periodontitisā€. Iā€™m repeating this again because not once in my life have I had issues with my teeth!!! I spent almost 3 hours here as well to top it off. They made me sign a form for the procedure as well without even showing me it because it was on a keypad. I didnā€™t even know they were going to have to numb my entire mouth. No one walked me through it until I made a big deal about it. Now they are recommending I come here every 3 months to get a clean that is most likely not covered by my insurance as well. Please go to a better dental clinic with more ethical practices.

This was a pretty scammy experience. I went in for a teeth cleaning. I was there for 3 hours and had 1/2 my teeth cleaned. Additionally the entire bill (had I come back for the second cleaning) would have been $1800. All of my previous teeth cleanings have been under $200. I actually thought the dentist was very helpful and well informed, which is why I am giving two stars, but I'd rather have an average dentist for $200 then an above average one for $1800.

Hands down, best experience I've had at the dentist. If I could leave more stars I would. Dr. Weatherly was excellent- highly professional and skilled. She informed me step by step on everything she was doing and Leonard, her assistance was quite excellent with her technique and great attitude and very caring. Both make a such a perfect team. Never thought I would say it, but I enjoyed my time at the dentist.

Dr. Tolmie and the Dentists at Midtown have helped restore my oral health after many years of neglect. Their expertise and care are commendable. It's very important to have a trusted dental team to rely on.

This dental office was home to me for 3 1/2 years. Doctor Christopher Tolmie and the entire front of house staff are extremely professional, kind and accommodating. Thank you for servicing me and my husband during our time here. Most recently I went in for a general cleaning and Dr. Ambriel Weatherly was extremely pushy and questioned all of my requests in an uncomfortable way. Kept asking why, but why, why?!?! I declined certain services and insisted I get an implant as opposed to a dental bridge. She basically told me everything was wrong which is very disheartening as I make it to all my appointments religiously. I ended up getting very frustrated and left without completing the cleaning and rescheduled so I wouldnā€™t have to see her. I went in for a bleach whitening today, which went well until I started asking questions. I told the hygienist I didnā€™t see a difference and she said speak to front desk. I went to front desk and communicated the same thing very calmly, asked when can I see a difference, and whatā€™s the expected turn around time. She went and got the hygienist and the hygienist said everyone is different. She said to follow the directions on the take home kit. That was the only answer I recieved. She was unable to explain herself and got annoyed. If youā€™re providing a service you should be able to speak to that service and she was unable to tell me nothing. I also wanted to know if I couldnā€™t eat/ drink for an hour or two so the bleach can do itā€™s job and she had absolutely no answers. Guess Iā€™ll look it up on google Iā€™ve never had these problems at the office before. I will not be coming back unless I can work directly with Chris or if they switch out their staff.

I've been coming here for a while and the service is always great. From the front desk staff to the X-ray technicians to the dental assistants, all the way to the top to the dentist.Everyone's very courteous and professional.Dr.Davila and Dr Christopher Tolmie was great, they did exceptional work in my mouth with crowns, and root canals. I love the fact that this dentist office is so flexible they have late days where they're open all the way to 7:00 p.m. and they're even open on Saturdays I definitely recommend this, to the everyday working man and woman who needs that flexibility dentist office very professional and top-tier at at their profession.

No one answers emails so itā€™s impossible to get in touch with them. The website for scheduling is dysfunctional and doesnā€™t allow existing patients to book, only new patients. Existing patients have to submit a request to which no one will ever respond. Itā€™s a shame the staff here are so unresponsive since the practitioners here are actually pretty good.
