One of the more popular Fast Food grilled chicken restaurant chains in the area, orders prepared in front of you, good value and tasty. Gave 3 stars because the seating area and the restaurant in general could use some cleaning, we decided to take our food home because all the available tables were dirty, so recommend it more for takeout or delivery.

Who runs this P.o.s? If the store is closed let it be known loud and clear visibly etc. I’ve now witnessed 6-10 people go thru what I went thru. freaking lunch time, people hungry, it says open online but you pull up and it’s a ghost town. Why am I the one directing traffic and putting the cones to block the drive thru? I need answers 🤦‍♂️ Pollo I need a paycheck 😆

The food was disgusting at this location and I love pollo tropical in other cities. The rice is undercooked but the chicken is over cooked and dry. Do not order here

After lengthy contemplation of the various menu choices, I decided on the classic Cuban sandwich, which did not disappoint. It far exceeded my expectations as far as flavor and portion size were concerned. It also was ready in a timely fashion, and the price didn't take a big bite out of my budget. Well done, Pollo Tropical!

Good place to go when looking for a drive thru where you can get a family meal. I recommend the roasted chicken, white rice, black beans and fried yuca family deal. UPDATE: I bought the new churrasco dinner for my father and he loved it!

Long wait... BUT so worth it!! Loved the food and my Cuban was exactly what I had been craving. It is sad when “fast food” can get it right where so many others mess it up. There was a long wait but every one working there really seemed to be hustling, is just busy.

Would be nice if you could pick up your mobile order in the drive thru instead of being told no you have to come inside to get it.. huh? It’s 2023. Additionally, received the entire wrong order so had to come back, park and go back inside since you know.. can’t go thru the drive thru. Smh Bring back the shrimp tropichop bowls.

We ordered an all dark meat family meal at the drive through. Our receipt even shows [dark]. When we got home, we found an all white meat family meal. The white meat was dry and in spite of being quite hungry, I didn't and won't eat it. This has happened to me before, so now I realize you can't trust them to give you what you asked for. You have to check it visually every single time. Wait, there's more! I just realized we only got 2 breasts, so we got half a chicken, not a whole. I will be disputing this charge on my card. Whoever filled our order should be fired.

I just tried the new Arroz Campesino , it taste good , but meat was to little .. almost nothing, it’s better to get rice ,beans and chicken.

Not expensive but we had multiple issues with our order. Glad we dined in and were able to go back and get whatever was missing. Chicken and shrimp seemed burnt and there is rice overload in the dishes, not enough protein. Tables are greasy and need attention.

Ordered on Uber eats and got ripped off.. they forgot the side of potatoe wedges which I was annoyed when opening the box but what annoyed me for a second time the chicken was dry like the Sahara desert I ordered half (2 breasts) they gave me a full breast and skimped on the second cut down on both sides it was tiny.. that’s not fair to cut your chicken breast in half and serve it as a full

I'd no star if I could, This isn't a pollo tropical, it's a bus depot. It's dirty, The staff are obstinate, aloof, and resentful. Spend your money else where. Publix has a better product for half the price. to the owner: Clean 👏 House 👏.

I had an excellent experience! The dining room is very organized and clean, the bathrooms are perfectly neat and the service is very fast. I was especially impressed with Mrs. Dominga's customer service. Dominga is kind, fast, communicative and attentive. She goes above and beyond! Keep up the good work! Thank you!

We went by the drive thru. Right now sunday 22 october ! At 8pm !!!Thankfully we always look i side the bags because they forgot the french fries. Btw don't order it they 6 $ and super hard....not soft at all. Macdonald tis cheaper and better.... we have to request a new chicken grill we ask well done they came out white. We wait about 10 min and the chicken was still super white so not well done. It's pricey for the food your got... not t h at good. Very disappointed for 45$ meals...the key lime is disgusting.

This restaurant messed up my order when I ordered it to go. So I had to waste my time going back there. How are you called “ pollo tropical” and forget the CHICKEN!? So I went back and told them how they forgot the chicken on a rainy day and the business is SLOW??? The manager looking at me with a dumb face in silence doesn’t even apologize for what happened and then calls back up when the problem is already being solved so this bald head chutiya looking dude TERRY comes and asked what the problem is ? I’m like it don’t matter the problem is being settled and then tells me not to yell at him! And then the situation explodes where the employee wants to FIGHT me over there messed up order totally UNPROFESSIONAL !

The food is basic no seasoning of course, and the service is straight, everyone is doing their job. It's nothing special. When you're hungry and you want to eat a full meal cheap you go here.

The chicken is delicious and cheap. But the rice is cold and tasteless. No flavor. Potatoes are super oily.

The food was good BUT: the 'fresh' avocado slice WAS NOT FRESH. It looked and tasted rotten, like it had been taken out of the shell days ago and left in the fridge. Awful to charge 3 bucks for a rotten avocado when you're advertising 'fresh' avocado.

This location is round down to the max. Always dirty, homeless people always wondering around the restaurant. The rice wasn’t cooked properly, it was hard an soft.

The food is always good. The staff needs some training in customer service. It does not take much to be friendly and smile. Also, I asked a question about a food product and I was told "I don't know, I've never had it". He proceeded to ask the rest of the staff and they gave the same response. I understand this is not fine dinning, but I feel the staff should have some idea of what the food is that they are serving. 🤷‍♂️

Should change their opening time to 11am. I got there at 10:25 because they’re suppose to open at 10:30. At 10:45 a lady came out telling me is closed and that they open at 10:30am 🤔🤔🤔. I don’t know if they don’t have clocks inside to tell the time Or that they just lazy. Staff was inside looking at me and another person standing outside. It took them 20 minutes after “opening time” to actually open. 😡 wasted my 30 minutes of lunch break and I left hungry.

They got rid of the mashed potatoes which was the best side, and when I asked 2 polite questions about the menu, the check out clerk was apathetic and displayed how much she didn’t care.. They need another person at the front. She didn’t get the order right either, but we ate it.

I got an order of chicken quesadilla wrap which is on website states has a cheddar cheese, when it was time to eat it I discovered that cheese was missing. Which wouldn’t be a big deal if this wrap had more than 3 ingredients. Unbelievable :(

I don’t blame the employees cause they seemed extremely busy and the lines were crazy but the fact that I saw my food being prepped asked for more beans in my container and got given this after a 15 minute wait for a mobile pickup food was warm and tasted good but all the portions were running out or I had the last of that batch

Always fresh. Affordable prices to feed your family and kids or just on a lunch break! Taste better than at some restaurants around south beach. Very nice and welcoming ladies taking and serving your orders on a timely matter! Real grilled juicy chicken, not baked, grilled! 🤤
