Recommended by an acquaintance for the best authentic Chinese food in S Florida, we decided to make the drive down to Tamarac to sample the dim sum. Expectations were low, since we were pretty sure nothing would beat the dim sum in SF, but the food actually was decent. The braised chicken in glutinous rice wrapped in banana leaf was pretty darn good, and stood out. The turnip cake was also tasty. The pork giblets also stood out, as well as the sesame seed glutinous dough balls. The shrimp hai gow, however, was not that great... The Chinese broccoli was also fresh and tasty .... Service was polite and quick, and prices were fair. All in all, pretty good for S. Florida.... Next time we will have to try the Peking Duck.

Really glad I decided to randomly check this place out! Dim sum menu absolutely slaps; we ordered a bunch of things but the highlights were the chicken&mushroom buns(!!), sesame balls, steamed shrimp dumplings, and pan fried noodles. Amazing food, good customer service, I'm gonna drag all my friends here.

Expansive menu that includes many dishes not often seen in South Florida. Fresh, subtly seasoned food served by very friendly staff. Wide variety of dim sum. Not the usual homogeneous over-salted Chinese food. Worth a try.

Great foods and great service. The authentic cuisine is so tasty and delicious. Fresh seafood and live lobster with ginger and scallions so tasty and fresh. My family loves this place. I had spoke to some Asian customers there and they said their whole family and friends been visiting over 30 years. The Dim Sum is very good. The BBQ so delicious. The foods is standard.

My wife is originally from Hong Kong and this is by far the most authentic place to get Dim Sum and other traditional HK food. We drive 35 miles to get here (!) which should be a good indication of how well it compares to other, closer restaurants. Don't be put off by the area (a little run down), the food and service are excellent.

The customer service was great, they have an amazing staff and the food was really got. We got Dimsum, and everything we ordered tasted very authentic. The food was affordable between me and my friend we each spent $25. We got rice paste, chow fun, shrimp dumplings, bbq pork dumplings, sticky rice and rangoons.

Amazing little spot with large traditional Dim Sum menu. Service was quick and friendly, even though I was a non-Asian patron. All the food items were hot and fresh. The noodles impressed me the most. None of the food was overly salty but was overly tasty. Ordered only from Dim Sum menu but they did offer a regular menu. Dim Sum dishes ranged from $4 to $12 depending on the item.

Amazing All Round Restaurant, Very Traditional and Relaxing Atmosphere, Had The Wonton Soup Great Flavour And fresh Fried Wonton Strips to go with it, With Dim Sum Of BBQ Pork Buns And Sweet Custard Buns. Not too Sweet Or Savory, And Was Spot on the Price for the Great Quality and Tastes Best out of all ive Had In South Florida. Cantonese Sweet And Sour Pork was Very Crispy And Flavourful but Little Too Much Sugar for my Liking, But The sticky White Rice was Well Cooked and Seasoned. Wouldn't Mind at all Recommending this Restaurant to anyone Who Wants An Amazing Dim Sum Experience. Not to Even Mention Great and Fast Service For Dine In. 10/10

We were visiting from Vancouver, Canada where we have tons of dim sum options. This restaurant has been in business for 25 years according to one of the staff. Of the three items I tried, the stuffed bean curd was my favourite.

Tasty delicious dim sum! So many options to choose from, and the service was on par. Don't forget to try the sesame taro balls for dessert...

This restaurants sits in a regular plaza off 441 and you could easily drive by and never try it. What a find. Clean, friendly staff and the food was very flavorful. I would recommend the steam pork buns, shrimp dumplings, the egg foo yung and one of the fried rice. Everything tasted freshly cooked to order.

I love it there. The owner's name is Tony. He is so friendly and the staff is courteous. Pork fried rice is out of this world.. and he makes the best sweet and sour chicken I've had in a while. Most places will give you the dry sweet and sour chicken his looks like orange chicken but it's sweet and sour and it is so good. Try them out you won't regret it!

This is a family oriented rest. with a good selection of dishes and drinks. I went on Easter Sunday night and very few places were open butit was nit crowded. I was greeted and treated very nicely and I just got off a flight from South America so the peaceful atmosphere was welcoming. The wine I ordered was great and the Chinese beer as well. My broccoli was too hard for my taste but the elder waiter took it back and steamed it to perfection. The flavors remind me of NY Chinese food. Is was a great experience and would definitely go back. Prices are very reasonable.

A wow from me. Fantastic food, fresh and delicious. It’s my new to go place for Chinese. The dumplings are amazing , the selection is mind boggling. The spare ribs with honey are the best spare ribs I’ve ever had. Looking forward to coming back and trying the Peking Duck .

Haven't been here since the pandemic. Looks like new owners. Food and service was average. We went to Silver Pond 1st and left. That place was empty, seems like this place got their customers. Beef chow fun was rather tasteless and noodles were not the large, thick, New York type. Spare ribs were meaty and fresh. Garlic eggplant and beef was tasty, but, where's the beef?

The food was amazing - lazy Susan in the middle of the table and ate family style- thankfully we were with good friends and didn’t mind the long wait. They seated and served us water right away, after that, long wait times to get the waitress back to take our order and serve our food. Maybe it was a bad day for the waitress, we will go back and try again.

I tried this restaurant for the first time today and I found my new go to spot for authentic Chinese food. The owner was very polite and kind. I'm a stickler for cleanliness and the establishment is clean and well kept. I'll continue to support this local Tamarac business.
