NottingHELL Pine should be the name for this place as it has Lucifer in the flesh managing it. Do yourself a favor and do not move to Nottingham Pine but if you must, be sure to check out every detail of the community and units before signing a lease. Both the website and the leasing team convey an inaccurate representation of the individual units and the overall community. Tatiana and Maxim are bold face liars and thieves. The 5-star reviews are submitted by Tatiana and Maxim who will lie to your face about anything and everything just to get you to sign the lease. You will regret moving to NottingHELL Pine from day #1. If you're still interested in moving there then I strongly recommend to visit the property and speak with current residents. The city of Plantation needs to demolish these buildings and a developer should build a community that is worthy of Plantation. DO NOT BELIEVE THE FAKE 5-STAR REVIEWS! I called the number but as usual, you people don't answer. The picture is from Local 10 news report with Jeff Weinsier when you thieves tried charging for guest to park there. Try again Maxy boy!

Our 2nd year here, first in 1/1.5 apartment and then upgraded to a 2/2 with no complications. Tatiana and Maxim are great leasing officers, always there when we needed them. We use the gym almost every day, the pool is a very peaceful place to be too, and we have an amazing lake view. Excellent location, near to everything you can need. Really happy with our choice.

I’m going on my 5th year at this location and I’m very happy with my experience here. The leasing office is very easy to get hold of, unlike the last management company. Both Tatiana and Maxim in the office are extremely nice, available to help, and accommodating. Miguel and the maintenance team are rockstars and are always ready to help. There have been some great improvements since the management change, and I can’t wait to see what else is in store.

I moved from 4th floor old apt to and old things to 2nd floor and fully remodeled and so far love it! Best decision I made for this apt! Brightness and a washer dryer combo also! ❤️

I just moved in out of state with my daughter and the experience so far has been very pleasant and smooth. Tatiana has been very helpful and addressed all my concerns as well as the rest of management. The area as is great and in close proximity to a lot of restaurants, grocery stores and mall! The unit was cleaned and very well maintained, we are very happy living here.

Things were rough under Tatiana, but Maxim truly cares about the community. He never once complained no matter what I would go to him for. He goes out of his way to help you with whatever you need and the other staff are lovely. Thank you again for all you do Maxim.

I am so thrilled in my new apartment at Nottingham Pines. I recently moved with my son; and our apartment is absolutely gorgeous. So well maintained, beautifully painted and spotless. This is a quiet, family friendly apartment complex. The management team is a dream team. Any questions or concerns are addressed immediately. Any needed repairs and taken care of right away. From the first day I went to the leasing office I have experienced the warmth and professionalism of their team members. Specially, Yuliya & Maxim have been so helpful and pleasant to work with. I highly recommend Nottingham Pines.
