my
friend
and
I
who
stayed
in
a
hotel
room,
returned
to
the
room
after
going
out
to
the
party
and
saw
all
our
things
scattered
in
the
room,
our
bags
with
all
the
passports,
money
and
clothes,
and
a
lot
of
other
valuable
possessions
were
stolen
from
a
person
who
broke
through
the
pool
to
the
hotel
and
from
there
to
our
room,
according
to
the
security
cameras
of
course.
The
staff
that
evening
did
not
help
us
properly,
after
we
spoke
with
Jessica,
the
hotel
manager,
she
assured
us
that
the
hotel's
insurance
would
cover
the
financial
damage
caused
and
many
more
promises
that
they
would
help
us
in
the
event
and
resolve
it
with
the
insurance
company,
in
addition,
we
did
not
receive
any
compensation
from
the
hotel
that
tried
to
avoid
liability
.
A
few
days
after
we
checked
out,
I
received
an
email
from
Jessica
that
the
hotel's
insurance
does
not
cover
the
damage
we
caused
and
that
there
is
nothing
she
can
do
about
it.
I'm
not
saying
that
if
you
stay
in
the
hotel
your
belongings
will
be
stolen,
but
the
hotel's
humiliating
attitude
of
not
taking
care
of
anything
for
us
after
all
the
heartache
we
went
through
is
not
worth
staying
there.
It's
time
that
we
the
customers
start
putting
emphasis
on
things
like
this
because
the
disparaging
feeling
that
they
treated
us
as
the
small
side,
that
has
no
power
to
do
anything
and
in
this
they
tried
to
silence
the
case,
it's
a
disgrace..
So
if
you
came
to
close
this
hotel
think
twice
about
us
as
customers,
today
it's
me
but
tomorrow
It
could
be
you
