I recently toured the new community Altis Blue Lake and fell in the love with the community. The floor plans are very spacious and check off all of my boxes. In addition the view of the lake here are unbelievably! The staff Idela and Jordan are truly one of a kind. They helped me find my perfect new home here at Altis Blue Lake. Definitely would recommend if you are looking for a new home in this area.

Jordan and Adela are an All-Star Team. Both have gone above and beyond expectations. Jordan in particular has been super friendly, accommodating, and thorough which is super hard to find someone as detail oriented and has such great work ethic nowadays. He has been a pleasure and is making my move such an easy process. Moving is one of those things that is super stressful and he is on top of everything. Every time I speak to Jordan I smile and my day seems to just get brighter like the sunshine in Florida :)

I had a fantastic experience at Altis Blue Lake Apartments, and I can't say enough about how wonderful the staff are, especially Idela and Jordan. From the moment my tour began they were incredibly helpful and attentive. The apartments themselves are not only beautifully designed but also very spacious! The amenities, like the pool and fitness center, look to be top-notch I cannot wait until they are open! I truly felt at home during my tour there, and it's all thanks to the incredible staff who went above and beyond to make my tour enjoyable. I highly recommend Altis Blue Lake Apartments to anyone looking for a great place to live with outstanding customer service. Looking forward to living here in the near future.

What a beautiful complex to tour. I just recently toured, and the apartments are truly amazing. Jordan showed me many options, and he was exceptional, just beyond friendly. The community overall is fantastic, and it's a great place to be. I can't wait till they officially open up!

Jordan was amazing such a beautiful personality very informative if I wasn’t sold on the beauty of the place I was sold by Jordan . Atlas you absolutely need more employees like Jordan very kind and sweet I love the atmosphere and the ambiance of this place excited for my tour tomorrow.

I had a really nice time touring Altis Blue Lake. Seriouslyyyy highly recommend! The property is stunning and brand new, with unmatched amenities. The apartment homes are actually very spacious and have the most current modern features which can sometimes be hard to find. And on top of that, I was really impressed with the exceptional customer service provided by the staff, Jordan and Idela. Their hospitality made my tour amazing. Highly recommend this community! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Very nice and elegant.. but I don't really see what happened to me with the following. I applied for an apt that I never saw because it wasn't ready and still isn't until mid-April. It never said on the sheet that the reservation money was non-refundable. No paper was ever signed nor was there ever a contract. Unfortunately, I can't move and notify him in advance and I found out that in one part of the application it said that the money was lost. So all those who apply read very carefully so that what is happening to me today does not happen to them. 👍🏻
