Decent hotle, nice folks up front. However, the beds we're horrible! 2 nites and I couldn't get quality sleep on those HARD mattresses. Also, towels had an unclean smell.

Perfect accommodations! Lovely stay! Special thanks to "Rosie" for daily (complementary) breakfast buffets that were delicious & delightful! What a wonderful lady! The pool was also relaxing & so enjoyable after a very long (fun) day of touring Naples! I will be back for sure! Thank you for a wonderful vacay!

I didn't realize it was right next to a sewage treatment plant but oh boy could I tell while I was there. Yuck. The mattress was so thin and cheap you could feel the springs. Very uncomfortable. Same with the sofa bed our child used. When the sofa bed is open you have to climb over it to get to the bathroom - bad layout of the room. The TV is small and cheap. Our room didn't have a hair dryer so that sucked in the morning. Avoid the food. The scrambled eggs were watery, the yogurt tasted like chemicals, the fruit was slimy! I asked the staff for something and never got it. I paid WAY too much for this terrible, terrible hotel stay. Never again. AVOID.

Extremely nice hotel by Marriott clean - fancy and inviting the moment you walk up to the entrance - orange infused chilled water ready for you to serve immediately upon entering... chocolate chip cookies for bed .... breakfast in the morning with above average coffee and waffle maker for good start to the day!

We evacuated to this hotel prior to Hurricane Ian last week. We arrived on a Wednesday morning, hours before our check in time, a bit scared and definitely befuddled. I can’t say enough about the staff. They welcomed us with open arms, invited us to join the guests for breakfast and worked to get us into a room immediately! Throughout our one week stay, we were treated wonderfully. The rooms were lovely and every staff member we encountered was professional , helpful, upbeat and friendly. I highly recommend this establishment.

Room ok bit dated Breakfast good. Ladies at breakfast are excellent. They work very hard to make sure there is sufficient food and drink for guests and very polite. Location a little far away from Naples center Housekeeping is appalling constantly shouting at each other. Beds not made properly - sheets just thrown up and would take about 3 seconds to make the bed. We had to claim that one cover was not changed despite an obvious stain on it. They don’t vacuum properly. Surfaces not wiped. . They don’t take care in their job. Also person who checks(??) rooms lets each #$@#$ door SLAM as he/ she checks the rooms. Door from breakfast area to rear of hotel slams! The door slam reverberates all the way up to the fourth-floor rooms. This has been like this since last year when we visited. Side doors are constantly open with someone jamming a piece of wood. This compromises our security Smokers at every door so you need to cover your nose and mouth to get in or out. Only one or two if the front desk staff are good. One was particularly petulant one time. Jaquel (sp?) very good helped with errors on bill etc.

Standard hotel room, safe and convenient to highway. Adequate shelter. Dated decor, slow service. Loud team of boys running around hotel after quiet hours.

This hotel was so clean and smelled amazing when you walk in. We weren’t expecting much and just needed a one night stay near the highway. What a surprisingly pleasant stay. The staff was great and even offered us milk from the breakfast area with our check in cookie when my husband declined cuz he only likes cookies with milk. The beds were comfortable. The free breakfast was great. We would definitely come back!

Had a “price breaker” booking at a nearby hotel that was so bad that I left in the middle of the night. The staff at the Fairfield was fantastic, got me a room as a walk-in, adjusted the rate to match online deals, and made me very welcome. Would stay again.

Nice comfy rooms, clean facility and friendly staff. The breakfast was just great. Everything was well prepared and presentation was very nice! Jays off to the staff member who maintained the breakfast bar!

Nice get away. Clean room. Only issue(it's a me thing) I have a bad back, so soft mattress was uncomfortable. Not their fault. Just FYI.

Nice rooms with good service, bit a little over priced right now. Breakfast was very good and the staff is very friendly.

Comfy hotel with a great staff. There's plenty of free parking, and the pool looks inviting (though I've never used it!). My only complaint (it's petty) is that the market doesn't sell beer/ wine. HOWEVER, you can cross the driveway to the sister Springhill Suites and buy from their market! Great place to get recharged.

Receptionist was very rude and hung up on me while I was talking. Conversation happened Aug 8 at 11pm. I would suggest we work on training the receptionist to better respond as she was highly confused and rude.

Nice facility. A little hard to find, but we'll worth it. Clean with a typical breakfast. Nice open lobby. Parking somewhat limited.

It's an alright hotel. I wouldn't choose to com where agin though. The cleanliness of the room was questionable at best. Lobby makes you feel like your room ia going to be nice as ita fully remodeled with nice furnishing etc. but the room is not. TV didn't work most of the time and it's confusing having two Marriots literally across from one another.
