I can’t say anything but wonderful and positive things about Neil and the Rising Sun Martial Art class for women’s self defense. I feel much more confident, being able to protect myself and my children after leaving the class. Neil taught me skills that I will carry for years to come. The program at Rising Sun has been transformational for my 8 year old son. His confidence and self-esteem have improved significantly. He’s proud to be part of Rising Sun and looks forward to going every week.

Our Son Loves Rising Sun! New to the Jupiter area, we started our little guy in a local BJJ location and there was no captivating the kids, no teaching defense, no buy in from the staff. RISING SUN provided all of the above while staying firm on discipline, focus and respect. It’s been 4 months and we couldn’t be happier. My 9 year old son is extraordinarily shy. I enrolled him in Rising Sun to help boost his self confidence, and WOW! What a difference a month has made! He LOVES Rising Sun, and best of all he loves when he is called to demonstrate moves in front of the class. The owner and staff take pride in their work, and they have such positive energy in the class. They are fabulous with kids. The class is engaging and fun! A bonus is the owner is a veteran, and as a veteran myself, I love to support vet owned small businesses.

My son continues to enjoy and progress through the program at Rising Sun. My son has attended classes for over two years and still enjoys going and challenging himself. He loves the belt ceremonies every other month, where he can see the rewards of his efforts. He is over halfway to a black belt and has developed a lot of maturity, determination, and resilience to reach his goal. I have been so pleased with the instructors' support and the friendships my son and I have formed as part of the program. I highly recommend Rising Sun.

My son has been at Rising Sun for almost 2 years, and it has been a great experience! The teachers connect with each student to drive their engagement in every class.
