Tomey was extremely rude to me when I walked in the store he accuse me of not buying a cigar from the store that I had purchased. He threw my keys on the floor. I am extremely dissatisfied with this guy’s service no customer should be treated this way I’m going to leave a review to every single site that I can think of. I am also going to file a civil suit. He is a embarrassment for this company. I have posted pictures of him.

definitely the worst establishment I’ve had to do business with in quite sometime. be cautious when dealing with Tomey. this man loves money and loves to boot cars even if your a paying guest. Try to dispute it or cry he’ll want to waste your valuable time by let’s check the cameras. Much rather go to the cigar shop across the street beautiful women and better service ig won’t boot your car either.

I have always visited this cigar shop because I have lived downtown for 15 years. I have no idea what the previous shop name was but I have always been greeted and treated very well. Recently when I visit there I’ve been followed and not only followed but consistently ask if I need help. As a black this behavior is familiar because this is how we have been treated in the past like our intent is to steal and not a customer ready to spend our hard earned money. I went in today and experienced this first hand from the gentleman at the counter with the long salt and pepper beard. This isn’t the first time he has done this to me. I heard him be very polite to the customer that came in after me a white gentleman and did not follow him or ask him repeatedly if he needed help. He was friendly toward him and when he checked out ask him if he needed a receipt. When I was ready to check out he did not greet me with the same tone or respect. He didn’t say a word but tell me the price. He also threw my receipt in the trash without asking me if I needed a copy, while the white gentleman that left before me was greeted and then ask if he needed is receipt. This behavior in 2021 is why as people we struggle in this country to be United. Until we see each other as equal and a people before color this will never end. I will never support this behavior or business I’ll rather travel and spend more time where I will be treated with respect and dignity.

Do not go to this place if I can give this rating 0 I would. Came here with family first time coming to this place not sure if this guy is the owner or if he’s just one of the employees but he was very rude!!! As soon as we walked in he came rushing in I told him thank you for holding the door which he didn’t even acknowledge me and almost tripped me as I was walking in. i thought he was a customer. But turns out he was someone working there and he thought we we were going to steal something. He questioned us and then proceeds to follow us and stared at us. I felt like I was being discriminated against and felt very comfortable. I’ve been to different Cigar places and never once felt so uncomfortable!!! I understand I came in a little group. But that’s no way to treat a customer who was trying to purchase something. No matter how a person looks you don’t discriminate!! Horrible service!! I ended up leaving and not buying anything because of how uncomfortable I felt.

It is a really good cigar shop in Miami. Will come back again.

THE WORST CIGAR SHOP IVE EVER BEEN TOO. Shop is money hungry and will kick you out if you are their longer than an hour. big guy with the belly and the beard is sexcist. Lacks any human qualities.

I recently moved to Miami and did a quick google search for a local cigar shop. I stopped in a few days later and it has quickly become my local go-to cigar shop. The place is small, a few chairs inside and a few outside but I prefer that IMO. This gives you in an opportunity to actually talk to people and not just sit a huge box and stare at your phone. There is also a great selection of cigars for all your needs. Some of my favorites are the Foundation Cigars and the HVC cigars. Anytime is great to stop by but its nice to come on a Satuday and people watch and just shoot the sh*t with everyone. A quality place to frequent if in the Brickell area.

Great shop in the best location next to all big restaurants. Loved the selections. And prices were really great and the cigars were quality. Was not expecting to have such great prices in such an expensive location of brickel. Was expecting a larger markup was not the case.

Nice comfortable place with a relaxed atmosphere. They have a wide selection of cigars to purchase and a nice seating area if you want to smoke there. I enjoyed my visit.

There is no better shop in Miami. Period.

This cigar shop, is truly a box full of gems. And im not only talking about the cigars, but the people that help you as well. Sometimes (especially when your a beginner) cigar shops can be overwhelming. But this place is just as respectful and warm and patient towards beginners as it is towards experts. Thank you for always giving us the best cigars + experience.

Do not park here and leave the plaza you will be towed not even 15 mins later. Black truck is the one watching
