Service was slow despite the fact there were only 3 or so other tables. Staff was cordial but not friendly. Location was noisy on Washington Ave and music was too loud. For an appetizer I had the Tuna Tartare with wonton chips and avocado. It was served with 6 corn chips instead and I had to ask for more. It was also on the bland side so I added some hot sauce, salt and pepper. For a main, I had the Philly Cheese steak sandwich. It too was bland and the steak was dry. The fries were served hot and were ok but there was not enough ketchup. The better choice is to head to the Mexican restaurant next door to Pepper's which has comfortable seating and a large quiet patio, faster and friendlier service and more flavorful food. Disposable cutlery and cups were used as is the case with many restaurants as a response to the pandemic. Our response to the virus is killing the planet and generating a significant amount if waste. Maybe we should rethink our approach...🤨

I had to get a second lobster bisque due to spilling the first one on myself. But anyway I like the 2 cups of bisque. I had a steak with some vegetables and some fried calamari. This was after hitting the weights at crunch fitness. But the steak was good. It was cooked medium rare and had some red in the middle. The bisque was creamy. Fried calamari is usually my go to appetizer. overall the meal was good and I did enjoy it. This restaurant stays open late so that helps the party goers

Yeah, no. I'm the kind of person who won't order certain foods at pubs. Because pubs are freezer-to-fryer kitchens. Fresh isn't exactly their protocol. After looking at the menu, I asked for recommendations from Stephie, who was patient and informative the entire evening. She explained that their menu wasn't typical pub bar food. She went ahead and recommended both the Tuna Tartare and the Frutti del Mare, which was made with tagliatelle. I balked then I became curious. So I risked it all and ordered the Tuna Tartare. It was fresh and delicious and was accompanied by wontons. Not needing an entree, I opted for the coconut shrimp after. That was definitely freezer-to-fryer but yummy for what it was and where we were. They have a deep bench on the beer side and a mixologist who makes things like bubblegum infused vodka and butterscotch martinis. In the end a good ole lemon drop and a red bull and vodka did the trick. Better than expected for a neighborhood bar in a tourist location. Will hang out there often.

The best burger ever and real Irish beer. I loved this place from the first sight. The food absolutely delicious, the staff very friendly and the atmosphere nice. I strongly recommend this place in south beach , for groups of friends, couples or even if you want to grab a solo beer

ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!!! South Beaches hidden gem! Hands down the best food and service we had our entire vacation. I mean.. wow!!! Unexpected and amazing. Kids ate free! The calamari is a MUST try and the tarter sauce for my fish was so unique and tangy. Great atmosphere. My kid ate ALL of his food and so. . . Kids do not lie haha!

Had a great time at Harats! The best dining experience since we've been here in South Beach. The mussels were the best I've ever had anywhere. Our bartender was so sweet and made us feel very welcome. Will definitely be going back.

I enjoy coming here. First of all, the staff is great. Second of all, they have a nice selection of beers. And third, the food is great. Usually I allways take a picture of food but here I just can't wait to dig into it the same second so I have only this licture of the NY Strip. They have a great happy hour where you can get the food 50% off. The BBQ Burger is to die for, and a lot of the appetizers are just great. I enjoy the good meal, good beer, and good ambience. I have that here...

I am sharing my experience here, we ordered draft beers and it was served with more than an inch of foam so i asked the bartender to fix them, the beers were warm as well but Harp beer were tasty its my first time drinking it. We ordered natchos and new york steak for food and those were amazing really tasty. There is 20% service charge automatically add which is great for the servers buy unfortunately it does kill their motivation to offer a good service. I wouldn't go there again
