It was my first time shopping at Karma and Luck. I went to the one located at Miami International Mall, Daniel was the store associate who helped my mom and I. He was so polite and made it such a great experience which is something rare nowadays with customer service. I left the store so so happy and will be back again for my next purchase soon. 10/10 This store and the staff.

Emily took special attention to my needs in many aspects and recommend me things accordingly. Her customer service was amazing. There is a large variety of jewelry so it is very hard to leave empty handed.

I always enjoy going to Karma and Luck because the staff is always super friendly and helpful! My favorite employee is Claudia because whenever I come in she always points me to the newest jewelry pieces and gives me tips on what the best gifts could be. I definitely recommend this place and will be coming back for more!

I had no idea this store existed so near to me and I’m happy to say that my experience was excellent, everything they offer is thoughtfully created and the customer service makes you want to go back for sure, especially Fiorella and Lendy who were very professional and helpful!

Claudia and Daniel are so patient!!! I tried on many different necklaces and they wore a smile all the time making my time pleasant and enjoyable. The cherry on top was of course the singing bowl ceremony!
