This must be the WORST CVS Pharmacy in the whole U.S I swear. Lack of morals, they talk over you when speaking. If a Dr sends over a px why isn't it filled? Why must I call or come to the Pharmacy for them to have fill it and have to come back again. Been here for the 3rd day in the row with no meds. The drive thru is soooo slow, been here for 25 mins already. I don't know what happens back there but customer service sucks! This cvs needs help ASAP!!!

While waiting at the minute clinic waiting area for the first appointment of the day. I’m sad to say this questionnaire to check in has asked me if I have been exposed to covid and as I look around I’m pretty sure I have, between the unwashed computer check in that is requiring me to toggle between their dirty touch screen and my phone to the un washed floor with spills, hair balls, and toothpicks I can see this has not been swept since yesterday minimally. It’s gross for a dr visit… thanks but no thanks, not feeling confident here. Hope it’s cleaner in the Drs office. 🤞

This location is absolutely horrible. They never refill your prescription, they make you wait unbelievably long for every prescription. Not professional whatsoever, if you guys are short staffed put a couple ads on indeed and pay people a livable wage. I will never be coming to this location ever again and I will have my prescriptions directed else where.

The pharmacy staff is always so helpful and makes sure my meds are ready when they say they are. Amber is such a good worker, she helps those she can and always has a great attitude. 👍

Poor customer service from the woman on phone for my moms diabetic meds! I graduated also for pharmacy there’s no need for such condescending attitudes! If you don’t like your job take up another career, smile at least there’s enough miserable around 🙄

Was on hold for 20 mins waiting for a representative for minute clinic with this location.. no one picked up and it was so long that the music even timed out. Now I’m here and I’ve been waiting half an hour past my appt time with the doctor in the one room literally just on a personal phone call with her iPhone. Finally the other doctor comes out after 20 mins waiting asks what time my appt was. I tell her and she says “you’re late” like yeah it is late at this point, I’ve been waiting 🥲 but she was nice when I went in the room at least

No way of getting my medication. This pharmacy is completely useless. Walgreens and my Dr are trying to send them medication for me and they keep saying they are not getting it. They don’t answer the phone or follow up. I Have no way of getting my prescriptions. My new insurance only works with cvs unfortunately. Store manger is not in charge of the pharmacy department. It’s a complete dead end. Thanks CVS! 9 days not able to get medication.

If you are a Veteran utilizing your VA Urgent Care Benefit for any RX. I have found out you can go to Publix, Winn-Dixie and other pharmacies now you are no longer required to go to CVS. Start going elsewhere. I have used this location and they mess it up every time I’m always stuck paying out of pocket and they’re never willing to check up on it. They can even use the Optum verification line to verify everything and are never willing to do it. When I call, they always tell me the RX benefit is open and they should have the information saved since they used it successfully one time In the past. They need to train their employees to do better As they are contracted to know this information. From the time you use your urgent care benefit at the facility to get checked on they report it right then and there and RX benefit opens up within two hours. What a joke. Go somewhere else for your RX now that you can.
