I recently had my anual physical and was assigned a new doctor. I was so pleased with my experience that I had to share. I saw Dr Caruso, an experienced physician that has perfect bed side manners. He addressed all my concerns and explained things perfectly. He thanked me for being a little early and I would like to thank him for taking such great care of me. Highly recommend!

Dr. Caruso and the support staff are amazing. Every employee I encountered was professional and courteous. Incidentally, I had an appointment during a power outage last week. Carlos assured me he contact me with an available time as soon as possible. He made note of my name and phone number. Excellent follow up and customer service.

Love going to this office the staff is always very friendly. The lab tech was awesome taking my blood and giving me the flu shot. From the staff in the front to the back. Oh can say too much about Dr. Carusso he’s always so pleasant and friendly and lets you know what you need.

I 've been going through a difficult season in my life, I am an ovarian cancer survivor. I have an eye injury and ha RA. When I first came to Baptist Dr Lijo Jose became my Dr, as young as he is, he has a loving and dedicated heart for his patients and for their well being, for different reasons Dr Lijo went to another hospital, I miss him specially because he gained my trust. He moved on to a different job opportunity and I am happy for him but I miss him. I met Dr Kazmi recently, she has truly been very supportive and compassionate, she listened to every concern I had and offered her medical expertise to help me the best way possible, I really felt better once I spoke to her, thank you for all you do Dr Kazmi. You guys are amazing One last thing I had a problem with my insurance and they (the office staff Carlos) helped work with me so I would not miss my appt. Every detail counts and It means more than you will ever know. Thank you & God bless you. Merry Christmas!

I went to this office to have my blood drawn. I’m always nervous whenever I have my bloodwork because I have tiny veins. Today was a different experience, the phlebotomist did a perfect job. No burning pinch at all. Thank you! I wish I can remember his name.

I had a great first time experience with Dr Morgan! Having more than one health issue he addressed all of them. He provided me with as much information as possible to ensure I understand what’s going on and what the next steps should be! The office staff is great too.

I went in for my semi annual check up. I am always amazed at how punctual Dr. Caruso is with his appointments. He went over all my previous results with me. I then went over all of my current concerns. We came to an agreement as to the best immediate course of action. Therefore, I was very pleased with the visit.

Finally! I finally found a primary office that opens early and also makes direct eye contact with you. For my first time visit, everyone was friendly, and listened to my concerns. For it to be 7am, everyone had a smile. Thank you for your time Mrs. Rodriguez

The worst experience that we have ever had with a doctor. A visit today with Dr. Andria F. Rodriguez showed us that she should not be treating our family, and quite frankly, no one else should be seen by this doctor. After dealing with high blood pressure for a while, Dr. Andria F. Rodriguez prescribed medication that unfortunately did not help as much as we both had hoped. The minute that we questioned her decision to prescribed that medication and suggested an alternative, she changed her tone and said "You can do what you want, whatever you want". We dismissed that comment and asked about how certain she is that it is the best option and she answered by saying "All the years of training and working aren't for nothing, yeah we like to play with people's health, that's what we do here". At this point we were shocked to hear such a response from a "medical professional". When we asked about how we can receive the results of the bloodwork printed, she stated "With a printer, that's what we do, that's how it works". At this point, we asked why she was talking this way and being so edgy. She replied by telling us that we are not trusting her and that we need to find a doctor that we trust, because we are doubting her input. She then proceeded to tell me (husband of patient) that my body language is disrespectful because I keep going on my phone while she speaks to my wife (the patient). I told her that we have 3 kids I need to check up on and make sure they made it out of school in a timely matter, since they are being picked up. I told her that her day gets better and she answered with "It will be better once you guys leave". Lastly, she was negligent in providing the results of the bloodwork and scan that was done, because she was leaving the office upset without providing the results, we had to call her back in and remind her. I do not understand how someone like this is allowed to speak and treat people. I understand that we may sometimes have bad days, but this is something that I never imagined would happen in this line of work.

This PCP visit was horrible. The staff was friendly , but the dr ( Morgan ) and his lady assistant barely meet standards. What a let down . The dr never looked up any of my info on computer, gave me Rx’s for 2 modality’s I already had done , referrals I don’t need, and was like 10 min in the room . I have United PPO ( work for baptist ) , so don’t need referrals. Lastly he ordered labs with some tests we never discussed. Not a happy camper with what he ordered without my knowledge. I have been to other Primary cares , and they have been good . The Dr personality is do-able , but his medical knowledge and bedside interest is HORRIBLE. Funny, I brought my dad on the Monday before my visit for his check up and was gonna cancel mine after the experience with my dad . I decided to go forward with my appt , but now I wish I had not . Waste of time , left upset, and won’t EVER ago back or recommend this place . 23 years with Baptist and your standard has lowered in this area . Will look for a new dr and will also never recommend this CLINICAL team . PFR staff was amazing, kind attentive and caring.
