I visited the Miramar location for lab work and I must say that the place was very clean and sterile. I was greeted by Kayla and she was very friendly and pleasant, this calmed me being I have anxiety and white coat syndrome I felt safe. Alexandria was great also she was friendly and took my labs with ease. These young ladies should get an increase of pay it seems they do their job with compassion and they seem to love what they do. Lab test is my go to place when I'm not feeling well.The staff at the front desk was great, I believe her name was Kayla . She made sure I felt comfortable and explained every step of the way and didn’t have a long wait! The facility was clean and the check-in process was easy. Results come in very quickly as well. Thank you very much for a great experience.

Absolutely great experience. No waiting time, clean location and very polite and professional nurse. I booked and paid online. The nurse ask me to accommodate in the to blood sampling room and in less than 5 minutes from the arrival I was out.

Today I can to this lab for the first time for a blood draw for my 7 yrs old son. Patricia was amazing. She made my son feel very comfortable before the blood draw. She had great attitude, which help for my son not to be scared. My son left with a smile in his face and feeling proud! Thank you Patricia. You are great!

Amazing customer service! Was in and out and the young lady, Kayla, was super informative, sweet and kind when drawing out blood! For someone like me who is terrified of needles, this was a great experience compare to other labs!

Alex and Liz were great! There was almost no waiting time and both were extremely kind. I hate needles but they made the experience pass quickly and painless 😊
