1st of all, the food is good- a little overpriced for what it is, but you are paying for the experience. So the experience.. is usually AWFUL. We are here at least once a week bc my family likes it. But HONESTLY, I've had it. Done with it. You ALWAYS have to wait 10-15 minutes with an EMPTY restaurant-- ex. on a monday at 2.30pm. The hosts are usually NOT the friendliest and always talking to each other and hanging out like if they're at home. The mood is uncomfortable from the moment you walk in. They just DON'T care for you as a customer (returning customer). The waiters are usually nice and food is decent. But not worth the hassle. This is Miami, there is a billion places to go with a better overall EVERYTHING. Absolutely mismanaged.

Delicious food and great service ! We dined at the bar and we enjoyed our lunch! I have allergies and the bartender was highly knowledgeable on the menu and ingredients!

The wifey loved this restaurant and after a YMCA Championship Basketball Game Win we came to celebrate. The restaurant has plenty of seating as well as a wide variety of food. All the food tasted fresh and delicious. The food didn't take long to come out (thankfully because we were starving). Our server was pleasant and always checking in with us. The lettuce wraps appetizer was a huge portion. The pork dumplings were delicious. The soup was tasty and warm. The crispy chicken was a good portion and tasted good. Overall we love this place. Good food and service and not a bad place for date night.

Went on December 19, 2021 about 4.30 pm. Always a good meeting place closed by home. Food is always yummy and attention impeccable. My concern is the menu that needs to be scanned via your phone in order to see their menu and it’s a wonderful idea specially during this Pandemic process so people don’t touch an actual menu. However, I’m wandering what an elderly person would do if they don’t have a phone or are not familiar with the process of scanning to read the menu from their phone ? In addition, I ordered iced tea and my waitress forgot to bring me the sweetener, very understandable, however, I asked a buss guy about it and to my surprise, he had no clue what I was referring to. I know recently there is shortage of staff all across the business, but please staff should be fully trained on a simple request like a sweetener. Thank you very much Happy New Year !

Our server, Danni, was incredibly attentive, ensuring that our water glasses were always full and our table was neat throughout the meal. He expertly guided us through the menu, offering recommendations tailored to our tastes and dietary preferences. What set this experience apart was the genuine kindness and attention to detail from every staff member we interacted with. They struck the perfect balance between being attentive and giving us space to enjoy our meal. The manager even stopped by our table to ensure everything was to our satisfaction and shared some interesting insights about the restaurant's specialties and history. The food was, of course, outstanding, but it was the exceptional customer service that made our evening truly memorable. This team understands the art of hospitality and made us feel not just like customers, but like honored guests. We can't wait to return!

This place used to be amazing, but sadly has gone downhill. I called for a take out order on a Saturday night and was put on hold 4 times with no exaggeration. When we got home to eat our meal, the shrimp friend rice had zero shrimp. I know people say that and exaggerate, this again isn’t one of those times. The Mongolian beef, a usual favorite, was dry and tough. I can only imagine that the staff decided to ship out their worse quality food and save the best for in restaurant diners, since when your home, you won’t return to complain. I don’t understand the poor quality of food otherwise. With inflation as high as it is and dining out prices soaring, one has to really think when deciding to eat out. I for one, and my group, won’t be returning any time soon. Sadly, this once neighborhood favorite will be off of our future dining list. I would’ve given one star, but have had great meals here in the past so gave them two.

Stopped by for lunch today and sat at the bar. Peach boba breeze tea was refreshing and delicious. Crispy green beans were delectable as always. Eggplant stir fry was surprisingly amazing and delicious! Great plant based option. My server / bartender was wonderful, his name was Ray.

I was absolutely starving when I showed up and was craving some good Chinese food. I was blown away by our waitress, Sabrina. Her personality and personableness is unmatched. I had an idea of what I wanted, but I asked Sabrina for her recommendation (which I ended up getting) and she was positively wonderful answering all my questions (and she recommended a dish that surpassed my expectations!). I recently dined at a Japanese restaurant and was blown away by the quality of the food and the authenticity of the experience. The restaurant had a traditional Japanese ambiance, with beautiful decor and seating arrangements that provided an intimate and cozy atmosphere.

Hands down ..one of my favorite places to have dinner with my family. The service is excellent & the food was very tasteful & has never disappointed. Since u walk in...you get a smile 😃. They take ur order.. bring your food. Has never been rushed. It's just a place that I can go over & over. And always go hm with a full tummy & 😋 a very BIG SMILE 😀😄😃😊.. THANK YOU GUYS! PF Changs years ago was a good restaurant to occasionally eat at. This restaurant was terrible the food tasted terrible. My hot and sour soup tasted so bitter and very watery. Mongolian beef don’t know what that was honestly. Even the desert that my wife had cheese cake tasted old. I do not recommend these restaurants at all. Will never go there $275 totally wasted! 🤬

Had an amazing date night at P.F Changs, the food was amazing. My server Arthur was very helpful in suggesting a good balance of appetizers and main course options. We opted for the lettuce wraps and the Mongolian beef. Our food came out quick and we never had to ask Arthur to refill our water glasses. He was always there and gave us excellent service! We will definitely come back and ask for Arthur. Great dinner

The service was amazing, the side dish that we received was amazing presentation and everything just beautiful, and the lovely attitude our server sara had get tiki by with the refills and lovely attitude.

Where do I begin, been to a few PF Chang’s but this has definitely been my favorite. Sat at the bar, and was greeted right away by miss Valentina. Very welcoming and super friendly. She Made sure to help me out with the menu and recommendations. Food came really quick, and was warm! Don’t get me started on the Tokyo mule she made. Super smooth with a lovely ginger taste. 10/10 would come again. Make sure to ask for Valentina! One of the better dinning experience I’ve had in a while.

Stopped buy for a late lunch, early dinner. It was my husband’s first time dining here, but unfortunately not the best experience meal wise. Small menu and running out of short rib even though it was on the menu. Anyways, I did like the coconut refresher, the pork dumplings and the spring rolls. Very foodieliscious.

Everything was so delicious. Try appetizers like chicken lettuce wraps. The beef Mongolian and pepper steak are just amazing. Our waitress Sabrina is the best. She went above and beyond to make our experience great. ❤️

Came here for lunch yesterday. Didn’t know they had a lunch menu with a lot of options which is great because I didn’t want a huge entree. Had the sesame chicken bowl spicy. It was nice and crispy. The staff so sweet and the restaurant was nice and clean which is a plus for me. Very organized. Definitely recommend coming here. I will definitely be back

Went two different times and had two different experiences. The first time everything was perfect!🤩 I enjoyed the Tokyo mule and the decoration (forgot to take a picture) the Lo Mein noodles were amazing and so was the honey chicken. The second time, they had run out of Lo Mein noodles, the Tokyo mule was made in a rush (no decoration) tasted different also. The fried rice with chicken was still great and the dumplings were okay for the price. The mongolian beef seem too little for the price they charge. The service was also lacking the second time; had to ask 3x for some lemons. Both times spend about $80 including tip for 2 people.

Wonderful experience for a birthday celebration. Server was funny, outgoing, and had jokes. Very friendly, even supervisor walked around ensuring everything was going well.

The fried green beans , honey chicken and Mongolian beef are great! I recommend eating it with white or brown rice to compliment the flavor of the protein. Great Customer Service! Make a reservation and save yourself the wait time on the weekends ☺️

Always consistent, super fast order turnaround when you order. Ordered special fried rice and sweet and sour chicken for myself and step daughter, and it did not disappoint! Food came out super quick, and I actually had a 15 dollar redemption using the PF Changs app, so our bill was under 30 dollars! We even have enough leftovers for the wife who was unable to come. Always a pleasure and will be back! Did not take a picture before we all started grabbing! But it never disappoints!

This review is for P.F. Chang’s in the Falls. We ordered 3 kids meals and two entrees. I think this is one of the best tasting to go/pick up food I’ve tasted in a while. The kids meal portion is enough for an adult. The adult entrees are definitely enough to eat some now and save a little for later. The only reason they get 4 stars is because the kids said the fruit wasn’t all that great. (They actually like getting fruit for their side🙌🏾). But everything else tastes fresh and good. So whoever did the prep and the cooking today 7/23 between 4:30 and 5:00pm Kudos!!

Class, attentive, and neo-modern cuisine are only some descriptors which can be said for this restaurant. I have gone consistently for the last 7 years and every visit is a true delight. There’s a lot to be said about a staff who is consistently catering to each customers individual needs with professionalism and compassion and is never without a smile. Not to mention the modern take on Chinese cuisine is second to none and the cocktails are a balance of exquisite and delicate. I can personally say the bartender Chris is a master in his own right. Do not hesitate to visit this establishment you will be enthralled and immersed in an ambiance of a modern bistro with notes of traditional Chinese, coupled with smells and sounds that will transport you to a country of flavorful appetizers and savory entrees. 10 of 5 stars in my book.

It's a shame to come and pay $$ for food that is pre cooked and redried, these food chain restaurants were good, when they came to Florida, but as time goes by they have dropped their quality. So sad. The photo on the left is the one we did not return, is dry and redried over and over, as to the one on the right they replaced with fresher meat.

Really love the environment of the restaurant. It took a while to be seated, but once we sat down at the table our date night was awesome. Great food, good drinks and pretty good service.
