Today I had the great pleasure of visiting one of the best places in Miami to smoke, it is a nice place with very kind people, good selection of cigars, comfortable seats, and excellent liquors. This cigar of this photo will soon be on sale there, and I recommend it widely, especially lovers of Cuban cigars, and good cigars of Central America, be very surprised by the good taste of this gem

So glad to have found a great little cigar joint in Miami Beach. Nice selection of everything from the big names to the boutiques, reasonably priced. Bartenders made a delicious Manhattan and kept me entertained with a lively conversation. Awesome experience overall!

I am a flight attendant and, as you can imagine, I have traveled the world but it's the first time I find such a nice and cozy cigar lounge. I am really impressed! The umidors inside the lounge are super equipped, a real corner of paradise on earth! But the best thing was the service and the reception, impeccable! Mr. George welcomed me and advised me very well, I'm very happy with my experience at CASABLANCA cigar lounge. 5-star lounge, well-ventilated and air-conditioned room! 5 stars also to the variety and quality of cigars in the store. Opened the door to this amazing cigar lounge, and what a selection of cigars. Great customer service, excellent knowledge of their products. I will definitely come here again. Clean, neat and mellow atmosphere here. Had a great time with my friends. Another happy customer here :)

Most amazing place to have a perfect cigar and a drink in a very good atmosphere. Great selection of cigars, staff so helpful and nice. Also they offer a free drink for first time clients, excellent location. Highly recommend it!!!!

I want it to be better. Only people in the place. But it's a place to smoke inside so that's a plus.

Best Cigar Lounge and retail store on Miami Beach located on the South Of Fifth neighborhood district. Venue is warm and cozy. The design is clean with a luxury feel. There is out door seating with views of Joe's Stone Crab and many other businesses. Located at the ground floor of Portofino Tower on South Point Park next to Smith & Wolensky and the beach. This is cigar store to visit if your dining in the area or would like to walk the beach.

My husband and l chose this cigar lounge today based on the favorable reviews and the large selection of cigars. They have a good amount of cigars (2 walk in humidors) but the service was lacking. The gentleman at the counter was not customer focused at all and l sensed this upon entering the lounge. He didn’t greet or acknowledge us until my husband asked about going into the humidor. We paid for our cigars separately (brought 3 cigars each). My husband asked for a bag and l did as well. The gentleman then said we could put our cigars in one bag & the bag could hold up to 15 cigars. I don’t care how many cigars the bag could hold, l purchased 3 cigars, a glass of wine & tipped too much (based on the service) so giving me a bag shouldn’t have been an issue. Was looking forward to coming to this cigar lounge and had part of it ruined due to poor service!
