    Worst medical service I have received in Miami so far. I had two appointments at this place before deciding to never to go back. The forst time I waited over 90 minutes after my scheduled appointment time before being seen by the doctor. I had some routine lab tests and paid a copay. The second time i went at my scheduled time and they told menthere were. 3 patients before me to see the same doctor. My appointment was scheduled for 9:40am???? Unbelievable. On top of this, they wanted to charge me a second copay to have somebody give me the results of my exams. Stay away from this place!

    Unprofessional both the Administrative and Clinical staff. Super disorganized appointments are not called to be confirmed and when patients go to appointments they’re told they do not have an appointment despite the patient having a print out with proof that they were told they had an appointment. Staff are busy talking with one another instead of attending to their patients most who are elderly. Given all the negative reviews the Health Department should investigate them and shot them down. People go there because they’re in pain not for the fun and to be left there for hours and then be treated rudely with no consideration is unacceptable

    I am giving 1 star just to write a review. This clinic doesn't deserve any stars or any positive feedback. First of all, this clinic doesn't pick up the phone, you always get the operation. You leave a message with the operator and NOBODY calls you back and if they do, they don't even know what are you calling, this means they did not read or heard the message meaning you need to repeat everything ALL over again. They don't even know what is going on with the patient. I feel horrible about the older people that goes to this clinic. If the staff don't want to deal with patients, they shouldn't be working here. I have been calling for about 4 weeks trying to get 3 scripts from the doctor so my mother can keep doing her therapy and I haven't been able to get this in which is very important but this clinic doesn't even care. Yudelkis called me once after 3 weeks, I explained EVERYTHING AGAIN and she said they needed to talk to Dr. Weaver and I am still waiting for the phone call and for the scripts. I have left messages for the office manager Conny llanes and Rosio Moya and I am still waiting for a call back, not sure if they really work there or not. Worse clinic ever!

    I tried to make an appointment with a doctor, and I have been told that my status of health insurance is inactive. I explained to the receptionist that I have changed my insurance provider and that I can give her all the important information like the insurance number etc, so she can make an appointment for me. She replied that I need to call my insurance company and they have to call the office back and tell her that my insurance is active. I checked on my provider app and this office accepts my insurance, so I don't understand what's the point of that phone call. Terrible procedures or maybe your receptionist didn't know what she was doing...

    No stars. Kept hours waiting on a fast to do lab work. Scheduled at 11:30 for services to be kept waiting for a very long period of time while the person was at lunch. Do they not give their employees a lunch period schedule? Just received text that I had an appointment on Monday at 9:20 and 9:30AM. How is this possible? Majority of employees have no proficiency in English. I mean none. Completely disorganized and unprofessional. Do not return phone calls. Seek services elsewhere.

    My mother is a patient from this clinic and the last December 23/ 2021 one of the employees there screamed at her in the middle of the hall with a very bad mood because my mother used the bathroom . Her name is Tania and she is very rude with patients . My mom is a 65 years old lady and she is very sensitive with those situations . She felt very sad and called me crying . I don’t know how those kind of persons work as a customer service representative . Where is the compassion and the good attitude towards patients ?

    Had an appointment arrived in time and after waiting 45 min went to the reception desk to realize that one of the receptionist did not put my info in the system and not even gave me the first time patient forms to fill and sign. The lady that assisted me afterwards was nice and apologized however I waited an extra 45 min to be able to see the doctor. Total time waiting was 90+ min. Definitely not worth my insurance money or my time.

    If i could give zero starts I would.. i had beeing a patient here for years, when thw inly clinic they had was in alton road, i stayed because i dont have indurance worst place to get anything done. Staff is very very rude before pandemic and after. Refferal system is horrible.

    The staff is nice. I give them 3 1/2 stars. They are the usual chatty happy crowd within themselves but were professional when they saw me for vitals and other tests I needed. However, the Dr. was nothing to compare. A two star for sure. She was rude and out of touch- I was just another client she needed to see quickly to get to the next one.

    Never answer the phone, put patients on hold for 1/2 hour. I believe they have an answering service/customer service, if you can call it that, in South America Horrible!!!

    I’m sick and can not get an appointment with any of the doctors. I have called twice. They tell me they will call me back and don’t. Don’t waste your time. Your health is important. Now I have to find a new doctor.

    The man work in the from desk need manners and trainer he is so rude and unprofessional all the time !!! If don’t like the work that not my bad!!!! Terrible, we need be treated with respect!!!!!

    i have lived all over Europe and the states and recently moved to Miami Beach with my elderly father.. I signed him up for Clinical Care.. Turns out to be the most amazing service I have ever had with a health care service.. Everyone, from front of house to nurses and Drs are so friendly, compassionate and patient.. My dad is always taken care of in the best manner from start to finish.. The patients are looked after better than a 5 star hospital.. He is seen by the wonderful Dr Guerra, who is so compassionate and knowledgeable and takes time to make sure all the Ts are crossed.. we are never rushed.. Thank you to all the Clinical Care staff!
