I got a text message 30 minutes before meeting time that the captain canceled the party. Been trying to get a refund for 16 days. At first I was getting responses to my email but now I am getting straight ignored. I paid for 3 people so I would like my $90 deposit back.

We did the boat and night club package and had a blast at each one. The DJ on the boat had us dancing the whole time. After the boat we to the club and we got escorted inside so we didn't have to wait line. Much thanks to Henry!

It’s difficult to find a honest, straightforward promoter who’s trying to get you to have a GREAT TIME in Miami. Henry took me to a club with my friends and he got the one of the best tables for us, he was focused on giving us a great customer service, hanging out with us, making sure drinks were up to part with the money we were paying. Next day after that crazy night we hire him again to go to the boat party and that was the best day we’d had in Miami. Boat was awesome, booze, girls, everyone was ready to party in that s**t. I hope you find this helpful because is hard to get a good promoter in Miami. Henry thank you so much man see you next year!!

AVOID and save yourself the headache of last minute cancellations. They called to cancel our tickets 2 hours before the event! They said they were "blocked out of LIV for this event" and offered an alternative event at a different club. Our Bachelor party of 6 travelled from Canada and expected to go to LIV for Krewella on Saturday June 16, 2018 since we bought tickets through Elite Miami Entertainment weeks ahead of time. Our plans would have been completely ruined if we weren't lucky enough to get our hands on 6 tickets directly from LIV's website. It costed us $10 more as the price went up. It would have been less of a headache if we avoided going through Elite Miami Entertainment in the first place. However, they did give us a full refund on the deposit we paid. Save yourself the headache and extra moving parts of this promotion group and secure official tickets directly from the nightclub's website.

Miami Nightlife Entertainments helped my bachelorette party and I have the best time. Henry was so hospitable, real, honest, and trustworthy. Next time I'm in Miami I will Be reaching out again. Henry invited us to multiple events and made sure we had fun plans the whole weekend.

DO NOT purchase any boat party tickets that says to meet at Señor Frogs from this company!! Their other themed parties may be legit but the boat party IS NOT!! The only boat party company that services Señor Frogs is Miami Sea Party! I bought eventbrite tickets advertising a meet at Señor Frogs at 1 and a boat party from 3 to 6. I paid $40 up front with a balance due at arrival. They were not here and I emailed them and asked for a follow up and of course I received nothing because it's not legit. No answer on a phone call either. Keep your funds on this one. **UPDATE** About an hour after this original post and email to this company I received a refund. I'm pretty sure had I not reached out they wouldn't have refunded me. And it had nothing to do with the weather. The weather was clear and the other company set sail.

Today my friends and I went on the three hour boat party ride. We were having a great time until one of the employees decided to take things too far. He had already been rushing everyone to use the bathroom, but once i was in there he decided to jus open the door while i was using the bathroom. the door was locked so i’m not even sure how he got in, but there was no knock or anything, he jus busted in. I speak with another security guard and tell him , then i’m sent to the manager and he reassures me that the employee would be suspended, and apologized for his behavior. Everything seemed fine until i look up and see this man looking at me from where?? Watching the bathrooms. I don’t understand how he could violate me that way and then still be in charge of watching the bathroom??? i took my friend with me the next time abs bc i didn’t want anyone walking in on me again, as i’m using the bathroom, i hear them yelling at her and telling her she couldn’t wait for me. it turned into a huge mess with us arguing with another employee who thought he was so big n bad and could tell at my friend. We weren’t in the wrong, the employee was, but yet and still we were treating as if we did something wrong. As we were leaving we noticed the police had been called, which was interesting bc we didn’t call them, so why were they called on us when we did nothing wrong. I’m so livid, and can’t believe the actions of the other employees treating us like we were in the wrong

I hate writing reviews but Henry deserves one.we had a lot of fun in the boat. The twerking contest is something else. Definitely coming back. Next time I win.

This party boat was a blast. Came through this past weekend for my friends bday and got hooked up with a free bottle of champagne!

Best place to party. The yachts are super fly and they know all the right people to make sure you have the best experiences possible.

What a fantastic night out! This night club has everything you could want for a fun night of dancing and partying. The music is amazing and the energy is infectious. I highly recommend checking this place out!

This nightclub exceeded my expectations! The music was incredible and the energy of the crowd was contagious. The club had a great layout, with plenty of room to dance and mingle. I would definitely recommend this place for a fun night out.

Our day started with a small misunderstanding but it got resolved quickly by Henry! We had a great Bachelorette, you guys took very well care of us. We never been on such a craaaazy boat party.I will recommend to my friends

SCAM!! Purchased tickets was given a meet up location and the owner of the establishment said that they didn’t even work with this promoter and new nothing of the event contacted the number given and no one responded SCAM!!!! Beware!!!

DJ was great, spectacular views plus unlimited drinks. Come on you can't beat that in Miami.

Really cool party boat right in the middle of downtown.Definitely gets packed but still enough room to have a good time and feel comfortable. They also have extra seating down stairs by the bar.

I know we wouldnt got in to LIV without the help of this company. We were 5 guys. They made sure we got drunk before the club and th3n we ended up skipping the line without any issue.
