I normally don't give anything anyone 1 star rating. I stayed with my wife for 2 says. We did not like it, and did not feel safe. It was a self check-in, self checkout hotel with no staff, no water or any other basic security. Just numbered locks for which codes were given to the guests. Parking was also not there, we had to pay $40 for 2 days which spoiled our budget further. Will not recommend anyone. We paid around $300 for 2 days and it was not at all a good decision. Bad experience.

I'd recommend taking a hard pass on this one. Room was filthy and staff didn't care. Upon arrival, we walked to Publix and purchased cleaning supplies and spent the first 2 hours of our vacation cleaning the room. Bathroom sink was also stopped up and, after texting about it (no one stays at the front desk), I received no response. Closet is a joke and there is no dresser or drawers of any kind so plan to live out of your suitcase if you choose the risk of staying there. See photos

WARNING ⚠️: Nasty rooms in need of repair/renovation and disorganized management. I do not normally review places, but this hotel is particularly terrible. Do not be fooled by the okay looking pictures on the cover. We were initially shown into a room that reeked of chemicals, which a cleaning staff was still in when we walked through the door despite being well past normal check in time, and a window ac with nothing covering the gap above it. There was also a "smoke odor eliminator" spray left on the window sill. Without us saying a word, they decided to transfer us to a different room at another location (New Hotel), which was nice of them. However, the new room was disgusting with a leaking fridge, leaking shower, and toilet that wouldn't flush. I discovered the toilet issue the hard way, having to use a plunger for several minutes just to make it slowly go down. It still didn't flush even after. The tiles in the bathroom are cracked all over and almost certainly have mold growing between. And the room was overall just not very clean. We did not want to stay the 2nd night of our booking, opting to find somewhere that functions instead. They initially agreed to refund half of the amount. However, when talking through Travelocity, the same people told Travelocity to only refund us a number much less than half because "they can't refund the cleaning fee they already paid for". We are now disputing through Travelocity. Be warned.

Room smells so bad of mold. Very damp. Giving me a sore throat. Unsafe. No one at reception enter via codes and gate always open. I asked to cancel and requested a refund. Management don’t care. They refused. Awful hotel do NOT stay there. Update: the room does NOT smell of cleaning products despite what management said in their response. It smells of dampness and mold. Their response to me via message was well it’s a 3* hotel. That doesn’t matter. The room is damp and stinks and mold. I am going to report them as this is a health and safety issue. My bank also tried calling them and they refused to pick up the phone and haven’t responded to their emails. Do NOT stay there.

This place gets 1 star because It won't let me rate without 1 but this place is far from habitable. It looks absolutely nothing like in the photos. It doesn't feel safe. Room looked like someone had a good night a nobody bother to clean up for the next stay. It was disgusting. We got there for a stay of 2 nights after a long day of work and a 4 hour drive at 1:30am, only to realize there was no way we could sleep there. We rather sleep In our car. Nobody picks up the phone ever. Finally got a contact through expedia and he said owners would not refund. They should close the place. It's disgusting. UPDATE!!!! This hotel is still horrible, no change there nor my initial review... but they dared contact my credit card company and apparently provided proof that the room we got was in perfect condition, liars!!! What did you do? Clean the room and send pictures?! These people will scam you out of your money!! Do not go there! I will be making sure they close them down!!

Do not fall for the pictures this business has posted. This is an extremely low quality hostel at best. Poor service. No one answers the phone. There’s no answering machine with the business name. We were given the owners number by expedia - he has no clue what’s going on and neither does the guy he supposedly has managing the place. We were told there would be a keypad on the door - there wasn’t. The door was just open with a physical key inside. There was mold in the shower, on the pillows, awful red stains on the bed frame that was poorly covered by pillows. The window was open when we got there so there were spiders and mosquitoes in the room. We did not spend the night there and immediately requested our money back and found another place.

DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL. UNPROFESSIONAL, DISGUSTING AND SAFETY ISSUES! We checked into 2 rooms, 1 smelled like weed another had a strong bleach smell, it was impossible to be in the room. We had to open the windows to get rid of the smell. Both rooms had cracks on the mirrors, stains on the sheets and towels and outdated renovations. For one of the room the front desk gave us 1 big and 1 small towel even though there were 2 of us staying in the room. We have asked for more towels, however received them only next day. Wifi wasn’t working the first evening and the front desk wasn’t helping to resolve the issue until next day. On the second day the hotel said that they need to move us into a different room but there was no explanations why. AC in the new room was very loud and once we turned it off it was leaking on the floor. Toilet flushing didn’t work. When we reported this to the front desk they said that they know and there was no action taken. On our third day the fire siren started working at around midnight and the fire department didn’t come until after 1h later. There was some flooding going on and siren was very loud making it impossible to stay in the hotel. The stuff was just walking around and smiling at us. No one tried to resolve the issue or apologies for the inconvenience. Next morning the sirens went off again at around 5:30AM and noone was solving the issue again. We left hotel at around 8:30AM and the sirens were still on. There was no stuff at all in the hotel, fire department never came. At that point it was a safety issue staying in this hotel. We have packed our luggages, reached out to Expedia and they helped us to refund the money for the rest of our stay.

We received a text message with a link to complete check in online 2 days prior to our reservation. We completed the online form and included a message asking if the hotel could hold our bags from 11am to check in at 3pm Sunday. Form reply was that we would receive a text message with check in instructions/access codes on the day of arrival. We sent 2 text messages to 1st contact number listed on website asking about holding our luggage. Also left voice mails at 1st and 2nd contact numbers listed on website, as well as sending a CHAT message on website. Received NO REPLIES. Even more frustrating, we did not receive a text message regarding check in instructions. So, at 3pm on check in day we stood at a locked gate wondering if anyone would be there to let us in. Again, we left message at 1st contact number telling them we were at the gate waiting. At 3:08 a young woman came to the gate looking confused as to why we were there. We told her we had a reservation and hadn't received any communication from management. She told us with NO APOLOGIES that "they" didn't work on the weekends. The only communication we have received from management is a computer generated email sent today, 1 day after check out, saying they hope we enjoyed our stay and look forward to welcoming us in the future. How could they not respond to at least one of our texts or voice messages? On Monday the front desk was to be open at 10am, but when we left that morning at 10:05am no one was there. Room was comfortable, but the fitted bed sheet fit poorly over the plastic mattress and continually popped off at the corners making sleep uncomfortable. Also, no top sheet was provided, just a heavy comforter, which for Miami was too hot. Instructions in room said to text if you needed towels, etc. I did text asking for a top sheet, but again received no reply. When we returned on Monday afternoon there as a man at the front desk so we we asked him for a top sheet. He was a bit puzzled saying they didn't use top sheets, but he did relent giving us a top sheet to install ourselves. Overall, hotel was clean and location was in close proximity to beach, restaurants, and free Miami Beach trolley, but NO communication from management makes this a hotel we cannot recommend and will not choose again.

The worst experience ever If you are planning to visit Miami avoid this place. The owner and stuff are rude and redneck. You better choose some kind of hotel chain with global name and knowing the meaning of hospitality.

Nice small hotel. Very clean. It's a budget style property but the rooms have been recently renovated. Very close to the beach and restaurants. Digital check-in and key codes for everything make it all easy.

I loved the Location of hotel. They give you codes for gate, hotel door's and Room. Very private and easy access. It was a 5 minute walk to the beach. Hotel gives u beach towels and a beach Umbrella for no extra cost. Only negative about it was the bed. It was too squishy so ur body immediately sinks in the matress. Also the bathroom shower only has one door so When u take a shower ALOT of water comes out. You can see on picture's posted. Parking is right infront of Hotel. Service was great and Overall Great Stay.

The owners were very nice, accessible and accommodating. The location is PERFECT! We were able to walk to the beach, bars, restaurants and shopping in less than 5 minutes. The hotel is very clean and charming. I would love to stay here again

I absolutely loved it. It was perfect for our last minute stay. Really cute decor. The beds were so comfortable, I literally melted to sleep 😂. Litteraly the best location minutes from everything you need, the beach is down the road plenty of restaurants, street parking and free trolley right across the street.

great service and the rooms were very cozy! however there were some plumbing issues in the kitchen sink and shower. great place to stay if you want to visit the beach, which is right behind the hotel!

I really liked the hotel. We spent 5 wonderful days at this hotel. There was a very friendly lady at the reception. The hotel was quiet, comfortable and there were no extraneous smells. The room had everything you need for a comfortable stay, its own small kitchen and cutlery, it was possible to cook food, TV with different channels. Excellent location of the hotel. Near the beach, a good walking area near the beach, restaurants and a public transport stop with which you can get to the center of Miami Beach and other attractions, grocery stores, shops where there is everything for the beach. We will definitely return to this hotel.

I stayed a few days here in the spring, and was pleasantly surprised! It looked exactly like the photos! The front dest staff were kind and welcoming. The location is great! Walking distance to ocean! I ended up purchasing some unique jewelry and accessories as well! I would stay here again!

This hotel is truly a gem! Very private, great location, well connected to the area as well as to South Beach. Will most definitely book again!

This place was amazing, from the accommodations to the location. Will definitely stay again. I gave 4 stars only because the rooms should have better ventilation, everything in the room stayed moist but everything else is still worth a second stay and more.

The location was convenient to a wide range of shopping, food, and the beach. The staff was very friendly, offering good advice about how best to spend the three days we had for vacation. The art deco furnishings of the room were more conducive to form than function, but it was generally comfortable.
