First off this is a Hostel and not the Hilton. So one must manage expectations. The staff here is super friendly and they keep the place clean. The Hostel also offers free food on certain nights of the week. Stuff like popcorn, nachos with salsa, and even hotdogs. The kitchen is well equipped but can get busy. The have plenty of fridge space so yes you can store some food and save some money. There Is a Publix two blocks away. That is what this place is. They offer a super low rate on a clean and comfortable bed. There is also a bus stop right outside the door that will take you anywhere you want to go.

It smelled like bleach when I got in our dormitory👌 The lockers were separated from the beds, and each shared room has a private bathroom. Good vibes, nice amenities. Fantastic signage. Too bad I’ll miss all-you-eat nachos-and-salsa night because of work. They DO have quiet time advertised 1am-10am though which I love!!! But no outlets near beds. You just have to prepare with a portable battery or already charged phone for bedtime.

Great hostel. Very chilled vibe to it. Dorms had two bathrooms which was adequate for the amount of people sharing the room. Large communal kitchen to do cooking and plenty of social space to relax. Large snooker table which is free to use also. No parking but there are plenty of garages nearby to park at.

I stayed for 2 days as a solo traveler. Very nice and helpful stuff. If you are traveling on a budget this hostel is an amazing option. I really appreciated free breakfast and whole foods market which was approximately 5 minutes walk away. It was a bit farther from the beach but I really didn't mind walking. I recommend some ear plugs - there might be noise from the outside.

10/10. One of my very first overseas trips where I was traveling alone, and hands down I have the best memories from this hostel. The staff was legendary. The rooms itself was neat and tidy. And the beds were very comfy (I had just turned 21 though..)

Acceptable quality for a price. Shared bathroom inside each room. I am not sure if it was the case for the my room, but water kept going too hot to take a shower. The cooking facilities, which include even egg steamer and panini grill, and 24hr complimentary coffee were great.

The room was clean, a little cramped but to be fair we did have nine people in a ten person room. As a group of college students, it was nice that we were all able to share a room together, I would recommend this option for other large groups. A downside was that there was only one bathroom for all of us to share, if there was another bathroom in the hostel to use, we weren't informed. There was also no hand soap or other toiletries in the bathroom, so bring your own. We were each given a pillowcase, set of sheets, one towel, and one blanket. The blankets were thin and scratchy, and the mattresses in the bunk beds were quite uncomfortable. Our room was right next to the lobby/lounge, where at night you could grab a drink, or play some pool. There was music playing until about 2am, so I would advise bringing earplugs if you're a light sleeper. The staff was friendly, and kind enough to let us store our suitcases in the office while we were waiting for check-in (our flight landed at 5am and check-in wasn't until 3pm). There was a $25/person security deposit that we weren't aware of but we got it back as we checked out. On the mornings we were there, the free breakfast was a bagel with either cream cheese or jam, with a juice box. Overall, it wasn't a bad place to spend the night for the price, and it was conveniently located close to a few restaurants, shops, but a fairly long walk to the beach.

Affordable, clean, staff was okay (barely interacted with them), had no problems, 15 minute walk away from Lincoln Mall Road and the beach. The only issue I had was that the music in the common area was loud til 1am but it's a hostel. Aside from that, Miami Hostel is quite a good place considering how cheap a bed is. They have free wifi and breakfast too. They have computers and printers ($0.25 per page if u want to print something). I would recommend this for travelers who are looking for an affordable place to stay.

Very young vibe, the lobby is a covered outside space with a pool table that gets plenty of attention. Good music and interesting people all around. Music can be a bit loud and it usually stays on until 2 AM or so but if you don't have any problems with that sort of environment then this place is great! Very accommodating front desk workers and a great price. Live a little and stay at the Miami Hostel!

I am very impressed with this place it is clean the staff is nice and it has great security I would definitely stay again. The only thing I don't like is the bathroom the floor is flat all the way across there is no rise on side of shower so u basically flood the bathroom every time u shower. It was a nice stay. It is very close to everything stores are right beside the hostel and free trolley pulls up right in front of door. perfect location bring ear plugs to be on safe side cuz it is by a busy street! I reccomend this place for sure.

I had a somewhat okay experience because the most of the staff is friendly and it’s clean however I would still advise against staying here until the owner has addressed the behavior of some of his employees. I have to give it two stars because there was a Chilean who should not be working front desk because he was very rude and did have the slightest idea of how to work customer service. Not sure what’s going on with his life but he shouldn’t be treating guests like garbage. I had a terrible experience with him and there was an older lady who also said he refused to help her carry her heavy bags up the long stairs to her room.

Hands down the best by far Hostel in all of Miami Beach! Besides runninh a Clean, and Gorgeous Facility what really stands out is the Staff!! Genesis who covered my initial booking and transactions throughout was exceptional and incredibly pleasant. The Vibe here is fun and very soothing. The cleaning staff especially Angelica is hard working and leaves your room tidy and smelling amazing! The Manager Ilke whom made it possible for me to extend a few days due to last-minute changes in travel plans was also very acomodating. The night desk attendant Francisco also was on the ball and attentive. There's so much to offer during your start like Free Billiards, Free Coffee 24/7 in a full self-service Kitchen set-up and you are provided with a sack to keep your groceries/perishables. On weekends you also are host to either a Free BBQ, sometimes Popcorn, and sometimes Nachos with Salsa. Get ready to meet travellers from all over the world and make new friends. I love this place definitely coming back!!!🤗

When I asked an explanation for paying that exuberant amount of money, they said I was being disrespectful at them. Stayed there with my bae..though it has only very basic amenities i loved the place for some reason.The free hot dogs were just delicious!. I would say one of the best i ever had.dont know if we were just super hungry lol.plus it has a nice pool table and drinks available at the counter.

The location here is great. Very close to grocery stores, a liquor store, and restaurant. The beach is about a 10 minute walk. It’s also a very affordable hostel for the area. The rooms are ok and the lounge area is nice. Now the reason this is not rated higher is because I don’t think the staff is accommodating and at times unfriendly. For example, I arrived earlier than the 3pm check in time—fine, I can wait a couple fours. when 3pm came, I was told I had to wait more as they checked others in. When I was asked how long, the man at the counter said he didn’t know (with irritation that I asked). Aside from wanting to be rude, how do you not have an estimate? They also close the kitchen from 11-12p daily for cleaning which is not a good time to close it. The last part is that their checkout time is 11am, and I was not allowed to take a shower at 11:09am.
