I booked an appointment at this place for my son. The lady who cut his hair didn't speak a word of English (I know, we should speak Spanish in Florida, but we don't). She gave my son the worst haircut I have ever seen. I haven't seen my son cry in years(teenager), but this lady did it. My heart almost broke for him. This lady should not be allowed to work in a salon. She is not qualified.

A+++, especially Valia! Look what they were able to pull off, simply based off of a photo on my phone. WOW. Consummate professionals, deeply skilled, and an overall wonderful experience. And at a great price. Especially Valia. This is definitely my 'go to' place for any haircutting needs going forward. Thanks, Supercuts!

Been going there for couple years so my review should be a fair one. I've tried out all the hairstylists there and its really hit and miss. There is one hairstylist in particular that has no clue what she is doing. She has twice now stopped midway through and haircut and told me it's over. I have to show her what to do and I even took the scissors and cut some hair myself. I think she may be blind in the left eye because she forgot a big clump of hair coming out the left side of my head. It's a shame because most of the people there are very pleasant but again it's hit-and-miss on what the outcome will be.

Made online appointment with Rosangela based on my ne review below. Mind you, my long hair were a mess & there was a rush in my end to fix it. Nice straight line would do basically and she did exactly that & beautifully so. It has been a couple of months since that haircut, hair still perfectly straight. Conclusion: awesome stylist! Thank you so much. For everyone who is reading negative reviews keep in minds it’s Supercuts after all. Many talented stylists have worked here at some point. They might (allegedly) have to meet some sales quota, hence noted hurry in some reviews; blame the corporate office. No need to trash this particular place please. They’re wonderful working people, their place is clean & neat (seriously cleaner than some restaurants etc). It’s just not going to be your personal stylist experience at their price points; further they arguably never met you and don’t know your hair etc. Regardless, they are doing a fantastic job. My husband also had had a few great haircuts at this location. Do speak up if you notice something is off. They do listen and have no intention to ruin anyone’s life. Just keep on communicating. It helps everyone involved. Hope this will encourage all to keep our community places open and running; albeit Supercuts on general having a corporate structure.

Gladys cut my hair today and did a very nice job! My husband liked it, too! Even the places at the Aventura Mall didn't do my hair like I wanted, but Gladys got it right the first time. I love my haircut.

Friendly and affordable service. Rebecca is the one I usually book my appointments with, and she is great. UPDATED 8.22.2023 Rebecca is now gone from this location, and this is a big loss for the business. Appointment times are not respected by other hair stylists. My time slot was on August 22 for 11:15 to find out that Hillary, who I was scheduled with took another gentleman from the waiting area at 11:35(!) Even the haircut was good, I am not happy about my valuable time is not respected. Perhaps, hire more hairstylist would help

On Tuesday the 26th at 4:30 I came in and asked about a style of cut. Rosangela helped me cut it and when I saw that the cut looked bad on me, she started to treat me badly that my hair was greasy and that when I washed it it would look better, so I told her wash it he answered I will wash it and you leave I will not charge you to what I answered don't worry I will pay for my service I washed myself very abruptly and shampooed my eyes he told me go away I have more clients and you are angry, of course not being at that point, in short, I left very frustrated, it even left me so ugly that I think I will have to almost shave my head. A shame and anger apart from not knowing how to cut hair, very aggressive even with a colleague who did not know how to use a payment machine, she is Brazilian, do not deal with her, very bad and aggressive
