Great gelato cafe, they have iced coffee too. Located right at the beginning of the South Beach, a nice place to drop by to cool down.

Paid for 2 scoops but the lady in the counter only scooped one. The taste of the gelato was good but not worth paying 9 dollars plus tip! Look how small the 2 scoops are. Sheesh. What a rip off.

This place is amazing. If you like to have coffee (or in my case espresso) and authentic Italian pastry (cornetto and bomboloni x3 different fillings plus many others…) for breakfast, Gelato-to-go is the “place to go!”. I did not have the sandwiches or lasagna but they also looked fresh and tastey. Of course return for the gelato for dessert. The staff also speak Italian in addition to English and probably Spanish and they are delightful and helpful. Go to gelato to go!!!

Nice location just at the end of ocean road. Actually was recommended to me by an Italian friend who swears by its authenticity. Shame I didn’t get the waffle cone cuz it was actually what he recommended I take. I had the berry small scoop and my wife the mango one. They tasted good. Of course I didn’t like the fact they had no bathroom and really wanted to get the afogato but they already cleaned the espresso machine. Both small cups were $11.34 with tax.

The only reason why I am leaving a 1 star review is because the staff was rude as heck! We were in a group and some didn’t buy because of how rude the staff was. You don’t own the shop, treat people better. Gelato was good though.

I ordered a milkshake it cost $14.06 and it’s nothing like a milkshake, it’s a smoothie very thin . Very expensive, no milkshake

We visited on a Friday and it wasn’t busy. And boy this stuff was good! We had a cup with a triple scoop. The staff was friendly and the gelato was greaaat! Worth a stop when your in Miami Beach .

We had been speaking about ice cream for days before our trip so this became a early stop to try out some goodies. Lots of choices of bakeries and well made ice cream in plenty of flavours to suit just about anyone. Tried pistachio, passion fruit and Aracia and they all tasted great. Will drop in for another treat during our stay for sure.

The gelato is pretty good. Big scoops for a good price. Outside seating near the beach. My wife got the cheesecake and she enjoyed it. Have to try pastries next time we go.

We had a Panini for breakfast and it was around 10 $. The gelato is damn expensive but so r all the places around here. But actually this is the most expensive "ice cream" ever - and we've been to Switzerland and Singapore.

This is the cutest sweetest place with the most delicious pastries! I had the cream filled croissant-it was so fluffy & amazing. I want another one 2morrow morning too. 2nite we are going back for gelato ✨🫶🏼✨

The mango tasted like sea water mixed with bland mango. One of the worst mango ice creams I've had. Also the vanilla tasted a bit salty. Few years ago I ate here everyday during my vacation but very disappointed today.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! I order from here all the time on UberEats and then decided to stop by the store one day and not only is the food delicious (I love the desserts!) but the girl with the long black hair is just an angel!! Such a sweet girl I will come in person just to see her since it was such an incredible customer experience!

I always like going here when I go to South Beach. The gelato is yummy, and the customer service is always on point.

Great service. And great choice of Gelato, smoothies, fresh juices and pastries. I tried the hazelnut gelato and the orange, carrot and ginger juice.

Perfect taste! I got an ice cream ( coffee and dulce de leche) and my friend took a gelato with 2 different flavours. Both items were delicious! Just have to mention they are pricey

One star for the outrageous price! Good gelato but the price is not justified. Not to mention they also expect you to tip. Paid $22 for two medium cups of gelato. Do not recommend.

Very disappointed with the quality in making coffee !!! We ordered 3 latte and 2 cappuccino and it was served to us in pure milk instead of coffee ! Our cups were not filled to the top ! We paid $40 and we do not find it fair !!! We asked the waiter to add more coffee and she stated that’s how the coffee is ????

Ice cream: Taste ok. It is not those fancy ice cream using high quality milk, given the fact that $7.40 for one scoop definitely overpriced. The ice cream from grocery stores taste better for like $7 a pint. Rude staff: The lady at the counter told us to keep the tasting scoop with a MEAN face( all other places at least have a friendly face) and refused a second tasting ( 1st time ever in the US as all the ice cream places that we have visited have super friendly staff and allow multiple tasting , even during busy hours). They are not even busy! As we spend over 10 seconds to decide, the rude lady asked the next customer to come up and tried to serve HIM/HER.

We ordered 3 scoops of ice-cream. It was a bit pricey, but the service was good and gelato was delicious. It hit the spot yesterday.

Very friendly staff and makes me feel welcomed as soon as I walk in the door! The gelato is delicious but is a little sweeter than expected. 2nd time so far visiting and will be going back. I just love it! ❤️

I tried the Dulce de Leche Gelato on a cone. My boyfriend had pistachio and hazelnut ( these two were better than the Dulce the leche ).

Loved their coffee gelato and chocolate gelato. Perfect texture, not overly sweet. Super authentic. They also have baked goods too!

Cafe latte came out cold, croissant burned… not sure why I spent $40 for coffee, 2 croissants and one orange juice… typically Italian owned businesses are monitored for quality. So it’s the server and not the food. Also the server saw that she burned the croissant and that we didn’t eat because burned parts fell apart; she had no courtesy to ask if she could fix this. Didn’t care even when I mentioned it.

Gelato was decent but overpriced, close to $7 for a scoop. Unfortunately the staff was extremely rude. One employee even raised her voice to another customer who was trying to order. And the person serving us was extremely unfriendly after placing the order she refused to give us a new spoon. Overall a bad experience and considering there are many other ice cream stores around I’d recommend to go to some place else.

Been here many times and will always visit again. Staff is nice Delicious Gelato and fresh pastries. Pistachio gelato and coconut gelato were my favorites! Ordered Expresso in the Am was good. Everything is homemade fresh. Very expensive tho! $15 for two cafe Americanos. $18 for two small cups of gelato. It's Miami beach tho. The prices have been going up like crazy since covid.

My kids loved the ice cream so much we went to Gelato Go everyday during our holidays. The Girls attending us were super nice and lovely. Will be back again for sure! Highly recommended!
