The valet parking recklessly drove my brand new Tesla Model 3 and slammed it against the garage wall on June 23rd, 2023. They refused to bring up the car the next day, so I had to walk to my destination, clueless of what they did to my car. They brought up my damaged car when I checked out of the resort. Even though they admitted fault as I have dash-cam footage, they have refused to compensate for the damages. Candice Adams is the assigned Claims Supervisor, but she has ignored my numerous calls and emails for the past 2 weeks. I am not sure if they will ever pay for all the damages as this happened in June and I am still fighting to get them cover the damages in September. Avoid Fontainebleau Resort at all costs!

Well appointed suites. I've stayed at the 'Bleue a few times but never here before. I was in suite 2/ 1614. Double balcony, well appointed kitchen/diner with breakfast bar, comfortable king bed, large fridge, washer and drier, safe, ironing board and iron etc. Tower has its own swimming pool on floor 7. Room doesn't have 'do not disturb' sign so u can't stop the maid bothering u unless u tell reception, I assume? I'm not one who needs their room cleaned on a four night business trip. Tower has its own check-in/check-out lobby, but u can use the main one too. Some of the electric sockets didn't work occasionally, particularly if u had two appliances plugged in, and some light switches never worked. The late check-in at 4pm and the early 11am check-out is very annoying though - not helpful when u want to work and u have an evening flight home. Late check-outs are expensive and weren't available anyway. I'm tidy, they probably cleaned my room in less than 20mins, so a midday check-out wouldn't have inconvenienced anyone. If u need food, drink etc, leave the exit on the ground floor from the lift and head straight down the road for a CVC outlet and two liquor stores. The free Miami trolley bus stop is also on the same road, as are buses to the airport.

Love this hotel... Been here only once, fell in love! Has class and personality. Room was excellent and the view was spectacular. And if you sit in the lobby long enuff, you will enjoy a plethora of eye candy, fo' shizzle. 👯‍♂️😮 A thumbs up is appreciated

It appears no sort of upkeep is happening. There are a lot of small issues. Such as sofas need to be cleaned, toilet doesn't stop running, AC vents dirty.

The views from the upper floors are breathtaking no matter the time of day. I was supremely impressed with every staff member I interacted with from front desk, to housekeeping, to valet! I wish I knew some of the names to shout them out. This was my first trip and most certainly won't be my last.

Beautiful hotel. It was an older resort with great history and very well maintained. Our room was a junior suite with a balcony view that was unforgettable. The staff and host were fantastic.

Rooms need attention. There are too many areas of disrepair for a premium property.

Beautiful hotel with nice accomodations. Very nice people... More people and sound for the begining of the weekend. You have to go to the beach if you want to avoid it... but it's simply party time with nice DJ.

Pretty nice rooms that seemed mostly clean. Looking a little worn - the bathtub was really yellowed and icky looking. The mini fridge was broken. Nice view though!

Absolutely loved it here. Only stayed one night but there was soooo much to do without leaving the property. All of the staff were so lovely. I recommend staying at least 1 day on the weekend so you can access chairs on their beach! They have a much more low-key pool/ hot tub in this tower which was super relaxing compared to the main pool area. The view from my room was right over the bay, you could see all of downtown, south beach, and it was amazing. I booked on airbnb and it included passes to the spa. Only thing to note: if you drink a lot of water like me perhaps get a gallon from cvs down the street because they only sell 1L of Fiji water for $10 downstairs lol. (I definitely don’t recommend drinking Florida tap water) I’ll definitely plan that ahead the next time I come back.
