This place is a complete money grab! I've been having bad migraines and wanted to get treated and get an MRI done after being seen with Dr. Shuylub (spelling his name wrong I’m sure). As soon as he came in, he already had prescribed me two medication's for my migraine and ordered an MRI of my brain. Mind you, I never had an issue with not being able to treat my migraines with medication, excedrin works fine for me. But I wanted to know if there was an undercover reason for my constant intense migraines. Today I went to go get my MRI results and after waiting an hour after my appointment time, he walked in and just asked me if I had been taking my prescription medication's and completely forgot the reason of my visit which was to have my results read. However, that didn't even happen. He told me everything was fine and that was it. I told him I had waited over an hour, and this could've been a conversation over the phone and he basically told me essentially yes, but we like to see your body language. A complete waste of my time and money. I had to spend $200 just to be ignored and dismissed by this doctor. I told him I wanted to see my MRI report and he said they'll print it out and I can read it myself. I told him I wasn't a doctor and he said don't worry there's nothing that you can't understand. Just read the impression but everything came out fine. To be seen by a neurologist I really expected my results to be read and reviewed with the doctor himself. What a joke.

Before making an appointment a few months ago for the SUNRISE location , I took a look at the bad reviews and ignored them as I needed to find a doctor to diagnose my mother. I’ve learned now that reviews are yes personal experiences and those vary person to person but a lot of the poor reviews resemble each other and they absolutely shouldn’t be ignored. The lack of professionalism, poor diagnosis, lack of call back (it’s been TWO WEEKS) and I’m still waiting for a call back from my moms doctor to deliver sensitive information. Yes, 2 weeks. I have called countless times and was promised a call back within the day and I am STILL waiting. Can you imagine calling a doctors office to get clarity on a loved ones diagnosis and promised a call back and not receiving it?? I’m actually in disbelief how this establishment treats and diagnosis patients. I used to chuckle when people would write “go at your own risk” but honestly, go out your own risk…..you’ll see for yourself.

THE 4 STAR REVIEWS may be referring to their office in Coral Springs. This one (Sunrise) is a true mess. PLEASE WALK AWAY. I am not the type of person to leave bad reviews but I think people need to stop being fooled by the 4 star review here. I’ve been asking for an updated referral for a week now for physical therapy as I have a bad back and the ladies in the front always tell me “ok, we will send it to you via email” but they never do. Meanwhile, I am in pain and can’t do anything. I have to call every single day to remind them. In addition, you wait almost 2.5 hours for each visit and once the doctor comes in, they don’t take more than 5min before they try to refer you or write you a prescription. Nobody is in charge of this office so everyone does what they want and the patients are the ones who pay for it.

Dr Shydohub walked into the room carrying a medical bag I loved him right then. He's a tell it like he sees it doctor and that's great. Most just don't care he does and let's you know right off the bat he don't play around with your health. Awesome doctor. So far will let you know on my next visit in a month how it went. Yes I would recommend. The staff is awesome too they got all my records for me it was a refreshing difference. Thank you for making my first appointment stress free. And being so nice

The first time we came here we arrived for our appointment and still had to wait an hour. We also overheard the staff discussing how they lost a patient and couldn’t find them. We arrived for a follow up appointment at 8:40am and the appointment was scheduled for 9am. Upon check-in, we were told that not all of the results were ready. However, we got a phone call days prior saying they would all be ready today. The front desk assured us they’d get the results ready for our appointment, it is now 9:37 and we haven’t been seen yet. What a waste of waiting an hour!

This was the worst experience. When I called to verify my insurance and make an appointment, I was 100% assured that my co-pay was going to be exactly $20.00 and nothing more. I went in for an autism evaluation, and was given a 5 minute interview and an IQ test, which is NOT what an evaluation is supposed to be. The person who gave me the "Assessment" was a completely different person than the one who reviewed my results, which makes no sense because the interview is supposed to be what is used to gauge social skills. Dr. Collins was late and rescheduled at the last minute, and then was not prepared for the appointment where I was supposed to be given the results. I was told I would be given my results two days later (on Friday), and when I got nothing in my email, I called and they said it would actually be on Monday. Monday came by and they still didn't send them. I called again and they said this time it would be on Wednesday. Then the process repeated 4 times over the next two week. I finally lost my patience and demanded my results with someone to advocate for me on the line as well. I got them and there was absolutely no information or effort put into the report. It was just my IQ test score, and not even any details on what specific scores i received on all of the sections. I was diagnosed with bogus disorders which haven't been used in years, and my interview wasn't even mentioned in the report. Now they have been calling and emailing me non-stop saying i owe them $70+, which makes no sense because I was assured that there was no more co-pay before I made the appointment. This has been the most unpleasant experience, and I'm sure others here have felt the same. My insurance web page says that I already paid their co-pay, yet they still continue to harass me every day with phone calls and voicemails and emails. No thanks to them, I received my diagnosis from someone who actually took the effort to give me a real evaluation, and when I showed them the report from this one they told me I was scammed and taken advantage of. DO NOT waste your time here, they do not care about their patients and care more about milking money out of you with lies. Truly disgraceful.
