We had an amazing night last Wednesday. It was their “Unplugged Party” and we really enjoyed the group. The singer was just amazing she had a great energy she lit the place up ! Really great place to come with friends really great Food. Everything we ordered tasted so good. Staff was very attentive to all our needs. We enjoyed the whole experience! I definitely recommend if your looking for a good dinner and a great time !

Unfortunately my visit to bring the whole office team for an employee celebration turned into a terrible bad experience and lack of communication and taking ownership from the Restaurant and Valet. On September 21, we visit the restaurant, paid in full for the whole team and cover valet. Upon leaving the property I notice items on my car where moved around and a pair of sunglasses were missing. First time in over 15 years something like that ever happens in valet. Unable to reach restaurant management via phone and email, email replies are not existent, valet won't take ownership and at the end of the day a learning experience. Do yourself a favor, there are way better places out there with professional valet parking companies and management that do reply to clients emails.

Nice place but that’s all. 2 starters + 2 courses + 2 coke = $285 The taste of the meat had everything but the taste of a faux-filet. Cold meat, raw in the heart, blood mixed with cold pepper sauce. Frozen French fries the same as McDonald. Doesn’t look anything like Bagatelle Saint-Tropez.

Excellent ambiance, music, and cocktails… but their food menu has to be more descriptive. If you’re going to serve 3 tiny muffins on a bed of peppercorns and call it “steak tartare” PLEASE warn me so I don’t order that. I was expecting a classic, delicious tartare.. not that. ALSO, they did not respect my friend’s severe deadly nut allergy. We told staff before we ordered and they did not care - they continued to bring peanut garnishes and for my other friend’s birthday they brought an ALMOND CAKE. We had a lot of fun dancing, but we would definitely not return for the food.

The restaurant felt like a tourist trap. Overpriced and not the service one expects when splurging $800 for caviar and $300 on each bottle of champagne. The champagne was warm, when they replaced the bottle they refused to credit the first of three because there was "no manager to authorize the credit". We found ourselves filling our own glasses time and time again, the caviar was very good however, the presentation and service is not what one would expect with the prices they charge. The entertainment was loud and repetitive (nothing to write home about). The place is nice but if quality service is what you are aiming for, this is not the place.

I came to this restaurant to celebrate my fiancée’s birthday with a group of 8 people. Our experience started off disappointing which soon after became irritating and peaked at infuriating. Overall, if you’re looking to attend a trendy restaurant with a lively ambiance, and party atmosphere then this is not a bad place to choose. If you are looking for anything more, your money is better spent elsewhere. Arrival and initial customer service We arrived to the restaurant a bit after our scheduled time, the restaurant was fairly accommodating and seated us. Unfortunately, we were seated at a table unable to comfortably seat all of our guests. When we initially asked to be moved to a table meant to accommodate our group, the hostess responded, without the decency to make eye contact, by telling us that that table was indeed meant to seat the eight of us. I beg to differ. We eventually were able to switch to a larger table… after hassling the staff who at one point suggested that we may be able to change our seating situation by “purchasing a bottle worth more than $1,000” Ordering Drinks When it came time to order drinks, our waiters were able to quickly bring 7 out of the eight drinks that we ordered, conveniently, the only person who had to wait for drinks was… the birthday girl. We waited 30+ minutes for the restaurant to figure out how to make a French 75. When they finally brought out her drink, the wait staff spilled another person’s drink on one of the people at our table. 10/10 don’t recommend getting alcohol spilled in your eye. Remember, this wouldn’t have been a problem if we were seated at a table that could actually fit our group. Soon after the drink incident, we were moved to another table. and yes, they didn’t comp the French 75. The Food The small bites at bagatelle are mid. The beef tartare was the standout out of the 10+ dishes that we ordered. The remainder of what we ordered for sides was ragingly mediocre. The mains were equally disappointing. You can find better prepared steak at a flemings steakhouse. All of our mains were under-salted, and overpriced. There were no desserts. Additional annoyance The restaurant is unable to properly secure their restaurant. A member of our group and one at a nearby table was pick potted. Our friend had $20 cash stolen from and an unknown amount was stolen from the other table. Verdict Your money is better spent elsewhere.

We went for a girl’s night out and we had the most amazing time. The food was incredible and the restaurant has such a good vibe. I am definitely coming back!

We had the most amazing time at Bagatelle! Martina our server was so kind, fun, and understanding to our particular food needs. It was the coolest atmosphere I'd seen in a restaurant, and the food was delicious. The performances were also superb. We hope to go again!

Excellent vibe. This is the revamped Bagatelle and I think it's the prettiest of them all. The round bar is where you want to be at. Great bar tending 🍸 also excellent service and check in experience by the hostess. I didn't go for food yet - will have to on my next trip. Happy happening vibes at this place its a must for when you're in south beach 👌🏽💯

If you desire incompetent wait and management staff, this place is for you!!!! Besides food, we ordered vodka/soda and lime drinks. It took an hour and multiple requests for both waiter and manager to bring us drinks. No apologies from either one for not getting our order straight. You are not giving us a huge favor to dine at this place!!!!! We are paying customers and should be treated with respect!!!

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and concern about the experience my party and I had during our visit to Bagatelle Miami on October 31st, 2023. I feel compelled to bring to your attention the issues we encountered in the hope that they can be addressed to ensure a more positive experience for future patrons. To provide some context, my spouse, a co-worker, and I had made a reservation for three people at 9:45 pm. We arrived at the restaurant at 9:30 pm, slightly ahead of our scheduled time, as we were guests at the SLS Hotel. As is customary, we were asked to wait by the bar until our table was ready. However, as time passed, we noticed that our reservation time had come and gone without any communication from the restaurant staff. My spouse took the initiative to inquire about the status of our table, only to be informed by the manager, Mr. Hicham Mahdar , that our reservation had been given away. Perplexed by this situation, we approached the hostess to seek clarification. She regretfully conveyed that there were no available tables, subsequently placing us in a less desirable location behind the DJ booth. When we expressed our discomfort with this seating arrangement, Mr. Hicham Mahdar approached us and, to our astonishment, exhibited a complete lack of professionalism and respect. He explicitly informed us that we were not considered VIP patrons and, therefore, were not entitled to a table in the main dining area. He even went so far as to suggest that if we were dissatisfied with the placement behind the DJ booth, we were free to leave, offering no further explanation or assistance. I want to emphasize that I have never felt as humiliated and disrespected in a restaurant as I did during this experience. It is deeply disheartening to be judged by a staff member's perception of our VIP status when we entered your establishment with the intent of enjoying a memorable evening and contributing to your business. My co-worker, Shanice Henderson, and I are affiliated with Bravo Network, and my spouse, Simon Marco, is a respected entrepreneur based in Munich Germany. We are both responsible and humble individuals who understand the importance of courtesy and respect, especially as guests. I urge you to verify our backgrounds, which will reflect our positive contributions to various communities. I came to bagatelle for a birthday dinner and had an exceptional experience! Everything from the ambience, the service and fruit it was delicious! George, the manager, took great care of us and made sure every detail was special. I definitely want to come back for a date night in the future. Highly recommend you come experience a great fun night yourself!

Limited menu, terrible food , poor service, Overpriced. Go to baoli, Marion, seas spice or Kiki in the river if You want good food and party ambiance. This place is a disappointment.

after living 15 years in Paris FRANCE, i can honestly confirm that in the restaurant beside the name, nothing is close to the french cuisine. We spent one of the worst dinner in years, service was not great either, food very poor, i had a ceviche (not french) and the microscopic portion was very fishy and full of lemon juice, my wife had the steak tartare, almost frozen and again micro portion, my nephew ordered a steak that arrived pre cut and cold with a sauce for sure made out of a can. and i do not continue with the other guests of our table. Music was extremely loud and it was impossible to hear anything, even the singer was bad and out of tune, What a bad experience tonight..... and even more ridiculous the waiter kept pouring water ($ 24 per btl) like a madman, and without asking he bringing more btls ... i had to walk home to try digest the bad food and stress i had thought the so called "dinner" I hope to be fine tomorrow morning and i will maybe edit this honest review. I was expecting a pricey dinner but i expected something more classy and for sure better that this. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE THIS HORRIBLE PLACE, OUT OF PRICE AND WITH MICRO PORTIONS AND CERTAINLY NOT FRENCH CUISINE. I HAVE DINNER N SEVERAL GASTRONOMIC RESTAURANTS IN FRANCE AND I CAN ASSURE THIS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH FRENCH CUISINE

Beautiful setting and excellent customer service. Had a DJ playing a nice selection of music. The presentation of the food is excellent however, no favor to the food. The dessert had no taste either. For the very high prices $$$$ that you pay for the food i thought it would have been excellent as the setting and service but wasnt.

We ate here for Thanksgiving dinner and ordered off of their regular menu. The food was absolutely divine. The service was amazing, an extremely attentive staff. Our waiter Max was fantastic, he was welcoming, extremely knowledgeable and all around terrific. A great restaurant and a perfect experience that was on par with some of the best restaurants around the world.

Food 2.5/10 yet cost $$$. Fun dinner party if thats what you’re looking for but they will not hesitate to remind you of the 2hr max time at table (unless they dont need it after you.) I was very let down because I love french food and had high expectations considering their other locations in major cities. You pay for the party, kudos to the magician.

The food is good but the music is so loud that you cannot hear the person sitting right next you. It was four of us having dinner but time we left we said to each other that it was not a pleasant evening because we could not have a conversation because the extremely loud music.

I went twice already to Bagatelle and each time was great! Very welcoming, treated us kindly and nicely. The service is great. The food is pricy but worth it, each dish is made with fresh ingredients and is very unique and delicious. Great selection of wines and champagnes. And what I love the most is that they have DJ playing music and there’s a party happening and everyone is dancing and having good time. I had a blast here! Can’t wait to come back. I came several times to Bagatelle but there is always something new to experience. They have the best dinner parties in Miami Beach - from live singing to DJs and shows while doing the bottle service. Expect to start dancing in the middle of your dinner. It's the best experience! I love the vibe and the atmosphere. Everyone is honestly having fun from their heart. My advice is to save some place for the desserts because all options are delicious. I will be definitely coming back. The staff is amazing. Service is fast and all of the staff is friendly. Our server was really nice as well as Jose who was taking amazing care of us. Jose was really polite and professional. 😊 Amazing team , food and dinner parties.

I had dinner at Bagatelle yesterday and food was just amazing. Our server & all assistants took care of me & my friends. We came here to celebrate a birthday & they did a birthday celebration for desert. We had a great time. The atmosphere was also dynamic. I highly recommend

Had an absolutely fabulous dining experience at Bagatelle. It was a real good vibe. The DJ played some excellent tunes and really got the crowd going. The live singers were both excellent too and sang some party classics. The ice canon too, omg! Loved it! The flavours, the juicy steak and the shrimp was all delicious. Overall, I would definitely recommend! The atmosphere, service, decor & food is all on point and I can’t fault it.

I was celebrating my birthday here with friends and family and we had an amazing time! The Chef came out a couple times to make sure everything was perfect, and the staff was super attentive and friendly. We ordered a daily special pasta with caviar, a whole fish and steak, which was all delicious! The presentation was very nice too. When the music got louder we all got up to dance, the dj was really good and they also had a lot of entertainment like dancers, drum player and saxophonist, my guests enjoyed it very much. I really recommend Bagatelle for any celebrations or even just a great dinner. Super festive and upscale atmosphere!

Attended Bagatelle Miami Saturday 01/21/2023, with my lovely lady. Truly an outstanding experience. Conveniently attached to the wonderful Ritz-Carlton Miami South Beach hotel. Truly an elegant dining experience. Food and service were as top notch as you can get. The wait staff were attentive but not intrusive. The management and the chef made it a point to make sure our meal and experience was 100% rewarding. Highly recommend this wonderful French cuisine restaurant. Dress well as this is upscale and be sure to stay for the fun after 10:30pm.

Amazing ambiance! My friends and I went on a Tuesday for Rock’N’Baga night and we couldn’t ask for a better night. The food was delicious and refined. The staff took really good care of us. I was very excited to go to this place after several attempts to get a reservation. Finally get to go. Food was good but kind of bare. I was more put off by the clientele. I was dressed nice but some guy at the next table was wearing a baseball hat. I was very put off they didn't enforce some kind of dress code. The bartender was great.
